Goals: FCTA Strategic Plan Goal G: School Quality & Professional Development Operate an effective Leadership Development Committee that offers meaningful professional/personal development opportunities to members. Goals: FCTA Strategic Plan Goal A: Membership Organizing Increase membership enrollment and member involvement in the Association, particularly among minority and younger members. Increase our market share to 90% of potential members. Implement Agency Fee for the 2015‐16 school year. Encourage and support members serving as building reps, committee chairs, committee members, MSEA and NEA RA Delegates, and participants in association actions and activities (attending BOE meetings, writing e‐mails, attending hearings, etc.). FCTA Strategic Plan Goal F: Community Organizing Strengthen FCTA’s partnerships with community groups that support public education, teachers and our students. Support community partners such as Eliminating the Achievement Gaps, Student Homelessness Initiative Project and the United Way by participating and promoting their events centered on students, their families and public education.
