這份Guideline包含兩⼤大部分，解釋「如何申請Annual Award」、「如何製作Annual Report」

*註：Annual Report為章程明⽂文規定之分會義務，若在規定時間內沒有完成，將直接影響分會會籍（降級）

• 申請資格：會籍在普通分會以上，可以申請所有獎項。

• 申請⽅方式：欲申請Annual Award的分會，不管申請幾個獎項都需要完成3個步驟。1) Fill-in Application sheet 2) Create Wiki 3) Send MC an email

• Application Sheet 以申請獎項為單位，申請幾個獎項就需要填寫相對應數量sheet

• Application Wiki以分會為單位，不管申請幾個獎項，只需製作⼀一個。

• 申請截⽌止：2014/07/01 23:59，以收信的記錄時間點為準

• 繳交⽅方式：在截⽌止⽇日前，將上述的連結寄⾄至[email protected]與[email protected]，主旨「13-14 Annual Award Application_XXU」

每個award sheet都有前兩⾴頁「0.Explanation、1. Data Link」解釋，Data Link裡⾯面是重要的Award計算的數據來源，LCP可以由此做確認 Application Sheet 以申請獎項為單位，申請幾個獎項就需要填寫相對應數量sheet Award的application sheet只開放編輯權限給LCP的@net帳號


MC Support 每個award sheet都有第三⾴頁「我有問題！」將以此分⾴頁為唯⼀一正式溝通管道，詳細使⽤用說明請⾒見各Application sheet

紅⾊色：Annual Report 內容，每個分會根據章程必須製作

綠⾊色：Annual Award Application內容，分會有申請獎項才需製作

說明1. 每個分會都必須製作Annual Report Wiki，否則無法維持原有會籍2. 若分會要申請Award, 請在同⼀一個Wiki裡新增Award Application Section（如下圖圖⽰示架構）3. 以分會為單位，不管申請幾個獎項，只需放置Application在同⼀一個Wiki。

附錄ㄧ：在WIKI嵌⼊入GOOGLE SHEET～拆解步驟教學

以Apply Best oGCDP為例，請打開Best oGCDP 的google sheet 照右邊圖⽰示點選「檔案」—>「發佈到網路」

標⽰示2：下拉選單，選擇「⾃自⼰己分會-oGCDP」分⾴頁標⽰示3：確定有打勾標⽰示4：下拉選單，選擇「HTML」標⽰示5：請⼿手動輸⼊入width=“900”, height=“600”，然後複製所有原始碼

在wiki編輯框右上⾓角（箭頭處）按下「HTML」

標⽰示1：找到是哪⾏行字底下要附上google sheet 標⽰示2：貼上剛剛複製的原始碼（⿈黃⾊色那塊）標⽰示3：按下左下⾓角Update按鍵就⼤大功告成囉！
