邹承慧，1974年出生于江西南康。

1993年就读湖南大学金融信息专业。1997年获金融信息学士学位，顺应分配政策进入中国

农业银行江阴支行信贷科。2002年入职江阴海达集团，任国贸部总经理。

2006年创办江阴爱康太阳能器材有限公司，现任爱康集团董事局主席、总裁。

2009年至2012年就读于长江商学院，获EMBA硕士学位。目前长江商学院DBA在读。

2013年当选张家港市政协常委、张家港市工商联副会长，2014年当选长三角赣商会会长。

Zou Chenghui was born in Nankang, Jiangxi in 1974.

In 1993, he majored in financial information at Hunan University. In 1997, he won a bachelor degree of

financial information, and joined the credit division of Jiangyin branch of Agricultural Bank of China

under the employment distribution policy. In 2002, he joined Jiangyin Haida Group and worked as

general manager of the International Trade Department.

In 2006, he founded Jiangyin Akcome Solar Equipment Co., Ltd. and now serves as chairman of the

board of directors and president of Akcome Group.

From 2009 to 2012, he studied in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and earned an EMBA

degree. Now he is studying DBA in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

In 2013, he was elected as a member of the standing committee of the CPPCC of Zhangjiagang City

and vice president of Association of Industry and Commerce of Zhangjiagang City. In 2014, he was

elected as the president of Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce of the Yangtze River Delta.

Motivated by the rapid development of solar energy and photovoltaic industry and expected and trusted by Japan

Sumimoto Corporation, Mr. Zou Chenghui founded the predecessor of Akcome Group at Jiangyin City, Jiangsu on

February 28, 2006 and devoted himself to the construction and development of the new energy industry. He is a risk

controller with a keen insight and a strategic operator who can always smell the opportunities. In each industrial

By collecting and analyzing related data, construct IRR and ROE asset evaluation models, and rate the asset values of each power station from

the perspective of investment income.

Cash flow analysis: Construct a cash flow model based on the known risk factors, predict the cash flow by forecasting the generation capacity of power

stations, and work out the parameters of the asset such as IRR, NPV and ROE. Refer to the historic data of generation capacity of the power station,

apply Monte Carlo method to predict the statistical data, fluctuation rate and distribution of cash flow, and evaluate the income and risks.

Sympathy originates from understanding. Zou Chenghui, chairman of board of directors of Akcome Group, was born

in rural area and keeps caring about the weak groups of the society all the time. The true expressions of his caring

about the world include "Thanksgiving to the land, paying back to the society", "Never forget to help the world when

one gets rich" and "Public welfare is also a renewable undertaking". It has always been a social responsibility

practiced by Akcome to actively engage in public welfare programs and convey positive energy to the society. In the

future, Akcome will closely integrate the business development and public welfare cause and contribute its strength

to the public welfare cause of the society as usual.

光伏扶贫 PV Poverty Relief

爱康弃用传统扶贫一次性的“输血”模式，改为可持续的“造血”模式，通过投入巨资给边远山区的贫困人口建设分布式

屋顶电站、小型地面电站，让他们不仅可以用上电，而且每年均有稳定增收，促进他们脱贫致富，为当地增加固定资产

投资、增加税收、解决就业、解决GDP能耗。截至目前，爱康已与全国35个贫困县市区签订了扶贫框架协议。

Discarding the traditional "blood transfusion" mode of poverty relief, Akcome has adopted a "blood making" mode that is sustainable. By

building distributed roofing power stations and small surface power stations for the poor in remote mountainous regions with a huge

investment, it not only enables them to use power, but also have a stable income increase each year. It can help them get rid of poverty

and become rich and also increase the local fixed asset investment and tax, create jobs and solve GDP energy consumption. Up to date,

Akcome has signed a poverty relief framework agreement with 35 poverty-stricken counties and cities nationwide.

Akcome has always spread its love to the society and care about education and weak groups. It has actively engaged in various PV poverty

relieving, education sponsorship, loving charity and donation activities, sent warmth and help to the society and fulfilled its due social

responsibility as a corporate citizen. In the future, Akcome will be devoted to public welfare undertaking and spread the green hope to the

heart of each person.

爱康将保护环境放在企业理念的重要位置，长期以来一直在新能源和低碳领域积极做出独特且卓有成效的探索。

○ 截止到2015年，爱康累计减少二氧化碳排放量108.5万吨

○ 截止到2015年，爱康已在全球建立了几十座光伏电站，每年为人类提供超过1GW的绿色能源

○ 爱康自成立以来，多次号召企业员工及社会人士积极开展植树绿色环保活动

○ 2016年1月17日，爱康集团因在新能源领域和碳金融领域的突出成果，第七届世界环保大会授予爱康“国际碳金奖-创新

价值奖”，总裁邹承慧被授予“国际碳金奖-碳金变革者奖”。

Akcome places environment protection at a top position of its corporate philosophy and has made a unique and excellent exploration in the

fields of new energy and low carbon.

○ By the end of 2015, Akcome has cut the emission of CO2 by 1.085 million tons in accumulation.

○ By 2015, Akcome has established dozens of PV power stations worldwide and provided over 1GW of green energy to the mankind

○ On Jan. 17, 2016, in the 7th World Economic and Environmental Conference, Akcome Group was awarded “International Carbon Value

Award--Innovative Value Award” due to its outstanding achievements in the fields of new energy and carbon finance, and the CEO Zou

Chenghui was awarded “International Carbon Value Award--Carbon Value Reformer”.

光伏教育 PV Supporting Education

爱康情系教育，捐资助学，借助自身光伏产业优势，在革命老区江西以及西部偏远地区，运用“光伏+”模式，扶贫

又扶智，改善教育环境，持续开展学校建筑屋顶分布式电站的建设，梦想和能源课程的义务支教，电脑、图书、课桌椅及

办公用品的捐赠，教学楼、少年宫、篮球场及低碳科普基地等的捐建等等。截至2015年，累计捐款达2500多万元。爱康

一直用实际行动履行着社会责任，积极投身社会公益事业，为更多偏远儿童带去关爱。

Caring about education, Akcome has donated to support education. With its own PV industry advantages, it has applied a mode of "PV+"

to relieve poverty and boost intelligence and improve education environment in Jiangxi an old revolutionary area and remote regions in

West of China. It has engaged in construction of distributed power stations on the roofs of school buildings, launched voluntary education

support on dream and energy courses, donated computers, books, chairs and desks and office supplies and donated for the construction

of teaching buildings, youth palace, basketball courts and low carbon scientific popularization base. By 2015, it has donated over 20 million

Yuan in accumulation. Akcome has always performed its social responsibility with actual actions, actively devoted itself to the public welfare

programs of the society and send sent care to more children in remote areas.
