Show Producer will assign (a) Zone Marshals to spread along the parade route at designated areas.

They will be holding luminous or neon colored cards (see below) to regulate the traffic on the

route. (b) Pacers for each group to monitor the pace of the group.

The Zone Marshals and Pacers will communicate with the Command Centre for the pace of each

group throughout the procession. Each performing group and parade element should designate a

Leader to liaise with the Pacer.

Participants arriving by coach are advised to drop off at lay-by in front of SOGODepartment Store, 12 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. The coach must leaveimmediately after the performers alight.

By public transport, participants may travel by MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui Stationand take Exit E to reach the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Note: Temporary road closure starts at 4:30pm. Please come early.

Changing facilities are limited. Participants are encouraged to arrive with full gear. There is no storage space for personal belongings at the Assembly Areas and the Dispersal Area. Each group should designate helper(s) to look after their belongings.

instruction to the specified area for eating. Please release

The ending point of the parade route is outside Salisbury Garden. The Event Officers will thendirect the groups back to the Assembly Areas (Hong Kong Arts Museum or Grand Theatre ofCultural Centre) or other designated area.

The HKTB has taken out a basic group personal accident and third party liability insurance policy. Participating groups should consider obtaining their own

insurance policy. Participating groups should consider obtaining their own insurance packages for additional protection. Performers under the age of 6 and over the age of 65 are not covered. The HKTB will also provide insurance coverage on public liability. Please contact HKTB should you have any questions regarding insurance.
