持續響應「環保與心保」推動 BLIA T-EARTH(TEA-EARTH 簡稱 )
計劃，以響應聯合國環保與生態平衡行動落實案，提請討論。
全球已進入「氣候緊急狀態」，人類需以最大的努力改善氣候變遷，否則將釀成無法挽回的災難 。尤其近年來人類驟降 20%
的亞馬遜熱帶雨林， 若持續破壞 20%，雨林將到達 dieback「消亡」的臨界。本會除持續推廣「蔬食 A 計劃」，更進一步提出全球種樹專案，透過企業參與，青年動員，共同復育樹林之地球行動。

佛光會全球「線上視訊活動專案分享」精進學習交流案，提請討論。
有鑑於各協會發展有其不同之特色與經驗，藉由網路無國界之方便性，可依創意活動設計、環保節能、會務發展、人才培訓等各類已執行之專案，進行跨協會學習與經驗交流分享。

舉辦 2021 年「三好微電影國際創作競賽」案，提請討論。
為傳播人間真善美，響應創會會長星雲大師提倡的「做好事、說好話、存好心」三好運動，發起三好微電影國際創作競賽，鼓勵全球各地以短片方式呈顯生命中最善美的故事，一起推動世界的愛與和平。
一、 徵選主題：《可不可 | 肯不肯 YES or NO》二、 活動時間：
（一）網路徵件：2020 年 12 月 01 日～ 2021 年 06 月 30 日止；網路投票投票時間：2021 年 07 月 15 日至 2021 年 07 月 31 日止。
（二）評審評選：2021 年 8 月。（三）公布結果：2021 年 10 月公布名次與結果。

「2021 年佛光體系青年大會師」案，提請討論。
為促進全球佛光青年體系對佛教信仰之向心，強化各國青年交流聯誼，並創造跨國公益行動之合作契機，邀請佛學院青年、佛光體系大學生、世界各國佛光青年團團員、童軍羅浮青年、各道場青年書院學生、及各單位服務之青年等，於 2021 年相約回山朝聖。
一、活動時間：2021 年 7 月。二、活動地點：高雄佛光山。三、活動內容：主題演說、專題講座、體驗工作坊及佛光體系
青年的各自會議等活動。四、參加對象：
（一）世界各地道場符合 15 〜 35 歲未婚青年朋友，及佛光人第二代、第三代。
（二）國際佛光會轄下青年團員：含佛光青年團、佛光童軍羅浮青年。
（三）海內外叢林學院各級學部學生、佛光青年書院學生等。（四）佛光山系統大學學生，含佛光、南華、西來、南天及
光明大學等，佛教有緣青年。（五）佛光體系各單位青年：如佛光小姐、行政秘書等年齡

舉辦 2021 年國際佛光會卅週年慶暨世界會員代表大會案，提請討論。
一、國際佛光會 1992 年 5 月 16 日於美國洛杉磯正式成立，將於後（2022）年屆滿 30 周年，擬自 2021 年 2 月 3 日（中華總會 30 周年）起至 2022 年 5 月 16 日間，歡迎各地舉辦系列慶祝活動。

2020 Online BLIA General Conference
MOTION DISCUSSION
To promote BLIA T-EARTH (Tea-Earth) in response to the UN Environmental Protection and Balance of Ecosystem Initiative.
The world has arrived at the state of climate emergency, and humanity needs to put forth its greatest effort to improve climate change or it will result in irreversible disasters. In particular, the Amazon rainforest has been reduced by 20% in recent years, should the destruction continue, the rainforest will reach the state of “die back.” BLIA will continue to promote Vege Plan A and initiate tree-planting projects worldwide. It is hoped that through the participation of corporations and action by young adults, we join together in global forest restoration to preserve the environment.

To conduct BLIA members worldwide “Online Activity Project Sharing” for learning and sharing.
In view of each chapter ’s development has their unique characteristics and experiences, we can make use of the worldwide web for its cross borders convenience to design unique activities, focusing on environmental protection and energy reduction, BLIA affair development, as well as personnel training etc., inviting intra-chapter experience sharing and exchanges.
Chapters are to apply to the World Headquarters for information on “Activity Projects” and recommend relevant unit/chapter for experience sharing regarding the projects.

To conduct the 2021 “Three Acts of Goodness Microfilm Contest.”
To spread truth, kindness, and beauty of the world in response to the Three Acts of Goodness: “do good deeds, speak good words, and have good thoughts,” as advocated by Venerable Master Hsing Yun. The “Three Acts of Goodness Microfilm Contest” aims to inspire talents in different regions to present the most beautiful and kindest stories in life in microfilm format, joining together to promote love and peace in the world.

To conduct the 2021 Fo Guang Young Adult Members Global Assembly.
In order to enhance the Buddhist faith of Fo Guang young adults worldwide, strengthen exchanges and fellowship of young adults in different countries, and create collaborative opportunities for cross-nation public welfare endeavors, inviting FGS Buddhist College students, Fo Guang Shan Consortium of Universities, BLIA YAD subdivisions worldwide, Rover Scouts, students of branch temple Buddhist colleges, and young adults serving at different FGS organizations etc. to return to FGS in 2021 for a pilgrimage.

To conduct the 2021 BLIA 30th anniversary celebration and General Conference.
1. BLIA World Headquarters was founded on May 16, 1992 in Los Angeles, U.S.A. and will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2022. It is proposed to conduct a series of celebratory activities from February 3, 2021 (the 30th anniversary of BLIA Chunghua) to May 16, 2022.
2. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2020 BLIA General Conference is postposed to October 2~7, 2021, to be held at Fo Guang Shan Monastery in Kaohsiung.
