Mr. LIUMr. Liu has been engaged in production mangement for over a decade with rich experience in production quality management. He was Quality Supervisor of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Vice General Manager of Xieyu Plastics Co, Ltd. and Auditor of Shanghai NQA Certification Co., Ltd., accumulated actul practices in both international and domestic manufacturing enterprises.

Mr. LIMr. Li has been engaged in production risk control and management with rich experience in large state-owned enterprises and companies from Japan, South Korea and America. With his career development, he has studied the thoughts, concepts and methods of multinational corporation management. Mr. Li formed his unique and practical management system by putting his experience into practice while accumulating more from what he learned from daily work. To share his insights, he has published more than 20 books on various aspects of business management.

Lily ZHENGMs. Lily Zheng has been engaged in human resource management for more than 10 years. She has profound theoretical background and work experience as senior HR executives in multi-national companies. Her training is vivid and embedded with practical case studies. She is proficient in strategic human resource planning, recruitment process optimization, interview techniques, career planning and training management system construction, benefits and compensation system design and implementation, performance management and employee relations management.

Mingwei GUO With over 15-year experience in security operations in famous multinational companies such as Budweiser and 3M, Mr. Guo is proficient in safety management, full system establishment of new plants construction and operation, safety pre-examination and system integration of M&A plants. Engaged in safety audit and consulting for years, he has completed more than 50 domestic and foreign audits and consulting projects for Apple and Huawei. Besides, Mr. Guo provided safety improvement and consulting projects for over 100 companies, including DuPont, GE Group, SAIC Motor, Guangzhou Automobile Group and so on.

Nausheen I. CHENNausheen Ishtiaq-Chen is a filmmaker, public speaker and corporate trainer from Pakistan and New York City, currently based in Shenzhen, China. She is an alumna Fulbright Scholar, and graduated with master’s degree in Media Studies from The New School in New York City. She has experience as Marketing Manager, Corporate Trainer and External Relations Manager at Procter & Gamble. Under her management, P&G received a top 5 nomination for the International Community Service Awards by the US Chamber of Commerce in 2009 and 2010. Nausheen has led several trainings and workshops in communications related fields over the past 10 years and is now focused on workshops on Creating Powerful Visual Strategies for companies. She is interested in helping companies build on their traditional marketing strategies to emerge as impactful and memorable visual brands for their customers, networks and a wider audience.

Surina WANGMs. Surina Wang is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an accredited Evidence-Based Coach by Fielding Graduate University. Surina has been certified to administer assessment tools such as Hogan, DISC and Facet5. She supports SISU’s MBA students on Mentor-Mentee Program since 2011, assumes the role of ICF Shanghai Chapter Ambassador to promote quality coaching and is a global coach for Coach A (the largest coaching organization in Japan). Surina has accumulated over 20 years of human resources and consulting management related work experience in Greater China region. She participates in the projects with JP Morgan Fleming Taiwan Group, ING Baring Securities, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, UBS, Bank of America and Coca-Cola Taiwan Ltd.

Mr. SUMr. Su is a Master of Law of East China University of Political Science and Law. With his hard work and related practical experience, he passed the First Level of National Certificated Human Resources Professional. As the Director of Legal Affairs and General Counsel of SAIC Motor Group, he keeps studying on updated laws and was certificated as Senior Trainer of City & Guilds of London Institute. Mr. Su is also a guest professor of Lecture of Laws produced by CCTV-12.

Xiaolong WANGMs. Wang has many years of secretarial and assistant related working experience. She worked as Administration Supervisor, Trainer and Secretary to General Manager in Kodak (China) and Linde (China). Ms. Wang is proficient in planning large-scale meetings and events, familiar with administrative management system and procedures, good at handling security, canteen, transportation and other company administrative routines. Ms. Wang combines her senior administrative experience with high-end business practice, gives lectures on professional secretary & assistant skills, business etiquette, conference management and office management etc. Ms. Wang conducts trainings with interactions by role-plays, group discussions, case studies and so on.

Mr. WUMr. Wu is an expert of supply chain, purchasing, warehousing and inventory management, worked in famous companies as Supply Chain Director, Strategic Channel Director and General Manger. He is a National Certificated Corporate Trainer, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Senior Trainer and Consultant of International Trade Center. Besides, he gives lectures as a guest professor of Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University and Sun Yat-sen University.

Mr. YUMr. Yu is a professor and doctoral tutor in Beijing Jiaotong University and a visiting professor in Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University. He works as Executive Director in China Institute of Management Accounting with lots of related certifications, such as CPA of China, Senior Auditor, ACCA. Also, he is an Advisory Expert in Enterprise Accounting Standards Board, Central Ministry of Finance and a Researcher in China Academy of Management Sciences.

Zhongchao WANGMr. Wang emphasizes the combination of practical tools and cases to improve the work efficiencies of participants. Shuhong YEWith rich experience as interpreter for well-known international compaines and offical organizations, Ms. Ye is proficient in Business German applications.
