SECURING THE VENUE
We have worked out the plan with
G4S, ISSL, Elite Force.
Controlling the visitors
Checking the admission pass for
valid entrance
Using the metal detector
Look for any unauthorized elements
Meeting any queries professionally
Evacuation plan for emergency
situation
We are not only considering the security of theinside, its also securing the visitors and theevacuation plan in case of emergency.

CLEANING
Cleaning staff with dress & ID card
Reaching the venue well before theexam time
Taking care of the toilets to
ensure all the necessary cleaning
materials are in place
Cleaning the exam halls including
floor, seats, desks etc.
Also the corridors, lobby etc.

e will subcontract the cleaning job to professionaloffice cleaners in the town.

DRINKING WATER
Pure drinking water will be in place well
before the time
The water dispenser has to be
strategically placed for maximum and
convenient reach
There will be plenty of water jar as
backup
We will use British Council branded
disposable paper glass for drinking water
Number of water dispenser and the jars in
single venue will depend on the number of
class rooms and the students

VENUE BRANDING
Our key peoples are expert in this

importance of branding. Physical
visit by the senior management fromour side will ensure that we have all
the required signage.
Maintaining the quality of the
communication materials is veryimportant to us. Placement of the
communication materials need to be
customized based on the venue layout
and physical location

GIVING COMFORT
All the logistic supports will be provided
by Dimension i.e. Paper glasses, cleaning
materials, security instruments, cleaning
kits etc.
The cost for this logistics are included
in our proposal.
No need to keep counting the inventories
of the above mentioned things.
You just need to keep an eye on the exam
day to evaluate whether everything is in
place as planned.
In our plan we have proposed a few alternatives to
keep you hassle free while maintaining your desiredstandard.
