Ce vin grenat plutôt intense exhale des par-
fums dominants d'épices, de cerise confite, de
bois brûlé et de réglisse. Il est également mar-
qué par de subtiles notes balsamiques. Ce rouge
sec exprime une bonne acidité et est muni de
tannins fermes. La bouche d’une texture ample
précède une finale persistante.
Accord gourmand : agneau rôti sauce au vin
rouge, gibier rôti sauce au porto saq.com.

Un très beau chianti joufflu et dodu,
mais avec en même temps de la structure,
et des saveurs qui commmencent à jouer
dans le tertiaire avec des notes de sous-

This is a lovely Riserva with thick and penetrating tones of cherry, spice and
cola—the holy trinity of traditional Chianti Classico. The wine is dense, concen-
trated and intense without being too powerful or overwhelming. It would make an
excellent companion to veal in a wine reduction sauce because of the natural succu-

gory—wines that are only made during especially good vin-
tages and exposed to a year or so of extra aging before re-
lease. At a pound above that £10 barrier, it’s exceptionally
good value for money. It’s a comparatively light and easy-
drinking wine, although with enough depth of flavour to

Smooth and seductive, with leather, graham cracker and vanilla on
the nose in addition to smoke and plum. The palate shows modest spice accenting cherry, plum and chocolate. A well-rounded, tasty wine. The tannins are chewy, the feel is correct, and the grip is tight but forgiving.
