2.1 Certification – Certification – Zertifizierung Zertifizierungen Alle Produkte von Reynobond ® Architecture und Reynolux ® werden strengen internen Qualitätstests unterworfen. Unser Unternehmen ist nach ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 zertifiziert. Zertifizierung von Reynolux ® Für Aluminiumbleche besteht in Europa eine eigenständige Euronorm. Alle Reynolux ® Produkte werden streng nach den Vorschriften dieser Norm gefertigt. Zertifizierung von Reynobond ® Architecture Für Aluminiumverbundplatten existiert bisher keine Euronorm. Bis diese Euronorm europaweit realisiert ist, werden Produkte von Reynobond ® Architecture in allen Ländern unter drei verschiedenen Gesichtspunkten zertifiziert. Dies sind: • Produktzertifizierung • Feuerschutzzertifizierung • Systemzertifizierung • Produktzertifizierung Bei dieser Zertifizierung werden die Haltbarkeit der Produkte und ihre durch- gängige Qualität überprüft. Reynobond ® Architecture wird jedes Jahr durch die wesentlichen Zertifizierungsstellen, wie CSTB (FR), MPA Braunschweig (DE), ITB (PL), Instituto Eduardo Torroja (ES), Gostroy (RU) und BBA (GB), nach Audit zertifiziert. Dabei werden unsere fertigen Produkte ebenso geprüft wie die Herkunft der Rohmaterialien von unseren Lieferanten. • La certification de réaction au feu
Cette certification concerne le comportement des produits en cas d’incendie. Les résultats obtenus déterminent la hauteur et le type de bâtiment autorisés pour installer du Reynobond® Architecture.
Il existe différents essais standardisés et valables pour chaque pays. Pour la réalisation de ces tests, Reynobond® Architecture construit des parties complètes de façade afin de reproduire des conditions réelles. Les essais sont réalisés par des laboratoires officiels.
• La certification système
Cet essai s’appuie sur les deux précédents et préconise en plus, un système de fixation des panneaux composites Reynobond®
Architecture sur le bâtiment. A cette occasion, l’organisme de certification teste la réaction au vent dans différentes configurations.
• Feuerschutzzertifizierung
Bei dieser Zertifizierung geht es um das Verhalten der Produkte im Brandfall. Danach richten sich dann die Gebäude-arten und Gebäudehöhen, für die Reynobond® Architecture zugelassen wird.
Es gibt eine Reihe standardisierter Tests, die in jedem Land Gültigkeit besitzen. Zur Durchführung dieser Tests baut Reynobond® Architecture Teile einer Fassade unter realistischen Bedingungen auf. Die Prüfungen werden dann von offiziellen Prüflaboren vorgenommen.
• Systemzertifizierung
Diese Prüfung baut auf den beiden ersten Zertifizierungen auf und befasst sich mit Befestigungssystemen für Aluminiumver-bundplatten von Reynobond® Architecture. Geprüft wird das Verhalten der Systeme bei starkem Wind.
• Reaction to Fire Certification
This certification involves the behaviour of the products in case of fire. The building types and building heights for which the Reynobond® Architecture is permitted conform to this.
There are a series of standardised tests that are valid in every country. In order to carry out these tests, Reynobond® Architecture erects complete sections of a façade under realistic conditions. The tests are then carried out by official testing laboratories.
• System Certification
This test is based on both of the first certifications and deals with fixing systems for Aluminium Composite Panels from Reynobond® Architecture. Among other things, the reaction to wind in different configurations is tested.
