• MAQUINA ROSCADORA PARA PLÁSTICO– 2”

Máquina roscadora adecuadamente equipada para roscar tubos de ¼÷2” de plástico para conducción de agua, gas, etc... Además de una compacta estructura, fácil manejo y gran eficacia de trabajo. Estas máquinas han sido extensamente aplicadas en industrias de instalación y construcción.

• GUIA DE UTILIZACIÓN

A) FIJACIÓN DE TUBOS

A1.- Abrir ambos platos e introducir el tubo a través del plato trasero. A2.- Cerrar el plato trasero A3.- Manteniendo el extremo del tubo delantero con la mano derecha, cerrar el plato delantero. Mediante una accion de golpe del disco exterior del plato en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.

B) SOLTAR EL TUBO

B1.- Mediante accion de golpe del disco exterior en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.

C) PREPARACIÓN PARA ROSCAR

C1.- Seleccionar tanto la terraja como los peines a utilizar. C2.- Introducir los peines en la terraja teniendo en cuenta el orden de numeración, haciendo coincidir la huella del peine con la bola posicionadora de la terraja. C3.- Una vez posicionados los 4 peines, girar el mando en sentido de cierre hasta obtener la medida deseada, fijándola en esta posición.

D) ROSCADO

D1.- La terraja ha de descansar sobre el carro, de forma que la extremidad del disco porta

• PLASTIC PIPE THREADING MACHINES – 2”

This is suitable for threading ¼÷2” water, electricity and gas plastic pipes. Besides having compact structure, simple operation and higt efficiency. These threading machines have been widely applied in installing and building industries.

• OPERATION GUIDE

A) SETTING THE PIPE

A1.- Open both chucks and insert the plastic pipe from the rear chuck side. A2.- close the rear chuck. A3.- holding the right end of the pipe in your right hand, close the hammer chuck to grip the pipe. Jerk the hand-wheel towards you to lock.

B) LOOSE THE PIPE

B1.- A sharp jerk in clockwise direction will release the pipe

C) PREPARATION FOR THREADING

C1.- Select the correct die head and dies as required. C2.- Insert the die thread lining it up with the positioning ball of the die head C3.- Once the dies are positioned, turn the lever nut to lock until you get the desired measure

D) THREADING

D1.- Lower the die head to the carriage in such a way that the extremity of die head body is locked by the carriage buttom. D2.- Switch on the machine.

D2.- Ponga la máquina en marcha D3.- avanzar el carro hasta que los peines hagan contacto con el tubo de roscar, presionándolo para que inicie el roscado y manteniéndolo hasta que se produzcan los tres primeros hilos, dejando de presionar puesto que la propia rosca se encargara de conducir el carro durante el resto del roscado. D4.- Cuando los peines esten justo al ras del tubo, levantar la palanca de la terraja para que los peines se retiren.. D5.- Detenga la máquina. D6.- Retire el carro nuevamente a la posición de inicio.

• MANTENIMIENTO

E) TERRAJA

J1.- Mantener extrema atención a la limpieza de los peines y sustituirlos cuando algún diente se encuentre dañado o roto.

F) CABEZAL

K1.- Lubricar los cojinetes del eje principal a través de los engrasadores que lleva en la parte superior del cabezal.

G) CARRO

L1.- Mantener limpias las barras donde ha de deslizarse el carro, engrasándolas frecuentemente. L2.- Engrasar el piñón y cremallera por donde se acciona el movimiento del carro.

H) PLATO DE ARRASTRE

M1.- Mantenga limpias las garras para que éstas queden oscilantes y no bloqueadas. M2.- Reemplace las bocas de

K1.- Lubricate hollow spindle bearings through the two grease nipples in the head stock.

G) CARRIAGE

L1.- Clean and lubricate frequently the bars of the carriage. L2.- Lubricate the gear and rack that make the carriage drive. .

H) HAMMER CHUCK

M1.- Keep the chuck-jaws clean so that they swing and they are not blocked.

M2.- Replace the chuck-jaws when their theeth is damaged
