played an exemplary role by formulating this research report.
TÜV took the lead in China to open an outdoor empirical base of product testing, accumulated a lot of data and
experience. Their testing results of more than 30GW at downstream photovoltaic power plants also give them a

For recent 1 or 2 years, TUV has issued nearly 400 effective monocrystalline and polycrystalline certificates for PV
enterprises, of which more than 90% focus on producing coated-glass. Customers of the backplane enterprise of PV
material with the fluorine backplane accounts for 80%.
Regarding to the most important link in improving quality management, 26% of the respondents thinks quality material
control and production process quality management level is in the first place, followed by the standard improvement and the
overall quality performance improvement, as well as the testing means, certification management and quality inspection
before delivery in the third-party supervision.
