Dear Runner,

「2015 香港環丘拉力」號碼布已為您準備妥當，請依照以下時間及地點領取！領

取時，請向工作人員出示網上報名之確認 ID no.電郵（列印本或電子版本均可）

以核實參賽者身份。

如由親友代領，無需另備委託書，但請出示此電郵列印本或(手機電子版本) 及簽

收，隊際組別則可委派其一位隊員領取。 (其他紀念品將於比賽完結後派發)

Your “HK Rally 2015" Number Bib is ready. For collection, simply present your online

registration email (confirmation ID number) to our staff either with a hard copy or

through an electronic device. If your friend/relative will pick up your race kit, letter of

authorization is not required. He/she only needs to show a printed or electronic copy of

online registration email and to sign after receiving. Team category may appoint one of

members to collect as well. (Souvenirs will be distributed after the end of the race)

比賽規則與條款:

1. 隊際組別比賽進行時，全隊組員必須全程一起，包括到達所有檢查站及終點

照顧您的隊友，行走距離切勿超過二十米。否則大會有權取消其資格

2. 號碼布必需清楚掛於胸前當眼處作賽，不得轉讓別人或代跑，否則大會有權

取消其資格

3. 比賽中不可接受任可外界支援和協助。否則大會將會取消其資格

4. 比賽中，請勿亂拋垃圾於郊野公園內。否則大會將會取消其資格

5. 比賽中途，如有任何參賽者抄小路，大會將會取消其資格

6. 比賽可使用行山扙，但請使用時請小心途人安全。

7. 比賽中途如退出者，請到最近的檢查站與知會大會工作人員。

8. 大會保留最後修訂之權利，一切資料以英文版作準，敬請留意!

交通路線：

1. 參賽者可以選擇於金鐘地鐵站外的金鐘道巴士站乘搭 6 號或 61 號巴士

2. 於銅鑼灣地鐵站外的軒尼詩道巴士站乘搭 76 號巴士,或

3. 於北角地鐵站外的英皇道 478 號巴士站(近琴行街)乘搭 41A 號或 63 號巴士

以上各線巴士都在黃泥涌峽道近黃泥涌水塘公園巴士站(油站旁)下車,跟住沿大潭

水塘道步行約 10 分鐘便可到達陽明山莊。

4. 乘搭的士到達陽明山莊，再步行約 3 分鐘

領取計時晶片：請於報到處以號碼布報到及登記領取計時晶片(每人一個)，賽事

完結後，計時晶片必須交回大會。如遺失者需要繳交 HK$100 元，大會有權取消

其參加資格和成績。

**隊際組別比賽進行時，全隊組員必須全程一起，包括到達所有檢查站及終點。

更換組員：隊伍如在賽事當天更換隊員，大會需收取額外行政費用港幣一百元

30km 水站位置：起點、檢查站 2-5 及終點均設有水供應 (檢查站 2-5 將有香蕉提

供)為響應環保，水站將不設紙杯供應，敬請自備飲用之水杯或水樽。

救護站 ：起點及終點均設有急救工作人員。

行李寄存：參加者可於起點處，跟據比賽之號碼布擺放行李，但個人之貴重物品

不作處理，如有遺失或損壞，大會概不負責。

頒獎典禮：頒獎典禮將於下午 13:00 時開始

獎項 ：個人組-每組頭五名每人可以獲得獎牌及禮品。

隊際組-每組頭三名每人可以獲得獎牌及禮品。

慈善抽獎：大會將於頒獎典禮前進行慈善大抽獎，獎品豐富，絕對不容錯過!

*頒獎典禮獎於所有賽事完結後一小時後進行，得獎者如未能出席領獎(朋友

可作代領)，但大會將不設後補或補領，敬請留意。

惡劣天氣：如活動當日下午 3 時懸掛紅色暴雨、黑色暴雨和三號或以上風球，或

發生其他不可預計之情況，引致活動無法如期進行，大會有權廷期舉行或取消/終

止當日賽事；如賽事取消者，所有報名費將不會退還予參加者。

大會已為賽事購買公眾責任保險，所有賽員及家長須自負個人意外責任，賽會概

不負責，建議參加者自行購買合適保險。

比賽路線 (12 公里)

比賽於大潭水塘道，自然徑起點(樂聚園)燒烤場內，沿大潭水塘道之車路走入大潭

水塘，轉入水壩，往淺水灣坳(CP1)，上紫羅蘭山，返回陽明山莊前之停車場(CP2)；

大潭水塘道，再走入大潭郊遊徑，沿引水道走，直至黃泥涌峽徑下山路段，往畢拉

山道，沿馬路往練靶塲方向上走，沿山邊樓梯上引水道，經港島徑 5 段走至陽明

山莊，沿行人道折返大潭郊野公園，到達(樂聚園)燒烤場內終點。

比賽路線 (30 公里)

比賽於大潭水塘道，自然徑起點(樂聚園)燒烤場內，沿大潭水塘道之車路走入大潭

水塘，轉入水壩，往淺水灣坳(CP1)，上紫羅蘭山，返回陽明山莊前之停車場(CP2)；

大潭水塘道，再走入大潭郊遊徑，沿引水道走，直至黃泥涌峽徑下山路段，往畢拉

出柏架山道，右轉入康柏郊遊徑(CP4)，沿蹺柏架山再駁回引水道至大風坳，涼亭

位後港島徑上山(CP5)，沿港島徑 5 段走至陽明山莊，沿行人道折返大潭郊野公園，

到達(樂聚園)燒烤場內終點。

電子計時系統使用方法

1. 參加者有責任確保電子控制卡成功放置在打卡器上的感應區(數字下方圓圈位

置)，打卡器將發出連續響聲，表示資料已紀錄在計時指卡內。

2. 參加者不得移動或損壞控制點或賽會設施，若有損毀，須按價賠償及被取消資

格。

3. 參加者在比賽期間有責任妥善保管電子控制卡，並於比賽後交還。若有遺失或

損毁，參加者必須賠償港幣$100 予香港全能運動學會 。

4. 如有使用其他人/隊伍之電子控制卡，將被大會取消參賽資格。

5. 如有任何投訴，須以書面向賽會儘快提出。假如投訴是關於參加者成績則必須

於成績公佈後15 分鐘內提交，投訴由賽會處理，結果會向投訴人通告。

起點

1. 參加者必須將號碼布扣於胸前並展示電子控制卡。

2. 只有號碼布及電子控制卡齊全的賽員始獲准進入起點區。

3. 請在起點區把計時指卡放在「清除」打卡器上的感應區，直至聽到「清除」打

卡器發出聲響，確定計時指卡內的舊資料已清除。

4. 遲到參加者必須先向出發區工作人員報到，再由工作人員安排在「遲到起點」

出發。

檢查點

1. 參加者(隊際參加者必須全隊一起抵達) 抵達檢查點時，須在檢查點拍卡器上

拍卡，否則時間不計算，參加者之成績將會被取消資格。

2. 30km 路段終止時間：以大會起步時間計算，最後一隊必須在 1400 前通過檢查

站 CP5 ，否則該隊將作為取消論 DSQ。

3. 12km 路段終止時間：以大會起步時間計算，最後一隊必須在 1100 前通過檢查

站 CP3 ，否則該隊將作為取消論 DSQ。

終點

1. 終點區設於2號燒烤場內。

2. 參加者抵達終點時(隊際參加者必須全隊一起抵達)，須在終點器拍卡，而比賽

時間亦在那刻鐘完結。

3. 請跟隨指示前往成績計算站，將計時指卡的記錄下載後，參加者即可領取參考

成績印表。

4. 所有參加者必需於賽事結束前到成績處理站下載成績，未能於最後成績公佈前

下載成績之參加者將會被取消資格。

5. 參加者無論完成賽事與否，或遺失電子控制卡，必須於賽事完結前向終點報到，

否則當失蹤論。這會勞煩賽會工作人員，甚至警方出動搜索。

意外/中途退出比賽

如比賽中途發生意外，而其中有隊員因受傷或其他理由未能完成賽事，其他隊員

應陪同受傷隊員，前往最接近之CP檢查站，向大會工作人員尋求協助。敬請不要

留下受傷之隊員獨處並繼續賽事，未能全隊完成之隊伍，均不能計算其之總成績。

路標指示

除每個 CP 均設有指定工作人員外，各個路段之分叉路口前，地面都會以粉筆劃上

指示箭咀標記；小徑及草叢，均以危險紅白色帶、或大會指示牌為標記，敬請各參

賽者留意!

HK Rally (Trail Running) {Race Information}

Objectives:

Help to raise fund for charity organization－Proceeds from lucky draw tickets of 2015

Hong Kong Rally will be donated to EMERGENCY Hong Kong (HK charitable

organization No: 91/12960)

Beneficiary: EMERGENCY is an independent and neutral humanitarian organization

found in Italy in 1994 to provide free, high quality medical and surgical treatment to the

victims of war, landmine and poverty. EMERGENCY promotes a culture of peace,

solidarity and respect for human rights.

Route: Violet Hill - Sir Cecil's Ride - Pony Hill – Mt. Parker – Mt. Butler

Hill - Jardine's Lookout- Tai tam country park

Rules and Conditions:

1. Team members must participate as a team and race together, including to reach all

checkpoints / finish point and to take care of your teammates. Walking distance

between each team member should not be more than 20 meters; otherwise, the

organizer may consider disqualifying the team/participant.

2. The number bib must be deducted in the chest. It does not allow transferring to

another person and running on your behalf. Otherwise, the organizer may consider

disqualifying the team/participant.

3. No external support team can be invited to offer any assistance to the race team

during the tournament. Otherwise, the organizer may consider disqualifying the

team/participant.

4. Do not littering in country parks. The organizer will disqualify the participant.

5. Participant will be disqualified if he/she takes short cuts during the tournament.

6. Using a hiking pole during the tournament is allowed, but please pay attention to

other participants’ safety.

7. If you want to withdraw in the midway of the race, please go to the nearest

checkpoint and inform the race marshal.

Organizers reserve the right for any amendments, In case of discrepancy between the

Chinese and the English version in respect of all or any part of the contents in the website,

the English version shall prevail.

Transportation：

1. Take bus no 6 or no 61 at Admiralty bus station;OR

2. Take No 76 at Hennessy Road; OR

3. At No 478 King's Road (North Point MTR Station, near Kam Hong

Street), take bus no 63 or 41A OR

4. Take a taxi to reach Parkview, and then walk about 3 minutes to the venue.

Shall you take any above mentioned bus, please get off at Wong Nai Chung Gap Road

near Wong Nai Chung Reservoir. A petrol station is near your get-off bus station. Walk

10 minute along Parkview Tai Tam Reservoir Road, you will then reach the venue.

Collect Timing Chip：Please show your number bib and collect timing chip (one each

per person) in Registration counter .

(Timing chip must be returned to the organizer at the end of race) HK$100 will be

charged to any loss of a timing chip and the organize may consider to disqualify

participant.)

**All members in a team must stay together all time during the race, to reach all

Checkpoints and Finish Point.

Replacement Members: HK$100 administrative fee will be charged for the

replacement/change of a team member at the race day.

Awards:

-Individual /Medal and prizes will be awarded for the top five positions in each category.

-Team/Medal and prizes will be awarded for the top three positions in each category.

Baggage: You can drop your bag and personal belongings at the venue, i.e. the barbeque

site. Tags with your race number will be provided. Please do not leave any valuables in

your personal belongings, the organizer will not be liable for any loss or damages.

Number Bib: The number bib must be deducted in the chest. It does not allowed to

transfer to another person and run on your behalf. Otherwise, the organizer may consider

to disqualify the team/participant.

30kmWater stations: Water stations are located at Start and Finish point, Checkpoint 2-

5, (CP 2-5 Banana Provide). To protect our environmental, no paper cup will be provided

and please bring your own drinking cup or water bottle.

12kmWater stations: Water stations are located at Start and Finish point, Checkpoint 2-

Love our planet, protect out environmental!

The organizer places different recycling containers and encourages everyone to dispose

the waste to proper recycling containers. Recycling companies will collect all containers

after the race.

First-aid stations are located at Start and Finish point.

Charity Lucky Draw: Lucky draw will be held before /after prize presentation. There

are plenty of attractive lucky draw prizes and all runners are eligible to join.

*The award ceremony will start about an hour after the Race Event. All winners

must personally present to accept the award. Please note that the organizer will

not distribute the prize and award after the Ceremony.

Bad weather: If typhoons signal no.3 or above/red rainstorm/black rainstorm warning is

hoisted at 06:00.a.m, or in case of unexpected circumstances that prevent the safe

proceeding of the event, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the race.

If the race is cancelled, the entry fee will not be refunded to entrants.

The organizer has purchased Public Liability Insurance for the race. Competitors and

their parents participate the race at their own risk. The organizer undertakes no

liability to any personal injury. Competitors are recommended to purchase their

own suitable insurance.

The Route (12KM)

Race starts from Tai Tam natural trail No.2 barbecue site, along the Tai Tam Reservoir

Road, Wong Nai Chung Reservoir dam, tsin shui wan au (CP1), to violet hill trails, back

down to the road car parking (Park View),and then into the Tai Tam Country Trail (CP2),

along the trails catchwaters go until the wong nai chung gap trail, down to Mt. Butler

Road, right up to Mt. Butler radio station, then access to stair up to catchwaters, along

Hong Kong Trail no. 5 segments back downhill to Parkview, along the walkway to reach

the Tai Tam Country Park finish point No.2 barbecue site.

The Route (30KM)

Race starts from Tai Tam natural trail No.2 barbecue site, along the Tai Tam Reservoir

Road, Wong Nai Chung Reservoir dam, tsin shui wan au (CP1), to violet hill trails, back

down to the road car parking (Park View),and then into the Tai Tam Country Trail (CP2),

along the trails catchwaters go until the wong nai chung gap trail, down to Mt. Butler

Road, right up to Mt. Butler radio station, then access to Sir Cecil's Ride (CP3), in a

clockwise direction to tail out of Mount Parker road , turn right in Hong Pak Country

trails(CP4), in a clockwise direction to Quarry Gap(CP5), along Hong Kong Trail no. 5

segments back downhill to Parkview, along the walkway to reach the Tai Tam Country

Park finish point No.2 barbecue site.

Timing System

1. Participants are responsible for ensuring the success of timing refers to the card is

placed in the punch on the sensing area (circle below the number of locations), punch

card emits a continuous sound, that means the information has been recorded in the

time card.

2. Participants may not move or damage the control points or tournament facility, if

damaged, shall be disqualified for compensation and price.

3. During the competition participants have the responsibility to properly care electronic

control card, and returned after the competition. If lost or damaged, the participants

will have to pay HK $ 100 to the Hong Kong Multisportsports Association.

4. If using another person's /Team electronic control card, the participant will be

disqualified.

5. If a complaint in writing to the tournament as soon as possible. If the complaint is

about the participants in the results announced results must be submitted within 15

minutes, complaints will be handled by the competition, and the results shall be notice

to the complainant immediately.

Start Point

1. Participant number bibs must be deducted in the chest and show the electronic control

card.

2. Once electronic control card and number bib complete, the participants allowed to

enter the starting area

3. Please refer to the entrance of the card on the "clear" punch on the sensing area, until

you hear a "clear" punch sound emitted to determine the timing refers to the old card

information has been cleared.

4. Late Participants must district to staff report, and then by the "late start zone” to start.

Check Point

1. Participants (the team must be together) arrived at the checkpoint, it should be

punch at the checkpoint on the card, or time does not count grate, the participants of

the results will be disqualified (DQ).

2. 30km Cut Off time: start time calculation of the Organizer, Cut Off time in 1400,

last team must be passed before the checkpoint CP5, otherwise the team will serve as

the cancellation of DSQ.

3. 12km Cut Off time: start time calculation of the Organizer, Cut Off time in 1100,

last team must be passed before the checkpoint CP3, otherwise the team will serve as

the cancellation of DSQ.

Finish Point

1. Finish area is located next to the No. 2 barbeque Site.

2. When participants (the team must be together) reach the finish point, the finish

device to be shot in the cards, the racing time will end at the moment.

3. Please follow the instructions to calculate the points score, the time refers to the

record card download, and participants can receive a reference performance printer.

4. All participants must be before the end of the race to score treatment station to

download results, not the final results announced before the download performance

of the participants will be disqualified (DQ).

5. Whether or not the participants are unable to finish the race, or loss of electronic

control card before the end of the race, the participants must report it at the

Finish point. Any failure in this reporting, it may cause additional burden to

others and even call for the police for searching.

Accident / halfway out of the race

Any of accidents, of which there are team member due to injury or other reasons fails to

complete the race, the other team member should accompany injured team member, go

to the nearest checkpoint CP, and the event staff for assistance. Please do not leave injured

member alone and continue to race, the team failed to incomplete the race, and it cannot

calculate the total score.

Route Signage

In addition to each CP has a designated event staff , the various sections of the fork in the

road in front, the ground will be indicated on the arrows to chalk mark; trails and bushes

are dangerous red and white ribbons, signs for the tag , please note!
