A) Terms & Conditions

a. TOUR DEPOSIT

A minimum 30% of the total tour fare per person must be paid as reservation fee upon signing of packages. The balance of the full payment for the tour package per person must be made within 14 days before the date of tour come into effect. Failure to comply the above will result in cancellation of the reservation & forfeiture of deposit.

b. AMENDMENT CHARGES

One the tour has been confirmed any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to charge of RM 80.00 per person / per amendment

Change of entire reservation is considered as cancellation of the original reservation and is subject to a cancellation charge specified in section C under Cancellation of Reservation of terms & conditions.

c. Cancellation of Reservation

We only accept cancellation of reservation in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. The cancellation charges are charged according to list below:-

1 ) If reservation is cancelled before 20 days or more from date of tour departure date, we reserve the right to charge RM 100.00 per package per person.

2) If the reservation is cancelled within 19 days from tour departure date, we reserve the right to charge RM 50% of tour deposit

3) If the reservation is cancelled within 8 to 18 days from tour departure date, we reserve the right to charge RM 50% of tour fare 4) If the reservation is cancelled within 3 to 7 days from tour departure date, we reserve the right to charge RM 80% of tour fare 5) If the reservation is cancelled within 0 to 3 days from tour departure date, we reserve the right to charge RM 100% of tour fare

d. RIGHT TO REJECT

We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw any itinerary, or any reservation made for a client or decline to accept or retain any person from being a tour member if he is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort or enjoyment of others on the tour. The company further reserves the right to cancel the reservation if for any other reason any carrier, hotel or other contractor refuses to allow any participant to participate in the tours. If any of such events, the company's sole liability shall be to refund to the tour member any moneys paid, less the amounts for services already utilized, and the administration and cancellation fees.

e. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not inclusive in all packages offered by our company.
