Planning & construction projects executed cover Multi-storeyed buildings, Bridges,
Flyovers, roads, velodrome, large spanned exhibition halls, sports structures, office andhousing complexes, water storage towers.
Repair & Rehabilitation Projects cover a variety of structures including monumental
historical buildings besides normal RCC constructions. In over 65 cases, Detailed Investigation
Reports issued based on comprehensive non-destructive investigations.
e-Governance Projects covering a variety subjects for ERP solution related to
comprehensive e-Governance of CPWD.
Accredited with
Authorship of first ever reference book on Repairs & Rehabilitation titled
Handbook on Repairs & Rehabilitation of RCC Buildings (500 Pages), published by
CPWD. It is recognised as reference book by practicing professionals in Structural

Repairs & Rehabilitation of structures are the major need of the day in Structural
Engineering practice, as RCC structures are either failing or showing sign of distress duemainly to their aging. Many a times, such structures are victims of poor quality of
construction materials and/ poor workmanship.

The basic / generic causes of deterioration of RCC structures
Modern repair materials vis-a-vis traditional materials, and
Variety of repair/ rehabilitation/ strengthening techniques
