2013 학년도 1 학기 대학생활원 입사자를 아래와 같이 모집하오니, 안내사항을 자세히 읽고 따라주시기 바랍니다.

신입생, 재학생, 교환학생, 수료후 연구생, 연구원 모두 아래의 일정대로 신청하며, 2012. 2 학기부터 수료후

연구생도 온라인으로 지원이 가능함을 알려드립니다.

1) 단체 보험 가입 안내

∙ 대상: 개별 보험 가입하지 않은 외국인 학생 전원

4. 지원방법

(1) 학위과정생(학부, 대학원), 수료후 연구생은 온라인 지원이 가능. 단, 수료후 연구생은 온라인 지원외에

교수추천서 1 부, 수료후 연구생 등록금 납부 영수증 1 부(납입후)를 지원기간 내에 국제지원센터로 제출해야함.

(2) 연구원은 온라인 지원이 불가능하며, 신청서 1 부, 외국인 등록증 또는 여권사본 1 부, 계약서 사본 1 부를

국제지원센터로 제출, 기숙사비 납부기간은 학위과정생과 동일하며, 납부 계좌는 해외송금계좌(농협 948-01-

148218) 임.

5. 조기입사 신청

(1) 조기입사신청은 정규입사 합격자에 한해서 온라인으로 신청하며 선착순으로 마감됨. 조기 입사비를 추가로

납부해야 함

(2) 조기입사 가능인원은 대학생활원 원실 상황에 따라 달라지며 해외입국 신입생 및 초청교환학생 우선으로

배정됨

(3) 조기입사 합격자는 입사 날짜에 상관없이 2013. 2. 24(일) ~ 27(목) (4 일)의 기숙사비를 모두 납부해야 함.

(4) 조기입사 기간에 식사는 제공되지 않음

6. 선발기준

(1) 선발순위

∙ 1 순위: 신입생, 교환학생, 정부초청장학생

∙ 2 순위: 학부 및 대학원생

∙ 3 순위: 수료 후 연구생(등록금 납부한 경우)

∙ 4 순위: 연구원

(2) 선발원칙

∙ 1 순위와 2 순위 우선 선발

∙ 학부 재학생과 대학원 재학생은 성적순으로 선발, 성적이 같은 경우 입사경력이 적은 순으로 선발됨

재학생은 평점평균 2.0 이상이어야 하며, 평점평균은 입사 해당 직전 2 학기의 평점평균으로 함.

∙ 수료후 연구생과 연구원은 입사경력이 적은 자 순으로 선발

7. 추가입사 신청

∙ 지원기간을 놓쳐 학기 중 추가 입사하고자 하는 학생은 국제지원센터에서 대기자로 등록하여, 여석 발생 시

4. 申请方法

(1) 在读学生（学部，大学院）和结业后大学院生可以进行网上申请。但，结业后大学院生除网上申请外，还要在申请

期间向国际支援中心提交教授推荐信 1 份，学费缴纳回执单一份（缴纳后）。

(2) 研究员不可进行网上申请。宿舍申请时需向国际支援中心提交申请书，外国人登陆证或护照复印件，合约书复印件

各一份。宿舍费缴纳时间和在读生一致。缴费账户为海外汇款账户（农协 948-01-148218）。

5. 早期入住申请

- 早期入住人员限制在正常入住申请合格的学生范围中，网上申请，按先后顺序选拔。早期入住费用需另外支付。

- 根据大学生活院的宿舍房间情况，早期入住名额会有变动。从海外入境的新生和邀请交换生优先安排入住。

- 早期入住合格者和入住具体时间无关，需要交纳 2013. 2. 24(周日) ~ 27(周四) (共四天）的全部宿舍费。

- 早期入住期间食堂不提供用餐。

6. 选拔标准

(1)选拔顺序

•1 : 新生, 交换生, 政府邀请生

•2 : 学部及大学院学生

•3 : 结业后大学院学生（必须是已缴纳学费的学生)

•4 : 研究员

(2)选拔原则

•第 1，2 的学生优先选拔

•在校学部和大学院生按照成绩来选拔，成绩相同时，按入住宿舍次数选拔（入住次数少者要先选拔）

•在校生平均成绩必须在 2.0 以上（以入住宿舍前两个学期的平均成绩为准）

•结业后的大学院生和研究员按入住宿舍次数来选拔（入住次数少者优先选拔）

7. 追加入舍申请

- 错过申请时间而在学期中想追加申请住宿的学生可以到国际支援中心登记为候补入住者，当宿舍有空床位产生时，可

按登记的候补顺序依次入住。

15. 注意事项

(1) 必须在申请期间内入住宿舍

() 所有住宿舍者（大学生活院）必须用餐。

(4) 提交休学申请者不能申请宿舍。

宿舍入住者必须加入保险，为加入保险者将取消宿舍入住资格。已经加入保险者请把保险卡，或相关证明发送到

services@pusan.ac.kr 或提交到国际支援中心。未加入保险者必须到国际支援中心申请加入团体保险，缴纳宿舍费

时保险费也必须一并缴纳。

2013 spring Guidelines for Dormitory Application

Under the international student management guidelines, all undergraduate freshmen

should live in PNU dormitory for at least 1 year for culturalization and stabilization and all

residents are requested to register travelerʼs insurance which covers over USD 10,000.

The information below is for international students (Incoming students, Enrolled students, Exchange

students, Diploma candidates, Researchers) who wish to apply for PNU dormitory. Read carefully and

proceed accordingly. But, all of incoming students who complete an application and payment during

designated period are supposed to be chosen for successful applicants. Diploma candidates are also able to

apply for dormitory online from last semester.

1) Purchasing group insurance: group purchase at the office of International Services

• For whom: all foreign students who do not have insurance

• Purchasing period: January 23(wed.) ~ 25(Fri), 2013

• Insurance fee: about 70,000KRW/ for 6 month

4. How to apply

(1) Undergraduates, Graduates (Degree Course), Diploma Candidates: Online Application but, diploma

candidates should submit the receipt of tuition fee, recommendation letter by supervisor additionally.

(2)Researchers are not allowed to apply online. They should submit an application form, a copy of alien

registration card or passport, a copy of contract to services@pusan.ac.kr or Office of International Services

(Bldg. no 202) in person. The period of payment is same as announced, but you should transfer the

dormitory fee to NH 948-01-148218.

5. Early Move-in

(1)Successful candidates of regular move-in are able to register for early move-in.

(2)Capacity for early move-in is decided based on the room availability. Priority goes to new international

students and exchange students abroad.

(3)Successful acceptances should pay for 4 days from Feb. 24(Sun) to 27(Thu) regardless of move-in date.

(4)Meals are not provided during early movie-in days.

6. Selection criteria

(1) Selection Priorities

• Top Priority: New students, exchange students, Korean Government Scholarship students

• 2nd Priority: Undergraduate and graduate students

• 3rd Priority: Postgraduate research students (registration required)

• 4th Priority: Researchers

(2) Selection principle

• Undergraduate and graduate students are selected based on their GPA.

• Postgraduate students and research students are selected according to the ascending order of the

number of semesters they have resided in the dormitory.

• GPA of enrolled students has to be over 2.0 and it is the average of two semesters.

7. Additional Application • Students who miss the application period are able to put their name on the waiting list.

• When there are rooms, OIS will contact them personally.

13. Dormitory Orientation

(1) When: March 9, 2013

(2) Where: refer to the further notice at ISSS for details

• Participation is mandatory for every student. If you donʼt participate in the orientation, you are not

allowed to apply for next semester.

14. Penalty Point

(1)It is followed by the dormitory regulation

(2)Those who received over 3 penalty points are expelled from dormitory and are disqualified for next

semester.

(3) To reduce them, you should visit a dormitory office and fill out certain form and conduct volunteer jobs.

(4) You can deduct 1 point by 4 hour volunteer work.

(5) If you have over 3 penalty points should reduce it by January 4(Fri) not to be disqualified for entering

the dormitory 2012, fall semester. You should notify to 510-3853(Office of International Services) by

phone after you reduce the penalty point. All the disadvantages go to you if you do not notify.

15. Note

(1)Dormitory rooms will not be provided for those who fail to apply during the application period.

(2)Meal plans are mandatory but you can choose between 2 meals a day and 3 meals a day.

(3)Those who are not able to eat in dormitory due to religion should submit the statement to

services@pusan.ac.kr in advance.

(4)Those who took a leave of absence are not able to apply.

(5)You should apply for the dormitory every semester (spring, summer, fall, winter)

(6)From 2013, we provide 3 types of meal service. You can apply for 3meals a day(Mon~Sun), 3meals a

day(Mon~Fri) or 2meals a day(Mon~Sun).

16. Insurance

Dormitory residents should hold insurance otherwise dormitory acceptance will be cancelled. Those who

have already had the insurance are required to submit the copy of insurance card or policy to

services@pusan.ac.kr or submit it to the Office of International Services in person. Those who havenʼt had

should purchase an insurance which OIS offers. You should transfer the insurance fee when you transfer

the dormitory fee.
