经甲乙双方友好协商，就甲方采用乙方的车桥产品达成如下协议：

Both parties get an agreement as below for Part A purchase axle from Part B:

一、 为了使乙方的车桥产品符合甲方的整车使用要求，甲方需向乙方提供如下整车数：

In order to ensure the axle fit vehicle requirements., Part A should provide below vehicle

vehicle configure will be changed, it should be formal confirmed by part B

五、 未尽事宜，双方协商解决。

Other issues not mentioned on this agreement should be solved by friendly discussion

六、 本协议一式两份，双方各执一份，经双方代表签字(盖章)后生效。
