Updating Your Insurance Information On Costco

Visit pharmacy.costco.com Login in to your account

Go To Patient ProfileUnder “Pharmacy Services” on home page click on “Patient Profile”

Insurance Tab

Click on Insurance tab. Select the plan name from the dropdown and enter Member ID and Rx Group. Save Changes

Reordering a Refill Online

On the Home Deliveryhome page. Member selects the “Refill Prescriptions” tab.
