Frankenstein is one of the earliest books of science fiction.  It is considered one of the greatest gothic romantic novels of all time and Mary Shelley wrote it when she was only eighteen years old!

1.How is Frankenstein different from other children? What did Dr Frankenstein want to do when he was young?Instead of children’s play and adventure, he was driven by a desire to learn. He wanted to learn the secrets of heaven and earth.

He read all the books that he could find that throw light upon these matters. He studied maths and physics and the works of many brilliant scientists.

He found all that was taught at university very disappointing.

Yes. By days and nights’ hard work. How to prepare a body for it with all its muscles and organs still remained a difficult job.

He collected bones from graves and many of his materials came from butcher shops and hospitals. About eight feet in height.

Pleased and frightened. Because it was a living horror, but he succeeded after all.
