• ( 思匯政策研究所 ) 中區 ( 擴展部分 ) 分區計劃大綱圖容許中環的一端日後增加建築樓面面積接近 1300 萬平方呎，這樣會導致前往海濱的交通大幅增加。有關擴建香港會議展覽中心的計劃同樣會導致交通增加。

• (Civic Exchange) the Central District (Extension) OZP potentially allows for nearly 13 million sq ft of GFA to be added in the future. This will add substantial traffic to the harbour-front. Plans to add an extension to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will likewise increase traffic.

the through traffic is likely to be due to the additional density planned for the Central Business District and Wanchai, including the developments of the ground scraper, TAMAR Government offices, festival market, developments along the harbour-front on Fenwick, redevelopment of Lower Albert Road, HKCEC extension, Aberdeen and south side etc.


• ( 香港愛護動物協會 ) 除了繞道外，並不認為有需要建造擬建的四線地面道路。這樣會令海港一帶與灣仔更加脫離，而且以美化角度而言，該區會變差。

• (SPCA) Cannot see the justification of the proposed 4-lane, at grade road in addition to any bypass. This will increase the dislocation of the harbour-front from the rest of Wan Chai and degrade the area in terms of aesthetics.

• (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (HK) (SCPA)) current industrialisation of the area (a sewage treatment plant, an electricity sub-station and an LPG station and a proposed electrical transformer on Wan Shing Street) is against greening and beautifying the harbour-front area.


• ( 香港愛護動物協會 ) 協會應被認定為區內的重要特色；在該區的設計納入動物教育的元素及設立寵物區 /寵物園。

• (SPCA) SPCA shall be acknowledged as a key feature of this area, with animals/animal based education incorporated into any design for this region; and pet friendly area/pet park shall be considered.


• ( 香港愛護動物協會 ) 改善 / 保持進入協會大樓的通道暢通，方便公眾出入。並為協會運作車輛和一般訪客及其附帶物改善泊車設施。
