ERP คืออะไร ? นิยามโดยทั่วไปของ ERP

• ERP ยอมาจาก Enterprise Resource Planning

• ERP คือ ระบบท่ีรวมฟงกชันการทํางานท่ัวท้ังองคกรลงในระบบคอมพิวเตอรระบบหน่ึงท่ีสามารถรองรับความตองการท่ีเฉพาะเจาะจงของแตละแผนกไดท้ังหมดบนฐานขอมูลเดียว ดังน้ันแผนกแตละแผนกจะสามารถแชรขอมูลและติดตอสื่อสารระหวางกันไดงายข้ึน

Multi-Organization

• System level เปนขอมูลในระดับพื้นฐานของระบบ แตสามารถแชรขอมูลท่ีตองการใหเปนขอมูลท่ีเปนท่ีรูจักท้ังระบบ เชน ขอมูลของบริษัทคูคา ขอมูลสินคา ขอมูลโครงสรางทางบัญชี และขอมูลพื้นฐานอ่ืนๆ ดวย

• Client level เปนระดับท่ีใชในการกําหนดขอมูลบริษัทคูคา สินคา ท่ีตองการใหเปนท่ีรูจักใน Client นี้

• The Organization ในระดับ System และ Client จะไมสามารถทํารายการได Organization สามารถมีขอมูลของตนเองได โดยไมแชรให Organization อ่ืน แตแชรใหกับระดับลูกของ Organization ของตนเทานั้น


Service Centers

• Service Centers เปนหนวยงานที่สามารถทํารายการแทนหนวยงานอื่น เชน การสั่งซื้อ หรือการทําบัญชี

• Service centers สามารถเขาถึงขอมูลของหนวยงานอื่นได


Multi-Currency

• Multi-Currency transactions– สามารถทํารายการในสกุลเงินอ่ืน นอกเหนือสกุลเงินหลักได

– สามารถบันทึกรายการเดินบัญชีธนาคารสกุลเงินอ่ืน นอกเหนือสกุลเงินหลักได • Multi-Currency reporting

– สามารถออกรายงานหลายสกุลเงินได

• Multi-Currency accounting– ในการบันทึกบัญชีจะมีการลงบัญชีท้ังสองสกุลเงิน คือสกุลเงินท่ีเกิดรายการและสกุลเงิน

• ไมมีการเก็บรายการซํ้ากันหลายแหงในฐานขอมูล • สามารถเพ่ิมหรือหยุดการใชงานรูปแบบการทําบัญชีไดทุกเม่ือ • สามารถสรางรายการขอมูลทางบัญชีเพื่อเก็บประวัติ และออกรายงานได• สามารถปรับปรุงแกไขคุณสมบัติทางบัญชีได

(และสามารถเลือกไดวาจะปรับปรุงรายการ ใหมตามที่แกไขได)

• การดูแลและเพิ่มเติมขอมูลทางบัญชีสามารถทําไดงาย

• สามารถแกไขขอผิดพลาดและสรางรายการใหมได


Multi Costing

• สามารถเลือกวิธีการบันทึกตนทุนทางบัญชีไดดังน้ี– ตนทุนมาตรฐาน (Standard Costing)

– ตนทุนจริง (Actual Costing (Last PO, Last Invoice, Lifo, Fifo))

– ตนทุนเฉลี่ย (Average (PO or Invoice))


Multi Language

• สนับสนุนการแสดงผลหลายภาษา:– หนาจอ (Screens)

– รายงาน (Reports)

– ขอความจากระบบ (Messages)

– ขอมูล (Seed Data (e.g. status information like Open/Close, etc.))

– รายการ (Transactions)


Multi Tax

• สนับสนุนการทํางานแบบ Multi-Tax เชน สนับสนุนภาษีขายและภาษีมูลคาเพิ่ม รวมไปถึงภาษีอื่นๆ ดวย โดยระบบจะทําการคํานวณภาษีใหอัตโนมัติตามอัตราที่กําหนดขึ้นกับ

การจัดการ Workflow ทางธุรกิจ

• Types of Workflow ประกอบดวย 3 แบบ:

– General Workflow - เปนการกําหนดข้ันตอนการทํางานใหกับผูใช เชน ข้ันตอนการทํางาน หรือการปดสิ้นเดือนเปนตน

– Document Process Workflow – เปนการทําการเก่ียวกับเอกสารเชน การอนุมัติเอกสารตางๆ

– Document Value Workflow – เปนการทํางานแบบอัตโนมัติแบบมีเง่ือนไข เชนการอนุมัติวงเงิน หรือเกินวงเงิน ผูท่ีสามารถทําการอนุมัติเอกสารไดจะตองอยูในเง่ือนไขดวย

เคช่ันติดตอกับฐานขอมูลดวย JDBC (Java Database Communication) โปรโตคอล. ฟงกช่ันในระดับฐานขอมูลเขียนดวย PL/SQL.

• สวน Java Application Client ตองการbandwidth อยางนอย 128 kbps จึงจะเพียงพอตอการส่ือสารขอมูลดวย GUI
