Ciclo replicativo: nucleo
![Page 4: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/4.jpg)
1. ADSORBIMENTO
![Page 5: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/5.jpg)

2. PENETRAZIONE: VIRUS NUDI
Viropessi: endocitosi mediata da recettore
![Page 7: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/7.jpg)
2. PENETRAZIONE: VIRUS CON ENVELOPE
Fusione envelope virale con membrana
plasmatica cellulare

• Some viruses have envelopes that are not derived from the plasma membrane.
• Herpesvirus has an envelop that is derived from the nuclear membrane.
• These become integrated into the host genome as a provirus. Once these viruses are acquired they tend to reoccur through out a person’s life.

3. SCAPSIDAZIONE
![Page 10: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/10.jpg)
• Sintesi dell’mRNA
• Sintesi delle proteine strutturali e non strutturali
• Replicazione dell’acido nucleico virale
• Meccanismi diversi a seconda del genoma virale: DNA o RNA
4. ESPRESSIONE E REPLICAZIONE DEL GENOMA VIRALE
![Page 11: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
1) RNA lineare a singolo filamento e a polarità positiva:
Virus a RNA
![Page 12: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/12.jpg)
2) RNA lineare a singolo filamento e a polarità negativa:
Virus a RNA
La trascrizione avviene grazie alla RNApolRNAdip virale
veicolata dal virione insieme al genoma
![Page 13: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/13.jpg)
Virus a RNA3) Retrovirus:
Completamente trascritto (infez. Produttiva)
Stabilire una infez. Latente
Possono essere espresse solo alcune proteine

RETROVIRUSES• Most complicated• Genetic information flows in
the reverse direction• Have the enzyme reverse
transcriptase– Transcribes DNA from an
RNA template
• The newly made DNA than integrates as a provirus into the nucleus of the animal cell
• The host’s RNA polymerase transcribes the virual DNA into RNA molecules.

Virus a DNA
![Page 17: 15 ciclo replicativo virus](https://reader033.fdocument.pub/reader033/viewer/2022061203/547d75e45906b5d8718b4575/html5/thumbnails/17.jpg)

• Viruse e batteriofagi invade cells and use the host cell's machinery to synthesize more of their own macromolecules.
• Once inside the host the bacteriophage or virus will either go into a Lytic Cycle - destroying the host cell during reproduction.
or • It will go into a Lysogenic Cycle - a
parasitic type of partnership with the cell

Reproduction occurs using lytic or lysogenic cycles
• Lytic Cycle– Culmina con la lisi
cellulare
genoma virale senza distruzione cellulare.
