Western European printer and multifunction (MFP) markets continued to show strong growth, with 2Q14 increasing 5.0% compared to the same period a year ago, according to the latest Worldwide Quarterly Hardcopy Peripherals Tracker from International Data Corporation (IDC). This resulted in a 2Q14 market figure of 4.92 million units, with growth of more than 234,000 units. There were many positive growth areas, with notable increases in color laser and inkjet markets, but monochrome laser markets again contracted as the move to color products continues.

As with 1Q14, MFP products accounted for 78% of all shipments in 2Q14. The overall MFP market increased 7.8%, while printers continued to decline, at -3.6%. The color laser and inkjet markets increased for both MFP and printer products, but monochrome markets declined in both product categories and printer products declined at a greater rate than MFP.

Inkjet markets showed good growth in both business and consumer segments. Most inkjet growth was from the U.K., which was the largest market in Western Europe for inkjet products in 2Q14, largely due to increases in consumer inkjets.

Overall, most countries showed growth in 2Q14, but there are still some signs that certain markets are struggling with the recovery. Growth patterns are also varied across those

countries with positive results, with some showing strong double-digit growth and others remaining in low-single-digit growth.

"Confidence has clearly now returned to the Western European printing and imaging markets with 2Q14 being the fifth quarter in a row that has shown year-on-year shipment increases," said Phil Sargeant, program director of IDC's Western European Imaging Hardware Devices and Document Solutions group. "The growth was initially being driven by business markets but consumer markets have shown gains in some countries, meaning that market confidence is also filtering through to home users."

Main Highlights• The overall Western European hardcopy market increased 5% year on year in 2Q14, with gains in both ink and laser markets.• Overall 1H14 shipments are 6.0% higher than in 1Q13.• Total inkjet markets increased 8.8% in 2Q14 from 2Q13. Business inkjets showed the most year-on-year growth, at 12.9%, and consumer markets showed positive growth of 8.2%.• Laser markets stuttered, however, with growth at -1.1%, largely due to the continual decline in monochrome single-function printers and a quarterly dip in monochrome MFP products.• Overall printers declined 3.6%, while overall MFP shipments increased 7.8%, with MFP increases seen in consumer inkjets, business inkjets, and color laser products.• High-speed inkjet printers increased by a quarter when compared to the same period a year ago, indicating that these devices are becoming popular in a variety of markets.

Country Highlights

GermanyThe German market increased 4.2% year on year in 2Q14 (the same growth rate as 1Q14) and Germany remains the largest overall market in Western Europe. Color laser markets showed strong growth patterns, especially in A4 MFP markets, but monochrome markets declined at a greater rate and as a result the overall laser markets in Germany contracted 2.1% year on year. Although monochrome markets declined, they remain a very sizeable market as they still account for almost two-thirds of all laser shipments. Growth in the inkjet markets remained strong, and both consumer and business products increased, with business inkjet devices accounting for one in five of all inkjet products shipping in Germany in 2Q14.

FranceFrench shipments in 2Q14 were flat compared to the same period last year. Shipments were also flat in 1Q14 and the overall 1H14 performance for France is at the same level as it was a year ago. Nectron Settles with Canon

July 17th 2014 Tokyo. Canon announced the successful conclusion of a patent infringement lawsuit against Nectron International Inc. in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, concerning certain toner cartridges and photosensitive drum units sold for use in Canon and Hewlett Packard laser beam printers.

To resolve the lawsuit , Nectron has stipulated to a consent Judgement and Permanent Injunction from the Southern District of New York, which prohibits it from making, using,selling and offering for sale

in the US, and from importing into the US, the toner cartridges and photosensitive drum units that Canon accused of infringing its US Patent Nos, 8,135,304, 8,280,278, 8,369,744, 8,433,219, 8,437,669, 8,494,411, 8,565,640, 8,630,564,8,676,085, 8,676,090, 8,682,215, 8,688,008.

This now makes a total of 4 companies that have now made a sett lement with Canon over the "dongle gear' patents. Provantage LLC, Printronic.com, Online Tech Stores.com Inc, and now Nectron International Inc. Still leaving 39 companies to go.

A report by Canon has established that print is still a major communication channel in South Africa, despite the unstoppable shift to digital. What’s more, the status quo will remain for some time longer, representing an important element in companies’ communications and marketing efforts.

A total 87% of print buyers believe the amount of printed materials is set to grow. Some 68% of businesses said they believed print communication will remain of critical importance over the next five years, with as much as 20% saying its importance will

were negative, and this led to an overall flat market. In contrast to Germany and other countries, consumer inkjets showed a slight dip but there was double-digit year-on-year growth for business inkjets. The strongest laser markets were the color and monochrome A4 MFP markets, while color and monochrome printers continued to decline.

U.K.The U.K. recorded growth of 22.9% and remains the second-largest market in 2014, overtaking France. Very strong consumer inkjet market growth is again one of the main reasons for growth and though there was some business inkjet growth, laser markets contracted 5.9%. The color laser market increased but, as with the other main countries, the monochrome laser markets declined as the switch to color continues. Both color printers and MFP products showed growth in 2Q14 and color sales accounted for 46% of all laser products — a greater ratio than in Germany and France.

Canon Threatened with Class-Action Suit over Pixma Printers

Canon is threatened with a class-action suit regarding its Pixma printer models, which are said to have a printhead fault that the company was aware of but did not pull

them from the market. The defect, according to media reports, leads to premature limited utility of the machines.

According to the two complaints filed so far, the Pixma printers in question displayed an error message and following that failed to perform any of their functions, including printing, scanning, faxing and copying. Both of the plaintiffs claim that Cannon refused to replace the faulty printers or pay for the necessary repairs.

InfoTrends’ Executive Charlie Corr Passes

Document management industry veteran and InfoTrends executive Charlie Corr passed away after a prolonged illness. Corr joined the team at InfoTrends after a six-year tenure with Mimeo.com. A Rhode Island graduate, Corr spent much of his career at Harvard University, as Associate Director of Operations for the university’s printing and publication services, and as a lecturer, before moving to the corporate sector, first with CAP Ventures, then with InfoTrends, Mimeo and InfoTrends again.

MatterFab Releases Low-Cost 3D Metal Printer

3D metal printers have been as a rule much more expensive than those that use plastics as filament, whose prices have been steadily and quickly going down. But one company, MatterFab, has decided to change things, releasing the first affordable 3D metal printer.

The machine uses a low-powered laser to melt metals, like stainless steel, which, for printing purposes, costs $120 per kilogram. The printer can produce injection molds, dental crowns and smaller aircraft components. Now MatterFab is working to make the printer compatible with third-part software in order to improve its usability. The first test shipments are planned for the start of 2015.

CGTrader in Hiring SpreeCGTrader, a 3D model and product marketplace, is hiring new talent thanks to the booming development of the 3D industry, especially in the consumer product segment. With its latest campaign “We’re Hiring for Work”, the marketplace aims to further grow its talent pool of 3D designers and satisfy the emerging demand for luxury 3D printed products.

The company said that although 3D printer prices are going down, in general they are still not within the reach of an average household. But demand is growing and 3D printed items are very hot these days, so the company is hoping to attract hosts of new clients who would order custom-made jewelry or home decorations, for instance, just as easily as they would tet a friend, according to CEO Marius Kalytis.

Clamp Solves 3D Print Filament Waste ProblemThe Fuse Clamp, a device created by Pedro M Librero, is the first successful attempt to reduce filament waste. The machine easily welds together two spools of filament, or what’s left of them but you don’t want to throw away, and makes them long enough to be reused.

The Fuse Clamp, which was recently launched on Indiegogo, seeking crowdfunding, has a heating element at the center, which allows for only a small portion of the filament to melt, at the place where the two pieces of filament connect. The device is very precise and does not leave any irregularities that could lead to jamming later on. The Fuse Clamp is available in two versions -- one for 1.75mm filament, and the other for 3mm filament.

Fenner Precision Creates Timing Belt for 3D PrintheadsFenner Precision, a unit of Ninjaflex manufacturer Fenner, has created a series of timing belts for 3D printers, which will make the printhead’s l inear movements more preci se. Accord ing to the company’s announcement, the belts are constructed us ing a range of durometers and reinforcing materials, including Kevlar, polyester and fiberglass, and come in different sizes. What they provide is no-slip synchronization, greater accuracy, smooth and quite printing, and clean, dust-free performance. The belts have a long life and are low on maintenance demand, Fenner Precision adds.

Solidry is India’s First 3D Print Marketplace

New Delhi-based Solidry is the first online marketplace in India to offer 3D print designs. Its website already has an extensive portfolio, with each item available in more than one color. What’s more, it offers printing services for designs supplied by clients. Since many of the designs come from Thingiverse, in case a client owns their 3D printer, they can just click on the link to the original source and print the design themselves.

The company was started by three engineers working for LinkedIn and SlideShare. First, one of them says, they thought about buying a 3D printer but that proved to be not really cost-effective. That’s why, Shirsendu “Troy” Karmakar continues, they designed and built their own machine. Since that moment, in June last year, Solidry has been focusing on providing clients with customized designs and marketing them online.

The company is also busy creating the first 3D printing community in the city. For now it hosts events that help popularize the technology and raise awareness about it.

Toy Company Makes 3D Printed Dystopian Creatures

Trobok Toys advertises itself as a toy brand from the future, marketing a series of six creatures that the company says come from a dystopian future where the air is poisonous, which is why they all but one wear gas masks.

The designs are available at a price but some are freely downloadable and printable from Trobok Toys’ website and from Thingiverse. The company also has customization options for the CAD files with the creature designs that allow every customer to actually print a unique creature. According to 3D Printing Industry author Michael Molitch-Hou, the idea has a significant marketing potential and investors may want to give it some attention while it’s not too late.

Portuguese Company Becomes First European Manufacturer of V-Slot

Portuguese startup Rat Rig has become the first company to produce V-Slot in Europe. The extruded aluminum rail has a wide range of applications in 3D printers, including as part of a printer’s metal frame, or as track for moving parts. V-Slot is also widely used with other devices, such as camera tripods, CNC machines and camera sliders.

Until now, the rail was only produced in North America and China, and importing it was a costly undertaking. Now, thanks to Rat Rig, anyone would be able to get some V-Slot at a significantly lower price, as the company supplies directly end-consumers, distributors and manufacturers.

MakerBot Promotes Consumer 3D Printing with Discounts

MakerBot, one of the large players in the 3D printing field, is offering a combo of an industrial-grade printer plus a desktop one at a discount of $400, for a total $8,998. The campaign is part of MakerBot’s strategy to promote 3D printing at all levels -- from the industrial to the household. The offer is valid until the end of August. In a further discount drive, the company is offering its Replicator Z18 with a filament case containing an XXL PLA filament spool for $1,500, at a $200 discount.

While it may look like going over the top, especially for individual consumers, the offer is likely to be very attractive for corporate users. Rainbow Coral, Nano3D Biosciences Get Funding Injection

A joint venture between Rainbow Coral and Nano3D Biosciences has received a grant from the National Institutes of Health, which will help them advance their work on a novel, high-performance 3D bioprinting system, which may take the place of in vitro and animal toxicity tests for new drugs.

The two companies are focusing their attention on a next generation of bioscience solutions for a range of related professions, such as doctors, researchers, and pharmaceutical engineers. For its BiO Assay, a high-throughput, high-content drug screening system, it needs investments to the tune of $1-$3 million, to begin commercial production.

The system uses biocompatible magnetic nanoparticles, the company explains, in order to print cells as three-dimensional structures, much faster and cheaper than current bioprinting methods.

Materialise Gearing Up for Growth

Belgium-based 3D printing company Materialise recently floated in New York, seeking to raise almost $100 million in its initial public offering. The company partners with designers, stylists and artists on a number of innovative 3D printing projects, and boasts a wide array of industrial-scale equipment. It has nearly 100 industrial 3D printers, most by EOS and 3D Systems, and uses them to print items varying from dresses, sculptures, and sunglasses, to prosthetic implants, medical models, and lampshades.

The company also develops and sells 3D printing software and filaments. Most recently, it released new TPU 92A-1 flexible materials. Further, Materialise provides rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing services. All points to a bright future for the company, thanks to its diversified portfolio of products and services. It also points to a bright future for the industry, which features such companies that are intent on constantly pushing back the horizons of 3D printing.

Chinese Mankati Boasts Extensive Product Line

Chinese 3D printer manufacturer Mankati was set up just two years ago and it already has five models to market. Using FDM technology, the company’s product lineup includes three small models, the JetBuilder R1 WD, JetBuilderR1 EP and Craftsman Pro, as well as two bigger ones, the JetBuilderX1 and the Fullscale XT.

The company is now actively going international, successfully expanding in Asia, Europe, and Australia, and eyeing the American market. In order to conquer it, Mankati has been working on improving its machines’ design. The latest model it released, the Fullscale XT, has a build volume of 250x250x300mm, features dual extruders, and can yield a resolution of 0.01mm on the X and Y axes, and 0.15mm on the Z axis. Apart from all this, the printer is quite fast, boasting speeds of 250 mm/sec with its patented printhead system. Its steel frame makes it more durable, and the proprietary technology it uses provides for greater stability, the company says.

New Zealand Firm Introduces 3D Printer for Schools

New Zealand imaging technology distributor Comworth Technologies recently presented a new product line from 3D printer maker XYZ targeting students. The printers were presented at an education-focused event, attended by officials from the New Zealand Ministry of Educations and representatives of schools and universities.

Comworth said in its official announcement of the event that 3D technology is changing the way in which schoolchildren learn and the way in which they create things. Aside from improving the outcome of the learning process, the company says, 3D printing stimulates interest in the area of science, technology, engineering and math, the so-called STEM, which is essential in view of the growing demand for such specialists and the existing shortage of talent.

The Da Vinci 1.0 has a price tag of just $900 and is easy to use, which is why it’s especially suitable for schools. Consumables for the printer are also affordable, at $45 per cartridge, and designs are cheap too, at less than $0.09 per gram.

Seiko Epson has no Plans to Enter 3D Market

While everyone else is rushing to take a piece of the booming 3D printing market, Seiko Epson is comfortable with the 2D one, according to president Minoru Usui. Usui says that 3D printers are still too imprecise and inefficient and use a very limited range of printing materials for the company to consider them commercially viable.

Instead of 3D printing, Seiko Epson is focusing on wearable technology, a natural extension of its initial wristwatch business, Usui notes. The company is developing a product range of smart glasses and smart watches. It plans to start marketing its latest version of Moverio smart glasses this month in Japan. Its wristbands that track the wearer’s heart rate will enter the market some time before next March.

Epson is also developing its main business with inkjet printers, coming up with new applications for its machines in order to reverse a losing streak that started in 2006. In this respect, Epson is focusing on corporate clients, as the number of household customers has been dwindling. In the corporate field it is competing with laser printers, offering the same quality of print and the same speed at lower running costs and lower levels of waste.

Xerox Continues Innovative Drive, Patents Rain

Xerox has one of the most productive research and development departments around the world, with more than 1,000 patents issued to the company on an annual basis. Most recently, the company has been focusing on things like the Internet of Things and on innovative materials.

One of the most recent patents awarded to Xerox is for a new material, graphene, which has shown great promise in a wide range of applications. The company’s scientists are planning to test the material in the construction of smart 3D configurations, an element of the dawning Internet of Everything.

The other recent patent that Xerox got concerns a method of using information that is collected by cameras to detect vital signs from a distance. This could help develop services of “remote sensing’, which would allow software programs to detect, for instance, the level of anxiety in a person when they have to speak, and help them become better at it.

Xerox employs more than 140,000 people in 180 countries across the world, and operates in areas as diverse as business services, printing equipment, and software programs.

Print-Rite Diversifies into 3D Printers

Chinese Union Technology International, a global supplier of Print-Rite aftermarket consumables, announced the company has built its first 3D printer. It uses proprietary software, and controller boards and firmware all developed by the company. The filaments with which the machine works are also a proprietary development, PLA and ABS.

The new product development head of Print-Rite, Philip So, said that the printer carries ten patents, and that its reliability, stability and precision make it equally attractive for designers and engineers.

TOKYO, August 6, 2014—Canon today announced that the Korean Supreme Court has rendered favorable decisions on July 24, 2014, in patent lawsuits against Korean photosensitive drum makers.

The Korean Supreme Court has rendered the decisions, affirming the Seoul High Court's ruling of infringement in the patent infringement lawsuit against AlphaChem, a Korean photosensitive drum maker, and the Korean Patent Court's ruling that the claims of Canon's Korean Patent No. 258,609 pertaining to photosensitive drums are valid. The Korean Supreme Court also affirmed the Seoul High Court's decision that the ruling of the patent invalidation made by the Korean Trade Commission in the investigation against five Korean photosensitive drum makers should be revoked. The Korean Supreme Court's decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

The ruling of patent infringement against AlphaChem is final and AlphaChem can no longer make or sell the infringing photosensitive drums.

Lexmark has once again raised its acquisition offer for Swedish ReadSoft, this time by 16, reaching a total of $224 million. The bid improvements were necessitated by rivaling bids from other suitors. The initial offer for the company was $182 million, which was raised to $194 million before this latest move. This latest price is 11% higher than still active competitor offers, major among which is the one from Hyland Software.

According to reports, ReadSoft’s two majority shareholders and the company’s board are willing to accept Lexmark’s bid. If a deal come to fruition, the Swedish company will be merged into Lexmark’s Perceptive Software division, which the US major has been growing via acquisitions for some times now, adding companies such as Saperion, Brainware and PACSGEAR.

MSE Increases Capacity through Lean Production Lines

VAN NUYS, Calif. – Micro Solutions Enterprises (MSE), a global leader in Intell igently Re-Engineered remanufactured toner cartridges, announces the employment of lean production lines in order to improve output and meet growing demand at its southern California manufacturing facility.

In addition, MSE recently employed two lean lines for the 64/90/4200/4300 families, which immediately resulted in increased product availability. Soon, MSE’s color growth will be addressed by the opening of a lean line for high-demand color families.

Xerox Postpones Patent Tender

auction of 239 of its US p a t e n t s f o r S e p t e m b e r.

Initially scheduled to take place in the third week of July, now the tenders will be carried out between September 11 and 16.

The patents to be tendered concern Xerox’ research & development divisions and will be separated into lots based on category. Categories include web content, audio communications, touch screen, networking, and print systems. Each of the lots has been estimated to be worth around $10 million, according to Xerox’s partner in the tender, intellectual property broker ICAP.

First released in September 2011, the Samsung CLP-415 series of color printers are based on an 18ppm, 600dpi engine (9600 x 600 Enhanced). The first page out is rated at under 16 seconds, and the monthly duty cycle is up to 40,000 pages.

The printers come with starter cartridges rated for 1000 pages (black) and 700 pages (colors). 媒体报道,国内发生的若干起信息泄露事件,经查明泄密途径大多与硒鼓有

关,据了解,硒鼓泄密的重要方式是在硒鼓内置入泄密芯片,湖南等若干省

市的国家保密机关已多次发布硒鼓存在泄密隐患的警示。一系列的硒鼓泄密

事件,给政府机关、军队及其他涉密单位敲响了警钟,同时也对国产打印耗

Foreign Brand Printers Pose Great Security Potential

国内办公用打印机多为国外品牌安全隐患大

目前,我国政府、军队、企事业单位的办公系统使用的激光打印机等设备大多采用国外

品牌,办公信息系统面临较大安全隐患。但与此同时,尽管国际市场反应热烈,拥有自主

核心技术的国货却面临“叫好不叫座”的尴尬境地。由于国内用户的市场惯性、国外竞

争对手的挤压以及政府采购天然对国产初创产品不友好,企业市场推广举步维艰、连

年亏损。国内企业呼吁,应借鉴部分国家在信息安全领域对非本国货物设置严格的市

场准入限制,通过政府采购倾斜政策,保护国有自主信息安全技术的应用推广。

办公打印机多为国外产信息安全隐患不容忽视

珠海赛纳打印科技有限公司助理总裁臧晓刚告诉记者,多年来,打印机的核

心芯片技术被日本、美国、韩国的少数企业垄断。当前市场上的主流品牌有日

本佳能、美国惠普、施乐、利盟以及韩国三星。这种情况很容易对我国信息安

全造成威胁。

臧晓刚说,打印机在工作过程中,主要有三个环节极易造成信息泄露:一

是存储器的泄密,打印机在工作过程中,首先要将信息输入内置硬盘或者存储

器中,但是绝大多数厂家并未内置数据删除程序,导致在硬盘或者存储器弃用

后,仍然能对数据进行读取,或者利用远程控制转发数据;二是网络的泄密,

共拓打印机病毒或者直接盗取打印机信息,通过网络传送出去;三是耗材芯片

的泄密,无论是喷墨打印机的墨盒还是激光打印机的硒鼓,都内置了一个“小

芯片”,将信息写入芯片,通过回收用完的墨盒、硒鼓进行数据读取。

2011 年,哥伦比亚大学 2 名研究人员就曾在美国著名品牌激光打印机中发

现严重安全漏洞,黑客可以控制打印机,甚至可以通过定影装置长时间加热引燃

激光打印机。

2012 年,美国计算机紧急响应小组 (US-CERT) 发布报告称,三星的激光打

印机存在一个后门管理员账户,该账户被硬编码在打印机固件 (SoC 芯片 ) 中,无

需验证就可通过打印机的网络管理协议被访问。可被黑客用于更改打印机配置,获

取敏感信息或通过执行恶意代码发动等。

国产打印机“叫好不叫卖”呈现“外冷内热”

使用国外打印机存在信息泄密的风险,但另一方面,具有自主核心技术的国产打印

机在国内却面临“叫好不叫座”的尴尬局面。

据悉,珠海赛纳打印科技股份有限公司于 2009 年研发出我国第一台有自主核心技术的

激光打印机,打破了美、日、韩对打印机产业近 30 年的技术垄断,也使中国成为全球第四个

掌握激光打印机核心技术的国家。该公司研发的奔图打印机进入市场后,在 20 多个国家建立了

销售和服务网络,已在以色列、南非、俄罗斯等国家占据了市场领先地位。然而,在国内市场却连年亏

损,市场份额不到 2%。据分析,具体原因有三点:

一是国内市场的强大用户惯性。新进入市场,品牌知名度不高,在旧产品没有明显缺陷的情况下,消费者对

于购买新产品的主观意愿不强烈。特别是使用财政资金进行购买的客户,首先考虑安全,“这个产品不要

出问题,在市场上已经久经考验,甚至是行业市场上排名第一,就算出了问题,也不用负责任。”北

京奔图科技有限公司大客户总监沈宇说,“这对新创的产品是巨大的门槛。”

二是国外竞争对手的联合打压。打印机市场主要是销售代理模式,基于已经存在的利益关

系,代理商不愿意代理新产品。沈宇说,代理商通常是“集成销售”,除了提供打印机外,

还会提供电脑、路由器等综合解决方案等。“在一次和某代理商的沟通中,对方还请我理解,

因为一旦将打印机从惠普更换成奔图,那其他产品的代理也会遇到阻力,惠普就会终止

其所有产品的代理协议,以此要挟。在商言商,我们也理解。毕竟给机构客户供应产品

的供应商,不是一次性交易,供应商的排他性很强,形成了一些供应商的垄断。品牌

价值越大的,他们越不敢得罪。即使做奔图让利更多,他也不敢做。”

三是政府采购流程天然对新创产品不友好。沈宇告诉记者,政府采购公开招标

采用综合评分法,包括技术分和商务分。技术分方面,国外打印机企业已经进入到

我国招标标准制定环节。由于采购者是“门外汉”,制定招标书时会征求各大供应

商意见,最后的技术参数基本上就是由已经有垄断地位的几大国外供应商制定,奔

图提出的技术参数不被接受。在商务分方面,主要考核市场占有率,作为后进入

品牌,奔图市场占有率只有 2.8%,完全没有优势。综合两者,尽管是国内自主研

发的产品,但在进入国内市场的过程中困难重重。

强化采购执行力度保障信息安全

斯诺登事件折射了当前国际社会信息安全“暗战”愈演愈烈的趋势。在办公

信息化领域,美国及日本政府均通过政府采购的手段,对非本国货物设置严格的

市场准入限制,来维护本国的信息安全和经济利益。

2006 年 3 月,美国国务院经招标确定采购联想集团价值约 1300 万美元 1.6

万多台计算机设备。美中经济安全调查委员会以“会对美国国家安全产生灾难性

后果”为由提出强烈反对,并将意见提交国会。最后,美国政府调整了原来的采

购计划,在联想与美国国土安全部签订的安全协定上又多加了限制条件,要求联

想在参与美国的政府采购时,不得以任何形式索取、接受、维护、鉴别有关美国

政府定购电脑产品的用户信息,同时还宣布将会修改政府采购流程。

IBM 的台式计算机曾一直是日本防卫厅采购目录的“注册厂商”,也曾经是

日本防卫厅重要的计算机设备提供者。但 IBM 的台式计算机部门被联想收购后,

日本防卫厅在 2006 年 4 月,以防止“中国制造”的台式计算机“渗透”而造成“泄

密”为理由,拒绝接受联想生产的 IBM 品牌台式计算机,从此联想彻底无缘日本

防卫厅电脑采购招标。

为保障我党政军系统的信息安全,珠海赛纳打印科技有限公司创始人、CEO

汪东颖建议强化对国产信息类产品的采购执行力度。一方面要在不违背 WTO 的前

提下进行政策设计,明确“本国货物”的认定标准及量化指标,建立信息安全标准化

体系和政府信息类产品采购指南。

另一方面强制要求各部门在国产产品能够满足应用需求时,必须采购并优先采购目

录内的产品;因技术原因确需采购非本国货物时,必须按照有关规定报相关部门审批,同

时该产品也必须通过国家的信息安全检测认证,并以此为对价,要求国外厂商开放涉及信息

安全的关键技术。

2014 年 7 月 17 日东京消息——

佳能今天宣布在纽约州南区地方法院成

功解决一起指控 Nectron 国际公司专利

侵权的案件,该案件涉及出售用于佳能

和惠普激光打印机的特定墨盒和感光鼓

产品。

为解决这起案件,Nectron 公司已

同意协议裁决,并履行纽约南区的永

久禁令,该禁令禁止 Printronic 在美国

境内制造、使用、销售或标价出售,

或者向美国进口,佳能指控侵犯其美

国专利的墨盒与感光鼓。该案件所涉

及到的美国佳能专利包括:8,135,204,

8,280,278, 8,369,744, 8,433,219,

8,437,669, 8,494,411, 8,565,640,

8,630,564, 8676,090, 8,682,215 和

8,688,008。

截 止 目 前, 共 有 4 家 公 司 已 与

佳能就“加密齿轮”专利问题达成和

解, 它 们 分 别 是:Provantage LLC,

Printronic.com,Online Tech Stores.

com Inc,以及现在的 Nectron 国际公

司。另外还有 39 家公司仍未与佳能达

成解决方案。

《孟子·离娄上》“得天下有道,

得其民,斯得天下矣。得其民有道,得

想取得最高统治权、获得整个天下是有

办法的,那就是获得民众就可以得到天

下了。要想获得民众有办法,那就是获

得民心就可以得到民众;要想获得民心

有办法,民众所需要的,就给予他们,

反对的不要给予。

对于打印机厂商来说,这数十年对

于“民心”的研究不谓不长。那么,打

印市场的民心所向究竟为何?很简单,

低成本。

这么多年来,打印机厂商也不是不

知道这点,但一直以来的“剃须刀”运

作模式,让他们欲罢不能。耗材是打印

机厂商获取丰厚利润的根本,因此,打

印成本就如同害羞的姑娘一样,脱了一

件又一件,但观众仍然大喊不过瘾。

几乎每年,都有打印机厂商将低价

耗材作为宣传点,以期打动用户。在第

三方耗材并未大行其道的时光里,这一

招颇为奏效,用户、渠道和市场都很认

可。在那时,打印机厂商只要许以“小

恩小惠”即可获得不错的市场反响。

可惜,好景不长。

当第三方耗材逐渐获得认可,灌粉、

注墨也就变得日渐频繁,原装耗材的空

间被压缩,于是乎打印机厂商在降价的

同时,开始“强调”输出质量以及机器

保固。但对于打印成本有着近乎偏执的

用户面前,这些多少显得有些苍白。

2012 年 9 月,爱普生推出全新的

墨仓式打印机,大力推原装连供。此新

品一出,立马引发市场巨动。在随后的

一个月内,惠普宣布正式推出“超级惠

省”系列打印新品,目标直指“墨仓式”。

再后来,佳能也推出低价位的墨盒,籍

此相抗衡。

在接下来的一年多时间内,墨仓式

打印机大卖,无论是在传统渠道还是在

电商网站几乎断货。爱普生墨仓式打印

机在中国地区的实际操盘手王金城一时

春风得意。

但回过头来看,爱普生实际在之前

已经推出过“大墨仓”打印设备,但市

场反馈并不好,销量也颇为一般。对此,

业内分析认为,第一代的墨仓式打印机

在产品本身方面有一些问题,因此销量

不好,而随后经过改良,“墨仓式”被

市场和用户高度认可。

即便是“墨仓式”热销,但摆在眼

前的事实是,很多买家在后期的耗材方

面,仍旧选取了更为便宜的第三方墨水,

而非爱普生原装的 60 元一瓶的墨水。

这部分极端用户觉得,60 元一瓶的墨

水依然是贵了。

这,令人啼笑皆非。

时间推移至今天。2014 年 3 月 7 日,

奔图北京分公司的市场部经理韩冰向与

会的几家媒体透露,奔图将推出一款“划

时代”的产品,该新品除了在机身小型

化、价格和易用性方面有极大的改进,

最为重要的特点是支持灌粉!此消息一

出,立马在现场引起了热烈的讨论。

而在 3 月 19 日的松下打印机全国

渠道大会上,松下系统网络株式会社办

公设备事业部企画部部长大石雄三宣布

推出可灌粉的 MB1600 系列新品时,

台下也一片“骚动”。

下最先推出,早在数年前,理光就玩过

这出。但至于后来为什么没有在市场大

卖,窃以为可能是大环境所致,比如兼

容耗材还不是那么发达?友商的压力?

等等,不一而足。总结起来,应该是时

机未到。

毫无疑问,现在最为尴尬的是激打

市场的传统列强们,如惠普、佳能、富

士施乐、三星、兄弟和京瓷等。惠普一

直在耗材打假方面不遗余力;而佳能似

乎更为热衷于专利诉讼;富士施乐刚在

去年推出超低价的原装碳粉,如今却又

要面临更为严峻的竞争;三星去年力推

鼓粉分离,市场份额有所上升,但今年

要保持这一佳绩尤须努力;兄弟也一样,

低价原装耗材仍是力推的重点;至于京

瓷,还在强调“超长寿命”硒鼓的话术,

但据了解,正在谋划一款“创世纪”产品。

不管是什么市场策略或产品蓝图,

低成本这个话题在任何时候都显得不过

时。厂商们怎么玩,能玩出什么花样不

是关键,关键还在于“民心”。

人民真的很需要低廉的打印成本,

这似乎已是当下不可阻挡的洪流。

中国作为制造业大国,现在除了喷

头,打印机的其他配件都已实现国产化。

此前国内有企业耗资几千万元研发喷头

未果,行业希望政府部门能牵头组织研

发。一个制造业大国,国人的办公案头

却找不到国产打印机。而出现这一现象,

仅仅是因为打印机喷头中国造不出来。

一个小小的喷头就“绊住”了中国

打印行业,导致部分中国企业为了生产

大型写真机、喷绘机等机器,不得不从

国外购买打印机,然后拆掉喷头,把原

装打印机当做废品处理掉。

面对如此困境,业内呼吁,希望政

府部门能组织专门力量研发喷头,打破

国外垄断坚冰。

中国人办公桌上看不到国产打印机

你相信吗,偌大一个中国,摆在国

人办公案头的打印机竟然没有国产品牌?

昨日上午,河南商报记者走访了河

南科技市场、电子产品卖场等,均没有

看到国产打印机的身影。

在淘宝网上,输入“打印机”三个字,

网页中出现的都是爱普生、惠普、佳能、

富士施乐、美能达等国外品牌。

河南科技市场一位销售人员称,他

销售这类产品三四年了,从来没听说过

有国产打印机,市场上销售的也都是国

外品牌。

在打印行业摸爬滚打多年的河南省

安徽商会副会长罗飞介绍,现在中国人

办公室的打印机,根本就没有国产品牌。

小喷头“绊住”了中国打印行业

是什么原因导致出现了这一现象

呢?喷头!

“中国作为制造业大国,现在办公

用打印机配件几乎都已实现国产化,唯

有喷头没有实现国产化。”罗飞说。

罗飞从上世纪末开始接触打印行业,

曾经花高价从国外采购写真机、喷绘机,

但迫于维修保养压力,他们公司研发了

写真机、喷绘机,这不仅让国内写真机、

喷绘机价格大降,也让国内写真、喷绘

产品价格大降,但打印机喷头却成为他

们无法逾越的障碍。

打印机喷头有两种,一种是发泡式

的,另一种是压电式的。目前,因为分

辨率低,发泡式喷头已很少用了,大部

分采用的是压电式喷头。

“其实不仅是办公用打印机,写真

机、喷绘机、旗帜机、条幅机等,凡是

需要喷墨的设备,都需要用喷头。”郑

州乐彩科技股份有限公司销售总监王春

兴说,受到打印机喷头的限制,在中国

生产价格在 10 万元以下的机器,根本没

有什么利润。

“现在办公用打印机,价格很低,

从几十元到几千元不等。”王春兴表示,

此前有新的打印机品牌上市时,国外企

业甚至不要钱送给客户,或者消费者购

买其他产品直接送打印机。

“企业之所以这么做,就是因为他

们掌握喷头技术。”王春兴表示,打印

机是送给客户了,但打印机中的墨水并

不多,只有十几毫升,打印不了多少东

西就没有了。

“那种打印机的墨盒和喷头捆绑在

一起,你如果想继续使用打印机,就得

更换喷头。”王春兴说,一个喷头 100

多元,一年使用几十个甚至上百个,对

方的利润自然就来了。

“其实,墨水的成本非常低,我们

现在生产的墨水,一升才卖 100 多元,

而国外企业十几毫升墨水就卖 100 多

元。”王春兴称,据此计算,一升墨水

可以卖 1 万多元,这是什么样的利润?

研发成本太高 企业无力承担

“我们作为河南省最大写真机、喷

绘机等生产企业,每台机器都要使用喷

头,也动过研发喷头的想法。”王春兴说,

但研发成本太高,根本不是他们这种企

业所能承担的。

更重要的是,即使有资金支持,王

春兴也不知道找谁合作。

王春兴称,他曾听说行业内一家企

业研发过打印机喷头,投入几千万元研

发资金也没成功。

“我想,没有成功的原因,除研发

资金外,应该还受到了研发团队实力的

限制。”河南高格商贸有限公司总经理

杨涛说,他代理的写真机、喷绘机中,

有国产品牌,也有外国品牌,但国产品

牌的机器使用的都是外国喷头。

杨涛介绍,目前世界上生产打印机

喷头的企业都在日本、美国、英国等,

但主要还是在日本。国内打印机市场,

尤其是宽幅在 1.6 米以下的打印设备市

场,主要是被日本企业垄断。

喷头厂家坐地起价国内行业受制约

正是受到喷头制约,中国企业在打

印机市场几乎没有主动权。

不仅如此,在价格比较高的喷绘机、

写真机市场,中国品牌也时刻受到外国

品牌的打压。

“2002 年时 15 万元的写真机,现

在三四千元都不好卖。”

王春兴说,当年他们为

了搞研发特意购买了一

台写真机,后来公司生

产的产品直接把一家外

国写真机品牌打败了,

现在市场上已找不到那

个外国品牌的身影了。

“从简单的价格对

比中,就能看到外国打

印设备的利润有多高。”

王春兴称,现在国产写

真机、喷绘机等,外国

机器能做到的效果,国

产机器也能做到,二者

没有差别。

“但因喷头限制,

中国生产写真机、喷绘

机等的厂家,时刻面临

挑战。”王春兴介绍,

现在使用最多的喷头是

爱普生喷头,但厂家一

般不单独卖喷头,即使

中国爱普生代理商向厂家调换喷头,也

要将有毛病的喷头发给厂家。

“即使卖给你喷头,价格也是很高

的。”杨涛说,现在他代理的一款喷头

产品,每个价格四五千元,贵的七八千元。

“我听说还要涨价,因为这个厂家

又出新的喷头了,每个价格在 1.2 万多元,

因为价格高,销量不好。”杨涛说,他

最近听说,厂家准备把现有喷头价格涨

到 1 万元以上,倒逼客户购买新产品。

“即便如此,中国生产写真机、喷

绘机的企业也没有办法,只能任人宰割。”

杨涛表示,主动权掌握在人家手中,你

不买就没法生产相关产品。

政府牵头成立专业研发团队打破喷头垄

断坚冰

喷头价格飙高,出现一种奇特现象,

中国一些生产喷绘机、写真机的企业,

从国外购买打印机,拆掉喷头,把打印

机其他部件作为废品卖掉。

“这种情况确实存在,因为单独购

买喷头的成本远比在国外购买一台打印

机的成本高,企业为生存只能这样做。”

王春兴说,即使如此,中国企业也时刻

面临挑战。

“国外喷头厂家发现这种情况后,

为保证他们产品的垄断性地位,不断对

喷头加密。”王春兴说,一旦喷头加密,

使用这个喷头打印出来的东西就会出现

断墨的情况。

罗飞表示,要想打破外国打印机喷

头垄断市场的局面,只有政府出面组织

强有力的研发团队,投入研发资金,研

制国产喷头。一旦喷头实现国产,中国

打印机、喷绘机、写真机等生产成本就

会降低,这样一来,其他相关产品的成

本也可相应降低。

对此,河南省科学技术厅高新技术

发展及产业化处一位工作人员表示,从

他们掌握的情况看,目前河南境内还没

有一家研发机构或者企业向他们申报过

打印机喷头研发项目。

打印厂商欲以低价夺回耗材市场OEMs Want to Recapture the Consumables Market

说到打印机的耗材市场,很多人可能并不关注,但市场上

的每一台打印机都需要不断的更换耗材。随着打印机市场竞争

的加剧,厂商也采用了以低价格销售打印机,高价格销售耗材

的市场策略。而在耗材市场,也存在着很强的竞争,在这个竞

争的市场中,厂商高价的原装耗材在市场上逐渐成为弱市。

近两年,打印机市场通过降低耗材价格,给了这一市场有

力地回击。先是爱普生推出了墨仓式打印机,将单页打印成本

降到仅有 1 分 5,随后惠普宣布推出超级惠省系列打印机,虽然

打印成本方面没有爱普生那么极端,但也让很多业内人士惊讶。

不仅仅是在喷墨产品上,在激光打印机市场,厂商也开始

了低价耗材战略。在去年,三星力推鼓粉分离的打印机。而在

今年的上半年,奔图和松下都推出了可灌粉的打印机产品,这

个消息一出,立刻引起了业内的轩然大波。

也许很多人不太理解可灌粉打印机的意义,首先我要先介

绍一下目前市场上耗材的种类。常见的耗材主要分为三类,一

类是原装耗材,也就是打印机厂商推出的原厂耗材;第二类属

于通用耗材,是一些专门生产打印机耗材的厂商推出的,替代

原厂耗材的产品;第三类就是假冒耗材,也就是仿冒原厂耗材,

无法找到生产厂商的产品。

有权威机构统计,目前国内打印耗材市场容量保守估计在

400 亿元人民币,并且以每年 30% 的速度在增长。每年 10 月

份在珠海举办的耗材展盛况,也让我们见识到耗材这个市场的

影响力,而这一展会上主要是来自我们说的第二类,通用耗材。

有业内人士曾透露,国内国内原装耗材、假冒耗材和通用耗材

在市场中的占有比例大约为 4:4:2,通用耗材和假冒耗材占据了

60% 的市场份额。对于厂商来说,耗材市场还有着很大的作为,

不仅可以带动打印机市场销量,耗材本身的销售也会利润不菲。

虽然现在的原装打印耗材在市场销售上处于劣势,主要原

因就是其高昂的售价,想要扭转这一局势,只要大幅降低售价,

让利于民,消费者对于原装耗材还是很买账的。

首先,原装耗材在产品质量上与通用耗材还是有着一些差

别,这往往在专业打印领域是无法被接受,专业人士更愿意选

择质量更有保障的原装耗材。

其次,对于大多数消费者来说,买了什么品牌的打印机,

首先想到的就是同一品牌的原装耗材。再加上原装耗材知名度

高,产品质量好,当然占尽先机。

此外,打印机厂商已经在全国设立了完善的销售维修体系,

这些渠道无处不在,原装耗材自然也就畅通无阻。

可以说,广大的打印机用户在选择耗材的时候,性价比、

环保是大家最关注的两个方面。在环保方面原装耗材占据着优

势,厂商只要在性价比方面做足功夫,就会立刻扭转在耗材市

场方面的颓势。

以往受到消费者认可的连续供墨系统,厂商选择了墨仓式

打印机产品,在成本上大幅降低;而激光打印机的硒鼓灌粉,

厂商从想尽办法杜绝到如今的推出可灌粉产品。在未来,还会

有更多的厂商加入到低成本耗材更换的队伍中。原装耗材与通

用耗材、假耗材进行直接的竞争,也让广大消费者对未来的低

成本打印有了更多的期待。

爱普生进军企业打印系统市场

为了开拓新的营收渠道,抵消消费级打印机业务方面低迷的销售业绩,爱

普生泰国分公司正在改变其战略,拟涉足企业打印系统市场。

据爱普生泰国分公司总经理 Yunyong Muneemongkoltorn 透露,2014—

2016 年,泰国的企业及教育用打印机的总出货量将出现 10%-15% 的复合年增

长率,同期的消费级打印机市场增长则将持平。

Yunyong Muneemongkoltorn 认为今年泰国的打印机销量将达到 145 万台,

到 2016 年将增加到 179 万台。他还称当地 2012 年的打印机销量为 199 万台,

到 2013 年减少到 152 万台。

据称,爱普生将于明年年初推出 A3 喷墨打印机,在企业用机市场跟多功

能打印机抗衡。到 2015 年 3 月份本财年结束时,投影仪将会创造总营收 18%

的受益,成为另一个创收的热门产品。此外,企业用机市场的营收将达到泰国

市场总营收的 60%, 同比增长 7%。

全球印刷设备市场预测 : 看好数字印刷

近日,英国 Pira 公司发布《2017 年全球印刷设备市场预测》,预测全球

印刷设备市场总值将在 2017 年达到 227 亿美元。该研究报告从技术、销售趋

势等方面对全球印刷设备市场进行了全面剖析,并对全球 20 多个国家印刷设备

市场的发展前景作出了预测。

报告指出,全球印刷设备市场的增长动力主要来自于模拟和数字印刷设备

的增值功能,而不是传统的平版印刷、柔性版印刷或凹版印刷设备。新一代印刷

机比老一代设备更为高效,其配备的自动化和控制系统也能明显简化印刷机的操

作流程。大多数印刷企业都会选择用一台全新的印刷机来替代两到三台老设备。

此外,数字印刷机的高质量、高生产力和高稳定性成为企业用其来替代传

统印刷设备的主因。在 2014 年 ~2017 年期间,数字印刷机在全球范围内的装

机量将突破 4 万台。2012 年,数字和模拟印刷机在全球范围的装机量大约为

110 万台,而到 2017 年,这一数据将增至 120 万台。在此期间,模拟印刷机

的装机量基本保持稳定,而数字印刷机的装机量则将继续增长。

以喷墨和静电照相技术为核心的数字印刷设备将成为印刷设备供应市场

上最重要的一个分支。其市场份额将从 2007 年的 14.2% 增长到 2017 年的

32.5%。与此同时,将有越来越多的模拟印刷设备和印前系统供应商进入数字

印刷领域。

从地区上来看,中国、巴西、印度和俄罗斯将成为对新设备购买力最强的

几个国家。虽然单张纸印刷机仍然是印刷设备市场上的龙头老大,但一些德国

印刷机制造巨头的重组和破产也表明欧洲、北美和日本等国家对传统印刷机需

求量的降低。小森、海德堡和曼罗兰等公司纷纷与兰达公司签署合约,联合开

3D 打印技术正不断向大尺寸、高精

度、复杂化结构发展。对打印材料的拓

展使用和打印精度控制不断提高成为主

要亮点。作为趋于成熟的新兴技术,3D

打印仍须与传统制造技术相结合,互相

取长补短才会有光明的未来。

3D 打印技术问世以来,一直是社会

关注的热点,很多地区将 3D 打印产业列

为重点发展产业之一。3D 打印技术正被

广泛运用到文化创意产业、生物医疗、

工业设计等多个领域。

“3D 打印技术正不断向大尺寸、高

精度、复杂化结构发展。对打印材料的

拓展使用和打印精度控制不断提高成为

主要亮点。”中科院化学研究所研究员、

绿色印刷重点实验室主任宋延林介绍说。

由于材料以及可控性等诸多问题难

以突破,目前全球较为广泛使用的 3D 打

印机都以树脂、塑料以及生物材料为主,

生产工业模型等产品。中国 3D 打印技术

产业联盟首席顾问、清华大学教授颜永

年是国内较早从事 3D 打印技术研究的专

家,他认为:“用激光 3D 技术打印出各

种精密的金属物件,才可以称为真正意

义上的‘3D 打印技术革命’。”

“‘4000W—L-SS’平台是目前国

内 3D 打印产业的一大新亮点。”颜永年

说,“ 所 谓 L-SS 是 LCD、SLD 和 SLS

三种工艺的缩写合成,LCD 是激光熔敷

沉积成形技术,SLM 是选择性激光熔化

成形技术,SLS 是选择性激光烧结成形

技术。”清华大学系统集成研究所与江

苏永年激光成形技术有限公司合作,将

CAD 模型(产品的计算机模型)、分层

和路径规划、工艺参数和激光智能系统

相关的信息和数据通过计算机集成制造

系统的原理和集成方法与多台 3D 打印设

备和激光器集成,形成一个“激光—3D

打印”设备网络,实现在计算机管控下

的优化配置,可以大大提高信息共享度、

资源利用率和节能效率。

国外用于激光加工(焊接和切割)

的网络其实早已存在,但尚无用于激光

3D 打印的网络。“L-SS 平台的建成和

投产的意义重大,将在航空、航天、核能、

模具修复以及矿山设备修复等方面发挥

重大作用。”颜永年表示,如在远洋船

舶上装 L-SS 平台,可大大减少重型零

配件的载带量,平台的车载形式将构成

流动军工装备战地修复“医院”和矿山

设备现场修复“医院”,这在国内处于

领先状态。

3D 技术方兴未艾,不过,记者采访

的多位专家和企业负责人均表示,目前

在我国发展 3D 产业,还存在诸多发展瓶

颈和需要加强的环节。

在宋延林看来,3D 产业的进一步发

展仍面临一些技术局限。比如如何实现

高精度的打印,避免二次加工;如何提

高打印速度,以提高生产效率;如何提

高打印器件性能,以便与传统制造方式

媲美等。

“突破这些技术局限,需要从事打

印材料、设备和软件研发的科学家加强

交流与合作,形成广泛交叉学科的研发

团队,集中突破。”宋延林认为,在这

方面,3D 打印新材料的开发至关重要,

如纳米材料应用于 3D 打印技术,可以在

提高打印产品的性能和精度方面发挥重

要作用。

将 3D 打印技术引入我国的主力军是

清华大学、西安交大和华中科技大学等

高校,行业领域的领军人物基本都是学

者型人才。“他们应更多地与金融专家、

市场营销专家展开合作,克服研究者在

产业发展方面的局限性。”颜永年建议,

此外,3D 打印应与传统的制造业相结合,

这是 3D 打印发展的正确方向。“3D 打

印仍是趋于成熟的新兴技术,必须与传

统制造技术相结合,互相取长补短才会

有光明的未来”。

3D 打印的概念在普及之初,受到了

极大的关注,不少企业看好它的前景,

并跃跃欲试。然而,随着时间的推移,

3D 打印发展的瓶颈渐渐显现,不少企业

和个人也开始理智对待这一新技术。而

3D 打印的推广也遇到了难题。

日本大阪商工会议所 10 日发布的调

查结果显示,非大型企业中 3D 打印机的

使用率仅为 9.2%。3D 打印机虽然被认

为可节省制作原型产品的时间和成本,

但普及面临着设备价格高昂、会操作者

少的障碍。

在做出回答的企业中有 42.7% 表示

今后愿使用 3D 打印机。关于 3D 打印机

难以普及的原因,50.7% 企业选择了“价

格高昂”,选择“可使用的材料有限”和“需

花费时间培养操作人员”的比例分别为

42.1% 和 36.8%。

大阪商工会议所表示,为帮助非大

型企业更多地使用 3D 打印机,将要求国

家和地方政府提供补贴,并将开办相关

讲座。据悉,调查于 6 月 13 日至 7 月 4

日针对 2234 家会员企业实施,293 家企

业做出了回答。

美国纳斯达克上市的 3D 打印公司 3D Systems 今天宣布,为了进一步

扩大其 Quickparts 在美国的业务,公司收购了 Laser Reproductions。交

易细节尚未披露。

总部设在美国俄亥俄州哥伦布市的 Laser Reproductions,积累了 30

年的制造服务经验,并且在当地与蓝筹企业建立了长期的合作关系。本次

交易预计将立即为 3D Systems 贡献利润,并在 12 个月内推动其每股收益。

美国 3D Systems 公司成立于 1986 年,是世界上第一家发明光固化快

速原型系统的公司。目前,3D Systems 已经成长为一个为全球客户提供先

总部位于荷兰的分布式 3D 打印网络 3D Hubs 近日发布了 2014 年 8

月份的全球 3D 打印趋势报告。该报告主要通过对 3D Hubs 平台上发生的

3D 打印服务交易以及在平台上注册的超过 6000 台 3D 打印机等数据的分

析,跟踪谁是当下最流行的 3D 打印机、3D 打印耗材以及相关厂商。

该报告列出了 8 月份打印质量评价最高的前 15 款 3D 打印机。其中两

款专业级的 3D 打印机,即 3D Systems 公司的 Projet 660、Zcorp 分列前

两名。上个月排名第一的 Form1 SLA 3D 打印机,本月下滑两位,列第三。

Afinia H480 本月头次上榜即名列 5 位,让人印象深刻。需要指出的是,

Afinia 为我国 3D 打印机厂商北京太尔时代在美国的贴牌产品。

在用户拥有量增长最快的3D打印机排行榜上,来自台湾的 Da Vinci 1.0

以 56.3% 的月增幅高居第一。这与该产品的低价策略有一定的关系,Da

Vinci 1.0 的售价大约为 500 美元左右。

Robo 3D 打印机也呈加速增长态势,上个月增幅还仅为第 11 名,本

月即以 24.3% 的增幅占据第二位。我们发现新上榜的 Afinia H480 本月增

幅位居第四,同样引人注目。

MakerBot 系列仍然是世界上大多数的地区中最受欢迎的 3D 打印机,

比如北美、亚太地区和南美洲。只是在欧洲受到了本土品牌的强力阻击,

市场占有率仅据第三,逊于 Ultimaker(18.6%)和 Prosa I3(7.8%)。这

新品发布会,在中国首次发布全球最高精度 3D

打印机产品——MAX2。

发布会现场,Solidscape 公司与康硕集团的

工作人员对 MAX2 及其同系列产品进行了全方位

解读。

首先,这款产品的触屏界面全部使用图表图

形来实现操作,是真正便捷易用的全自动人性化

操作界面。

另据介绍,MAX2 及其所用耗材等系列产品

主要用于高精度失蜡铸造。失蜡铸造又称熔模铸

造,用来生产精密零部件、珠宝首饰、工艺品等。

MAX2 与普通打印机设备体积同等,却能带来更

高的精度和更短的设计周期。

Solidscape 公司拥有独家专利的耗材及 SCP

三菱重工拟用 3D 打印技术制造

火箭零部件

近日,日本三菱重工 (MHI) 表示,在开发使用

3D 打印机, 使用金属 3D 打印机制造火箭零部件。

日本宇宙航空开发机构 (JAXA) 计划在 2020

财年发射一枚新的大型试验火箭,作为 JAXA 的合

作伙伴,三菱重工已获得授权开发火箭,并提供运

输服务。为降低火箭发射成本,三菱重工正寻求在

火箭开发过程中使用金属 3D 打印的可能性。

同时,三菱重工是日本政府支持下的新研究

开发倡议的一部分。该倡议旨在推动 3D 金属打印

机的研究和开发。目标是 2015 年开发出能够打印

高级金属零部件的原型机器。

三菱重工国防和航空航天业务单元的总工程师

表示,火箭有特殊材料需求,因为它们要运行在极

端条件下,但现有的 3D 金属打印机在使用这些材

料方面存在困难,目前,他们必须专注于此项技术

的基础研究。

2013 年,美国国家航空航天局 (NASA) 完成

了采用增材制造生产的火箭发动机喷嘴的热火测

试。NASA 表示,此项技术为火箭发动机带来更高

的制造效率。在过去,3D 打印已用来制造某些火

箭零部件,但目前,此项技术可用于制造更多关键

的组件。3D 打印可降低制造复杂零部件的时间和

成本。

英国 2040 年可实现3D 打印无人机技术

据俄新社报道,英国防务公司 BAE Systems 专家确认,至 2040 年

之前可实现 3D 打印无人机技术,且可直接在常规飞机上进行。

BAE Systems 公司网站上发布一系列技术方案,以实现 3D 打印机

打印无人机的技术。该公司专家相信,至 2040 年这一计划就会变成现实。

BAE Systems 公司还预测了激光武器的出现,它会以光速击中敌方

导弹。此外,在飞行器碳纳米管中加入名为 Survivor 的专用胶能在数秒

之内于空中修复飞机损伤。专家称,这项技术将助飞机完成最危险的操作。

亚马逊推 3D 打印在线商店可订制百种商品

北京时间 7 月 29 日早间消息,亚马逊周一推出了新的 3D 打印在线

商店。通过这一商店,消费者目前可以订制超过 200 种独特的 3D 打印

产品。

这一商店提供的第一批商品包括个性化狗牌、信用卡卡套、iPhone

外壳,甚至订制的摇头娃娃。亚

马逊自身不会参与这些商品的制

造,而是帮助消费者与已有的

3D 打印公司,例如 Sculpteo、

Mixee Labs 和 3DLT 建立联系。

这些公司将负责这一商店订单的

交付。

里奥(Clement Moreau)表示:

“通过 3D 打印,在线消费者的

购物体验将被重塑。消费者想要的商品不再被局限于商店库存,而是取

1. 非结构化的信息占 80%

据权威咨询机构的调查结果显示,

目前 80% 的信息是非结构化的,有 90%

的信息是没有管理的。或是纸质的,或

是电子化的,此类的信息很难被整合于

数据管理系统之中。目前企业大量非结

构化数据是大量的人力去手工录入。

据悉,非结构化信息正以成倍的速

度增长!而籍此衍生出巨大的市场需求。

Paul Rooke 指出,信息打印与数据管理

市场的整体规模高达800亿美元!其中,

700 亿美元是打印输出管理业务,包括

打印管理服务(MPS)和非打印管理服务,

而前者更是以每年 10% 的复合增长率增

长!剩余的 100 亿美元则主要是内容和

流程管理,与软件密切相关。

Analysis of China’s Wide Format Inkjet Market

宽幅喷墨一般指大幅面的喷绘应用。在中国经历了 10 年

的发展,从无到有走出一条中国的路,虽然很慢但一直前进着。

按幅宽及其应用领域,可分为 4 个种类。

溶剂墨水(大喷)

70 英寸以上的巨幅喷绘市场,也叫“户外喷绘”或者“大

喷,使用溶剂墨水。 

90 年代在中国大的喷绘市场上,以 Vutek、Scitex、Nur

三大品牌为主。一般设备价格 20 万美元以上,中国累计装机

总数 300 ~ 400 台。当时的喷绘价格,每平方米高达几十甚至

上百元,很多公司半年即可收回设备投资。

2000 年前后开始国产化,主要品牌有彩神 Flora、雅色兰

YSL、飞行船 Skyjet、泰威 Tekwin 等,其同等性能机器的售价

只有进口设备的三分之一,因此迅速占领本地市场并销往国外。

2005 ~ 2008 年,本地产品年产量达 1 万台以上,其中有半数

出口海外。

2010 年后,出于销量和环保的原因,国内厂家先后都停止

了溶剂墨水打印机的生产。

水性和弱溶剂喷墨(喷绘写真)

50 ~ 70 英寸的宽幅打印市场,称之为“写真”或“喷绘

写真”。使用水性和弱溶剂喷墨打印。

2005 年起,中国的打印耗材产品因竞争激烈导致利润下降,

国内市场趋向饱和,价格竞争加剧,并延伸到喷绘市场,每平

方米灯布的输出价格低至 7 元人民币,其中耗材成本就占去一

半。几个大的厂家如极限、金恒丰、奥威依靠其在喷头采购上

的优势,维持着市场的强势地位,一定程度上,喷绘机的竞争,

变成了喷头采购话语权的竞争。

2010 年后,热转印印花市场的需求猛增,Mimaki 通过在

国内建工厂降低成本,销量有所回升。

Epson 微压电喷头(国产的)

热发泡写真机市场昙花一现,其主要原因是 Epson 微压电

喷头的国产大幅面打印机的推出(2009 年)。是由天津丽彩等

几个公司扩张到现在的几十个厂家,价格也降到现在的2万元

左右(是进口同等产品的三分之一)。

国产压电机的喷头来自从国外采购的桌面打印机,俗称“拆

机头”,2013 年,Epson 对其相应的桌面打印机喷头加密,写

真机随之涨价。但该加密很快被破解掉。

2012、2013 年 Epson 采取了限制措施,推出基于 TFP 打

印头技术的 60 英寸系列写真机以及水性染料方案的B系列和

分散染料墨水(热转印)F 系列,这种打印头比此前采用的喷

头喷嘴密度提高了一倍,成本更低。市场开始了 Epson 喷头的

替代之旅。

由于人工、房租成本的相对上升以及机器成本的相对下降,

绝大多数的喷绘输出公司都面临资源配置的再平衡问题,因

此,更快速度、更高产能的机器备受欢迎,近年武藤的 1638、

Epson 的 S50680 机器的推出,备受青睐,说明了市场这只看

不见的手的力量。

水性染料、颜料墨水(大幅面)

24 ~ 44 英寸的大幅面市场,应用在影像、印刷打样及艺

术品复制等领域。

使用水性染料墨水,水性颜料墨水。

市场以 HP、Epson、Canon 三品牌为主,每年销量 1 万

台以上,市场占有率分别为 60%、30%、10%,HP 在传统的

CAD/GIS 领域占尽先机,Epson 主要占据影像和印刷打样的市

场,Canon 则没有特定领域。

目前为止,24 ~ 44 英寸的大幅面市场还没有国内机器冲

击,这可能是因为这个市场与桌面打印市场一样,设备厂商是

依靠耗材来盈利,中国设备厂商生产这样的机器并没有成本优

势,同时,24 ~ 44 英寸这个尺寸范围对于精度要求很高,喷

头来源和机械的精度是中国厂商目前所面临的困难。

UV 喷绘机虽环保未能普及

基于 UV 墨水的平板打印机市场 10 多年来,颇受国内外

同行关注,中国的厂家也很早就开发出此类产品,但直到 2010

年后,销售量才慢慢地增长起来,并且远不及溶剂型和水性机

器的销量。

UV 喷绘机未能得到全面普及,首先是其成本问题,UV 打

印最主要的替代应用是丝网印刷,但由于人工成本的原因,国

内传统丝网印刷的成本很低。除非丝网印刷行业用工成本得到

普遍提高,否则 UV 打印要全面替代溶剂打印还为时太早。

除了相对环保,UV 的另一个优势在于应用的广泛性,很

多人看好“个性”市场,但大部分第一个吃螃蟹的,都失败了,

而那些靠 UV 赚到钱的,都是拥有成熟的批量业务,这是值得

研究的课题。

财报发布

7 月 24 日,佳能集团发布了 2014 年第二

季度财报。本年度截止 6 月 30 日,佳能总营

业额达到 177.73 亿美元(办公产品领域、影

像系统领域、产业设备和其他产品领域)。尽

管全球经济的复苏尚属起步阶段,中国等新兴

经济体也进入了相对平稳的增长阶段,但具有

核心竞争优势的数码复合机、激光打印机不断

上涨的销售额拉升了集团整体营业额。

佳 能 销 售 额 总 计 51.73 亿 美 元, 同 比 增 长

长 15.7%。上半年整体,销售额增长 4.8%,

伪,确保优质可靠的打印质量。”

惠普通过最新技术,进一步增强了惠普耗材产品上防伪标签

亚洲再生业:邯郸汉光的墨粉国内产能

第一,品质优秀。你们与日本的产品比

肩较力,你们产品的创新特点体现在哪

儿?主要做了哪几个方面的工作?

赵总:汉光自 1980 年始,和日本三

洋公司合作,1984 年和日本小西六(即

柯尼卡)公司合作,生产和销售汉光优

美系列复印机。1987 年汉光从柯尼卡公

司引进复印机总装生产线、成像卡盒生

产线、墨粉和载体等四条生产线和制造

技术,成为其生产耗材的 OEM 厂。

从引进国外的生产线和技术,到自

主创新,汉光的研发团队一路摸索着通

过自有核心技术从事墨粉的研发和生产,

积累了丰富的实践经验。创新特点体现

在我们一直坚持的精品战略和对产品(特

别是对老产品)质量的持续关注。所销

售的产品品质高,稳定性好,适应性强,

价格适中,已经完全能够替代进口产品,

受众美誉度高。我们从原料采购开始,

所用配方的主要原材料均来源于国际知

名大公司。现正在运行的 6 条生产线全

部是德国进口设备,建立了完善的质量

保证体系,通过了 ISO9001 质量管理体

系认证和 IS014000 环保体系认证,确

保生产的每一个过程都在严格的控制之

下。几条生产线基本做到专粉专做,避

免了因产品频繁换线引发的质量不稳定

的弊端,同时通过工艺调整,最大程度

地发挥了设备产能,生产效率得到充分

发挥。公司建有代表世界先进水平的粉

体分析检测系统,高低温实验室,墨粉

试验线,用科学数据作为依据,为研发、

生产高品质产品提供了可靠的保证。

亚洲再生业:我国的耗材行业企业不少,

大的品牌不多,或说有的品牌做几年就

无踪影,是行业不好,还是我们根本没

有做好。我们与国外的再生耗材行业最

大的差距是什么?您认为我们要在哪些

方面做些改进,缩小这种差距?

赵总:我国的耗材行业企业确实不

少,在产品线上也一直在跟着原装产品

走,但始终是处于一直在模仿始终未超

越的格局。就拿国内墨粉厂来说吧,生

产墨粉的厂家达到五六十家,除了几个

大厂家的一些型号的产品质量已达到了

很高的水平质量外,很多小厂的产品质

量不能令人满意,达不到使用要求,给

客户带来很大的麻烦,进而造成了许多

消费者特别是经销商心有余悸,不敢再

尝试使用国产粉,给整个行业产生了很

大的负面影响。在国内,大部分厂用的

都是国产线,由矿山设备改造的,用这

样的设备生产,其质量令人担忧。而先

进的检测设备则更少,除了上世纪八十

年代末九十年代初几个引进国外技术的

厂家同时引进了较为完善的检测设备外,

很少有厂家愿意花大价钱购买先进的检

测设备。

国家政府部门和行业规划对本行业

的认知和重视不够、支持不够,几乎没

有投入。大的集团公司、科研机构对这

方面的研究也很少。

要想缩小差距,我们同行就要戒除

浮躁的心态和急于赚钱的思想,要全面、

认真和有耐心,才能培育精品。是精品

造就了品牌,而不是用品牌换来产品形

发展的源动力:将民族产业做大做强。

邯郸汉光办公自动化耗材有限公司

是我国第一家专业墨粉制造商。2013 年

年产销量接近 8000 吨,国内销量第一,

产品质量优质稳定,有的黑粉比日本的

品质还好,得到市场很高的评价。近日,

亚洲再生业的记者针对邯郸汉光的做大

做强耗材,使国内民族品牌耗材得到有

力的推广,采访了副总经理赵素平女士。

现将交流沟通做一报道,与行业共同分

亚洲再生业:您可以介绍下邯郸汉光的

背景吗?邯郸汉光经历了 30 年的发展,

历史沿革从国营企业到股份公司,一路

走来,企业不断发展和前进着,您最大

的收获或体会是啥?发展的源动力?

赵总:邯郸汉光科技股份有限公司

由河北汉光重工有限责任公司、中船重

工科技投资发展有限公司、邯郸市财政

局计算信息中心、中国科学院化学研究

所等六家股东单位共同发起设立,邯郸

汉光办公自动化耗材有限公司是汉光科

技的全资子公司,主营业务为生产复印

机、打印机用墨粉。公司从 1987 年引进

日本柯尼卡生产线开始,经历了从引进

设备和技术,到消化、吸收、国产化,

再到自主研发的逐步发展的过程。目前,

汉光墨粉的实际生产能力超过了 9000

吨,最大的收获和体会是,做产品就要

将其做到极致,这么多年来,公司研发

并生产了许多产品,但每一个系列都有

一种产品是我们必须要将其做到极致的,

比如打印机系列的墨粉,行业内都知道,

汉光适用于惠普打印机的墨粉是任何一

家厂无法与其抗衡的,我们组织一支最

产品的保障。培养造就一支优秀专

业的研发人员队伍,适时跟进墨粉

制造未来的发展方向。是保障一个

企业始终立于不败之地的前提。

亚洲再生业:邯郸汉光做为一个优

秀企业是如何运作自己的品牌的?

赵总:汉光从没有刻意去做广

告,我们的销售团队名字叫客服中

心,客服中心的业务员一定要懂技

术,和目标客户谈标准,谈匹配,

为客户提供解决方案,客服中心的

业务员就是客户在公司的驻厂代表,

为客户说话,为客户的质量把关,

这样长久下来,客户就成为了朋友。

公司总经理续守民先生常常对下属

说的一句话,我们做任何事情要对

得起自己的心。换句话说,用心对

客户,才会换来客户对汉光长久的

跟随。这么多年来,我们用稳定的

产品,优质的质量,适中的价格,

贴心的服务,让客户口口相赞和传

颂的同时,也制定了一系列营销策

略,有计划、有步骤的把品牌效应

纳入到公司总体发展规划中。做到

厂商强强联合,达到实现共赢之目

的。

亚洲再生业:近两年中国的雾霾较

严重,邯郸汉光在生产中是如何做

好环保产品的?即可以达到产能第

一,又可以做到环境保护第一的?

赵总:汉光在研发阶段,在选

用原材料的同时,会将国际上就环

保引发的各种指令所约束的产品成

分进行全面的分析和认定,一切本

着有利于环保,不能以牺牲环境换

取成果为根本宗旨。在生产过程中,

由于进口设备全是全自动化封闭系

统,加上生产管理环节对环境的特

殊要求,生产车间干净整洁,前来

参观工厂的客户常常惊叹:“中国

还有这样现代化、干净敞亮的墨粉

工厂!”对我们的生产车间非常满

意。

亚洲再生业:耗材行业依赖外单的

顽疾,对于我国的耗材行业发展将

会产生啥后果?对企业本身的持续

发展有啥不利结局?作为行业的媒

体在这方面多做些倡导和宣传?您

能举点实例,以说明价格战是一条

死路,没有方向的路。

赵总:耗材行业依赖外单,基

本上以欧单贴牌为主,较少有自己

的品牌,在品牌建设上缺乏长远规

划,又在价格战冲击下,质量得不

到有效保证,售后服务不尽完善,

这样导致企业综合竞争实力越来越

削弱。耗材行业依赖外单,正是说

明国产的东西正在被国外的用户所

接受,这本身是一件好事,但我们

面临的最大问题是,兼容耗材厂商

之间的恶性竞争,不计代价地打价

格战,不仅伤害了厂商的利益,也

因质量等各种问题伤害了客户的利

益。

作为行业的媒体,应该多向上

级的主管部门宣传我们这个行业,

介绍国产耗材的情况,呼吁政府的

支持,把本行业列入到国家支持发

展的项目里。要引领和倡导消费者

用国产耗材,提高公众对国产耗材

的信心和信任度。国内的耗材企业

在出口的过程中,以及在国内营销

的过程中遇到的难点、疑点,作为

行业媒体,应起到桥梁和沟通作用,

为行业耗材做实事。同时也呼吁大

的企业集团、科研机构,大举进入

本行业,提升耗材行业的整体素质,

扩大发展空间。作为行业内的企业,

应以产品品质的持续提高、生产精

品为目标,而不是以价格持续降低

为方向。前面我说过,精品造就品牌。

如果产品质量不好,再有名的品牌

也会毁于一旦,更别说创立品牌了。

这几年汉光的产品价格也在持续下

降,有些产品的价格更是逼近市场

上一些低端产品的价格,但我们的

价格降低从来没有以牺牲产品质量

为代价,而每一次价格降低的同时

带来产品性能与品质的提高。这就

是为什么在短短的几年内,我们迅

速成长并成为国内主导品牌的原因。

亚洲再生业:现在电商对耗材

行业也有一定的冲击,邯郸汉光作

为大的企业在电子商务方面有哪些

想法及举措?

赵总:近年来,电子商务发展

迅猛,可以带动产品在终端用户中

的普及,是未来的一个发展趋势,

但我们的客户群均是国际国内最大

的耗材成品工厂和一级经销商和贸

易商,不针对直接用户,在这种情

况下,线上线下渠道的冲突,以及

与经销商之间的矛盾,技术售后方

面的匹配,我们都作为一个新的课

题在研究,至于用怎样的一种方式

进入电子商务领域,目前想法还不

成熟。

亚洲再生业:作为耗材行业的优秀

公司在新的紧迫形势下,您对行业

提出哪些建设性的建议?

赵总:买洋灯一定要买洋油的

时代,必须从我们这一代人手里结

束,中国的耗材制造业不仅肩负着

民族的责任和历史的使命,同时也

期望和全球通用耗材及再制造耗材

界联合起来,靠自己的高技术和专

利产品拓展市场,打造品牌。综观

今后中国的耗材发展,必然有几家

有一定规模、设备先进、技术成熟

的耗材龙头企业来带动整合中国的

耗材产业链,做大做强中国的耗材

产业。

珠海查获一批不符合强制性认证要求喷墨打印机

中国质量新闻网消息 近日从珠海检验检疫局获悉,该局

湾仔办事处查获一批不符合强制性认证要求的喷墨打印机,

其产品及其包装未按照认证规则规定正确使用和标注认证标

志。

据悉,该批喷墨打印机从香港进口,共 700 台。湾仔办

事处工作人员对该批货物实施查验时发现,其申报资料附有

该型号打印机有效的《中国国家强制性产品认证证书》,而

产品及其包装却未加贴认证标志,不符合《强制性产品认证

管理规定》第三十二条规定。经查,该批货物以香港为国际

中转地,生产商为方便销售,在未确定买方时出厂就把货物

发往香港,因此未加贴认证标志,而进口商又缺乏对相关法

律法规的了解,未向供应商索取标志予以加贴。湾仔办事处

工作人员在了解相关事实后,依法监督企业加贴认证标志标。

中国国家强制性产品认证制度是为保护国家安全、防止

欺诈行为、保护人体健康或者安全、依照法律法规实施的一

种合格评定制度。认证标志是附在产品或其最小包装物上,

表示产品已通过中国强制性产品认证的一种最基础的安全标

志,加贴认证标志有利于消费者通过国家质量认证中心查询、

辨别产品是否通过中国强制性产品认证,从而维护消费者安

全与合法权益。

据外媒消息,惠普在亚太区的消费级打印业务有所缩水,

但面向商务用户的打印业务正在不断增长,因此,惠普计划

在澳大利亚重点拓展商务及政府打印业务。

惠普表示,其未来打印业务将主要面向金融、保险行业

和政府部门。惠普还指出,澳大利亚政府部门具有很大的打

印业务发展空间,因为其高度认为打印管理服务,而亚洲其

它国家的政府部门则还没有达到这个成熟水平。

日 前, 惠 普 在 孟 买 针 对 中 小 型 企 业 用 户, 推 出 了

Officejet Pro 6830 打印机和 Officejet 7612 大幅面打印机。

这些产品也将在本月内逐步推广至整个亚太区。

Gandinnovatioins 是一家制造大幅面数字印刷系统的加拿

大供应商,在德鲁巴展会推出的代表性机型有一款 平台数字

印刷机。在新型平台式印刷机中,生产高平直图像的生产速度

高达 20.4 平方米 / 时,分辨率可以达 到 1200dpi。

另一家公司是数字技术公司的母公司,是世界上最大的起

点生产商。一个模块平台以及冷固化等。新型的 98 英寸设备

是六色 UV 固化印刷机,可采用的卷筒材料和一些刚性材料进

行印刷。此款机型配置了 2-9 个写真机喷墨打印头模块。通

过喷墨打印头,硅质喷墨打印头机器喷头给你搞笑,喷墨打印

头的内部结构是纳米级别的,并且采用生产半导体的相同技术

制造。

我国数字印刷产业正以远高于传统印刷的速度快速发展,

2012 年我国数字印刷产值达 62.9%,比上一年增长 81.8%,

江苏凤凰集团新华公司在全国率先集成数字印刷生产线,其产

值已达 1###。

十二五”末,力争实现数字出版总产出占新闻出版总产出

的 25% 以上,数字印刷总产出占印刷总产出的 20% 以上,未

来数字印刷将成为新闻出版产品印刷的主体。

据外媒消息,加拿大等离子体系统生产商 PyroGenesis

的钛粉生产增长迅猛。

随着 3D 打印在航空、国防、自动化、医用植入物材料

各领域的应用不断普及,对高质量钛粉的需求也不断增长,

而这家微市值公司(市值低于 600 万美元)从中收益颇丰。

根据该公司已公布的销售数据,该公司未来 18 个月内

60% 的收入将来源于 3D 打印。另外,该公司近期成功签订

了一个 3D 打印钛粉生产系统的合同,价值达 1250 万美元。

目前,该公司进入了快速增长时间。其拥有 2 千万美元

的订单储备和相比于 2013 财年,将近 350% 的销售增长率。

IDC 调 查 显 示,InfoPrint5000 生 产 打 印 平 台 连 续 6 年

位居美国高速喷墨市场前列,理光的市场份额从 2012 年的

39% 增加到 2013 年的 42%。

IDC 高级分析师 AmyMachado 认为,市场显示出了温和

增长态势,理光 InfoPrint5000 连年连续获得市场份额,这样

的数字表明大量印刷人还将继续利用理光平台进行未来的投

资。

理光商业印刷解决方案副总经理 WinstonLiu 对此说道:

“每年 InfoPrint5000 本身品牌的销量不俗,今年我们已经超

越了 40% 的大关,这是我们旗舰系统的一个里程碑。

7 月 21 日 , 惠普在“超越无线移动打印”媒体沟通会上,

发布了“惠省”系列家用喷墨打印机的移动打印策略。面对

平板电脑的无线打印技术,同时内置丰富模版,为家庭用户

提供卓越的打印体验。方便、实用、好用正是用户所需要的,

有助于推动家用打印在中国市场的普及。
