1. Sealed tender are invited on behalf of C.E/PTPS-I Haryana Power Generation Corporation

Limited (HPGCL) , Panipat from eligible parties having labour licence or have applied for itsrenewal, and permanent E.P.F. /Code .No. & ESI code no. with them for the work of Masonary jobs in

residential building (Cat-IV and onwards) and Non-residential building at PTPS Colony, Panipat.2. A complete set of tender document containing the detailed technical specification/ particular and other terms and

conditions etc. can be had from the office of XEN/CMD (C) PTPS Panipat-132105 on request by remitting the costof tender documents Rs.1132/- inclusive of service tax etc.( Non refundable) i.e in cash at counter/Demand draft in

favour of Sr. A.O/O&M-I PTPS, HPGCL, Panipat Alternately the set of tender documents can be down loaded fromHPGCL Web. Site www. hpgcl.gov.in. & cost of tender documents should be enclosed in a separate envelope at the

time of submission of tender. The tender submitted without tender cost shall not be entertained.

3. Salient features:-I. Estimated cost Rs.6.5 lacs

II. Earnest Money Rs.13000/- for contractors & Rs.2000/- (for labour & const Societies)

III. Completion period : 12 month

For issue of tender documents. :16.05.2011 .upto 1.00 PM

V. Last date and time for issue of tender documents :17.05.2011 . upto 4.00 PM

VI. Last date and time of receipt of tender :18.05.2011 .upto 3.00 PM

VII. Date and time of opening of tenders.(Part-I) :18.05.2011 at 3.30 PM4. Qualifying requirements:-

The tender of only those bidders who produced documentary proof duly attested by public notary to meet the

following requirements will only be considered.

The bidders should have executed the civil works/ similar work for minimum value of Rs.4 Lacs in a single contractduring last five years in Govt. /Semi Govt Organization.

5. a) On due date of opening of the tender, only envelopes containing Part-I i.e cost of tender documents ,

credentials in support of qualifying criteria, earnest money General conditions of contract. Technical particulars

shall be opened Part-II i.e. price bid of only those bidders who will qualify the NIT conditions shall be opened atsubsequent to be fixed after checking the qualifying criteria and technical discussion on Part-I.

b). Issuance of tender documents to any party shall not construe that such party is considered to be qualified.

c). In case due date of sale/ receipt/ opening of tender happens to be holidays in PTPS the needful will be done on

next working day.

d) Negotiations, if required would be held with the L-I, bidder only.

6. Chief Engineer/PTPS-I reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons what so

ever.
