Further to my previous various correspondences to the DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION,MALAYSIA , I am quite frankly astounded that what reportedly was the co-pilot signing of in

breach of regulations the control tower may have missed this as being a warning to the controltower that something was wrong. I view that more than likely the co-pilot was aware that by notsigning of with the planes identity MH370 the control tower may be alert and pursue further20actions. The co-pilot signing off, as he allegedly did, therefore could have expected that thecontrol tower would be alerted that it was not a proper signing off, and have alerted authorities tocheck it out, unless he/she could have established contact to clarify matters. This however seemsnot to have taken place. If the co-pilot was the culprit then I view the least he would have wanted

to do was to immediately draw attention to himself by using incorrect conduct of signing off.25Also, why did the control tower then not contact the next control tower in which control space itwould fly into to make clear there had been a problem with communication and so if they couldadvise if they established contact with MH370, etc?I was, more than 30 years ago, placed in a situation where I was concerned about my safety while driving passengersand so having the microphone button clamped between my legs, commenced as to talk about where I was. The30operator realising that I was signalling I was in danger then directed others to travel to where I was. My passengersthen discovering we were being followed then wanted me to drive back but I explained that I would drop them off attheir destination. As such, my deliberate conduct not to use formal call signs was picked up by the radio operator ofa call for assistance. What if the co-pilot being under control of someone else had deliberately disconnected his call35while others in the cockpit had not been aware of this and he still may have signed off in anormal manner, so they perceived it. As such, a tactic to avoid detection by anyone who mayhave had taken charge of the plane. In particular where the person involved may have had anunderstanding of communications between pilot/co-pilot and the control tower then the co-pilot

being aware of this would have to have resorted to perhaps switching off his communication but40continue to talk nevertheless as if he was still communicating with the control tower. After all thecontrol tower should have been alerted not being able to pass on relevant information as to thenext control tower into which MH370 was flying. From media report it is apparent that the co-pilot was in breach of regulations to have 2 youngfemales in the cockpit, but then it should be kept in mind that the captain at that time was in45charge and likewise permitted such an infringement of the rules. As such, it might have been amodus operandi by pilots and co-pilots to breach aviation or Malaysian Airline rules and this too

may have this time been fatal if this also was permitted with flight MH370. Reportedly theAustralian Government now has planes searching well away from the land mass of Australia andobviously this is of concern. After all, unless it had specific data that the missing plane didn t flyinto Australia airspace, I view it is irresponsible to not search its own direct airspace. As I indicated in past correspondences to Mr Tony Abbott Prime Minister and to the5DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL AVIATION, MALAYSIA what preparations are in place just incase the missing plane is heading to Kuala Lumpur or other major city loaded with explosive tocause maximum dead and destruction in the city targeted?Reality also may have to be kept in mind that if MH370 flew at a height that would haveexhausted the air supply to cabin crew and passengers, then likely other than those in the cockpit10others were already dead. It is therefore critical that instead of ad hoc filtering of details there is a

proper examination of the flight path as known by MH370 and the approximate duration of theflight if this could have been deemed to have caused the death of them all, other than those in thecockpit having additional oxygen supply available.Unless the missing plane MH370 was programmed for a new course and then left on auto pilot to15crash, it may be held that the person in charge of the missing plane likely had every intention tokeep the plane intact for other purposes. Trying to find this out, such as if a flying bomb were todecimate some city, isn t what I would recommend and therefore I view it would be better to

consider all option that the missing plane may still be viable to fly and has been refuelled and perhaps loaded with explosives for its next and final journey. Hence, the air force of various20nations ought to be on stand-by just in case the missing plane is detected. Obviously, those incharge may anticipate this and have rebranded the missing planes identity to try to avoiddetection. It may very well for example result to another plane being hijacked and then thisMH370 take its place, and then, well I have set this out above already. In such circumstanceswho would be the wiser that the plane is not the plane it is supposed to be?25Perhaps voice recognition is something that should be automatically used with control towersand perhaps also in aeroplanes? If then a plane contacts a control tower then the voicerecognition may immediately alert the control tower if the person speaking is the person who issupposed to be flying. While this kind of extreme measurements may cause complications, in

particular with airports where about every minute a plane lands or take off, nevertheless it may30 be better to have this installed. The same perhaps with a camera showing the face of the pilot andco-pilot. In that way the control tower when speaking to a pilot or co-pilot will have the camerashowing the person speaking. This may be for a long term concept to protect future passengersand avoiding misuse of planes, still what appears to be a tragedy with MH370 may underline theneed for this to be put in place.35In my view, not knowing what has really eventuated other than the switching of the respondersand the brief sign off it still would be better to fill a plane with the same number of passengersand crew (as actors) and see how someone can prevent any of them to communicate by mobile orotherwise with others. As such, the actors each should be given mobiles to contact a certaininvestigator, by speed dial, etc, and then see even if someone tries to take control over the40

passengers how many might still be able to send out a message to the investigator. To silence both crew in the cabin as well as all passengers, even so some may at that moment have been ontheir mobiles, must be an extra ordinary event. If this was eventuated for example by using anykind of gas then those responsible would have needed a gasmask that was hidden in the plane

beforehand. It is by engaging in this kind of recreation that one may understand that perhaps the45hijacking of the plane was prepared in advance. If the pilot was ordinary assigned to this plane

but not the co-pilot then this may in that sense eliminate the co-pilot from having been involvedin the planning. If there was a pre-planned hijacking then more than likely there was also a pre-

planned place to land and pre-planned disposal of any bodies, etc. Hence, if any of those bodiesstill had a mobile on them which may have been overlooked to be stripped from the person (after50all any person already dead before mobiles were collected may not have been checked for a

mobile) then the mobile might have still emitted GPS signals and by using different towers itmay be pinpointed where such body was left. It would be unlikely that there were no deaths inwhat appears to me to have been a hijacking. And for this one has to consider that if there waseven a single person who died then the body had to be disposed of. Unless this was done during aflight it more than likely would have been somewhere else.5As I indicated in past correspondence one may have to consider what someone may haveconsidered was a valuable cargo aboard MH370, even so it may not have been so. If this was areason for a hijack then whomever did it would have needed to land the plane where the cargocould be accessed freely and perhaps required transport available for the transport of the cargo, irrespective if afterwards the cargo may have been found not to be as valuable.10The conduct to keep the plane flying or even to have it landed and then keep the so to sayhandshake going seems to be at odds with any intention to commit a suicide or crash.

Not to have any ransom demands may be because whomever is organising it all may desire tohave as much time as possible to separate passengers to prevent all of them to be rescued.in onerescue attempt. Hence, the longer the fate of flight MH370 remains in question the more time15they have to get hostages at different locations. While all attention is upon the possible flight path somehow no one seems to bother to seek

people on the land to report anything that might be out of the ordinary. Such as any trucks in an

area where ordinary no trucks are about. Again, extra ordinary food orders also may be an issueto consider. I consider it appalling that so little has been done to engage ordinary people in the20various countries to keep an eye out on any irregular activities, this even so the plan obviouslylanded somewhere (if it didn t crash). Valuable time has been lost and might have resulted indeaths also if any hostage sought to escape and/or they run out of food supplies and are remotefrom any normal civilisation. For example on a small island. After all the plane could havelanded on land and the passengers transferred to a small island to prevent them to leave. A much25easier way to control hundreds of people. Even if you let them starve to death, the island might

be too far from the mainland to swim to the mainland. That is why I view it is more importantto check islands, such as those near Australia, then to fly about over a fast ocean whereunlikely any survivors may exist if the plane crash landed on the ocean.

Whatever, if any, valuable cargo may have been aboard the missing plane it might be worth also30to keep an eye on any movement or offer of such goods. Besides the checking of relevant detailsof crew and passengers we ought not to overlook that those associated with crew and/or

passengers may have been involved in a hijacking, including ground staff working on the plane. It is better to consider every possible future problem, such as the possibility of a flying bomb and

be ready for it to be intercepted, etc, then to overlook it and many are losing their lives35subsequently. Considering that the Commonwealth of Australia Australian time is ahead ofMalaysian time then my original correspondence to Prime Minister Tony Abbott at Australiantime 00.10 on Tuesday 11 March (and later that day I forwarded a copy to the DEPARTMENT OFCIVIL AVIATION, MALAYSIA . As to extend the search area by at least by a 550kilometres radius.Regretfully it took nearly a week before this was done. Why was valuable time wasted?40I view what should be happening also is that those in charge of search and rescue of the differentcountries should meet together and work together to exchange details and information and beingable to communicate in a group format. I understand that the Australian Government will bedoing a search by planes for floating items but not what might be under the water. As such othersmay expect a different kind of search and rely upon this, such as sonar. What an utter mess! 45
