制管过程 Pipe Making RTP 管制管生产线由集中供料系统、冷却水循环系统、压缩空气供应系统、内管生产线、

两工位绕带及加热系统、外管生产线、喷码机、切管机、翻转台、绕管机组成。 The RTP pipe production line is composed by the centralized feeding system, the cooling water circulation system, the compressed air feeding system, the inner pipe production devices, the two-position strip winding and heating system, the outer pipe production devices, code printer, the pipe cutter, the rock over table, winding pipe machine.

整条生产线采用全自动化生产，利用计算机协调控制挤出机螺杆转速，牵引速度，绕带

速度，以保证管材的连续生产。 The entire pipe production line is fully automated, the screw speed, the haulage speed, the winding speed by the computer coordinated control to guarantee the tubing the continuous production.

内管挤出机挤出物料，通过内管模具之后形成管胚，管胚在通过内管真空定径水箱冷却

定型，在牵引机的作用下通过吹干机干燥。 The liner extruder squeezes out the material, which forms the tube embryo after inner tube mold, manages the tube embryo to meet the decided diameter water tank through the inner tube vacuum to cool finalizes, then the pipe is dry under tractor's function through the drying up machine.

干燥内管在牵引机的作用下通过第一台加热器，使得表面成熔化状态，在第一台绕带机

作用下缠绕第一层增强带；以同样的方式通过第二台加热器与绕带机缠绕上第二层增强带。 Under the tractor's function， the dry liner through the infrared heater causes its surface to become the melting state, it twine the first reinforced tape by the upstream winding machine, and by the similar way through the microwave heater and downstream winding machine the second

reinforced tape formed. 已经缠好增强带的内管通过外管模头后，启动外管挤出机，方法与内管类似。待生产

的 RTP 管检测合格后，开启收管机收 RTP 管卷。 After the liner with the reinforced tape through the outer layer grinding head, starts the outer layer extruder, the method is similar to that of liner. If the products were detected qualified by the RTP pipe examination, the coiling machine would receive the RTP pipe in volume.

制带技术 Technology of Tape Making RTP 管制带生产线由集中供料系统、冷却水循环系统、压缩空气供应系统、放线系统、

摩擦辊、干燥箱、上游牵引机、定向辊、挤出机、模头及模具、冷却水槽、下游牵引机、辅

助牵引机、储带系统、双工位收卷与切割机等构成。 The RTP tape production line is composed by the centralized feeding system, the cooling water circulation system, the compressed air feeding system, the paying off system, the friction roller, the drying oven, the upstream tractor, the directional roller, the extruder, the grinding head and the mold, the cooling tank, the downstream tractor, the auxiliary traction machine, the tape storage system, the two-position winder and cutter and so on.

纤维通过放线系统，在牵引机的作用下通过制带线模具。挤出机在计算机的控制下，根

据牵引速度挤出相应的包覆塑料量。塑料与纤维在模具的作用下初始成型为增强带，增强带

通过水槽内，并通过设备和生产工艺数的调整确定厚度， 终成型。在下游牵引机的作用下，

增强带经过干燥箱干燥， 终在储带系统、双工位收卷与切割机作用下盘绕成卷。 The fiber through the paying off system passes the mold which is in lines mold under the tractor's function. The extruder under the computer's control squeezes out the corresponding plastic volume according to the pulling speed. The plastic and the textile fiber are formed initially to reinforced tape under the mold's function. And it passes through the water tank, and the thickness of tape is also determined and formed through the equipment and the number of production technology’s adjustment, the tape is took shape finally. Under the downstream tractor's function, reinforced tape to be dry through the drying oven, and then it under the function of the tape storage system, the two-position winder and cutter, finally the tape is in coil.

套筒制作 Sleeve making 电熔连接的基本原理是通过电加热、利用焦耳效应、集成在管件内表面（焊接表面）的

电阻线圈、引起线圈附近的材料熔化和使管材与管件表面熔接在一起。 The basic principle of electrofused welding is through the electric heating, uses the joule reaction and the resistance coil which integrated in the fitting internal surface (welding surface), causes the materials nearby the coil to be melting and causes the tubing and the fitting surface to weld in together.

产品介绍 Introduction of RTP Pipe 增强热塑性塑料复合管（Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe ，简称 RTP）是一种高压塑料复

合管道，由三层构成，内、外层为 PE80 以上材料，外层根据需要可选白色（地表铺设防紫

外线）或黑色（埋地铺设），中间层为增强材料复合而成的增强带，增强材料可以为聚酯纤

维或芳纶纤维等等。管与管采用增强电熔套筒连接，与设备连接采用扣压接头或增强电熔接

头法兰，可以满足法兰、螺纹等多种连接形式。RTP 管一般使用温度为-42℃～65℃，一般

使用压力为＜10MPa，经过特殊制造采用耐温塑料 高温度可达 102℃，使用压力 大可达

32MPa。 Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe is one kind of high-pressured plastic compound tube, by three constitutions layers, the outer layer and liner are a PE80 or PE100, the outer layer according to needs to be possible to choose the white color (on the ground against ultraviolet ray) or the black color (under ground), the intermediate layer is the reinforced tape, the reinforced material may be the polyester fiber or the aramid fiber and so on. 2. 耐高压 High pressure resistance

RTP 管具有较高的承压能力。通过选择不同的增强材料， 大工作压力可达到 32MPa，而爆破压力更可高达 100MPa 以上。 The RTP pipe has the high loading capacity. curves. 3. 耐温保温 Heat resistance & thermal insulation RTP 管的使用温度范围宽为-42℃~102℃，可满足大多数场合的温度需求； 导热率仅为 0.48w/m*k，是钢管的二百分之一， 因此 RTP 管热损失较少，在温差 30℃情况下，每百米温降不到 1℃。 但是在环境温差较大或管线输送距离较长且沿程温降要求较高的情况下，公司可根据需要进

行外部保温设计。 The RTP pipe's application temperature scope is - 42 ~102 , may satisfy the temperature ℃ ℃

demands of the majority situations, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.48w/m*k, which is the 1/200 of steel pipe’s. The RTP pipe heat los are therefore few, in temperature difference 30 ℃

situation, every hundred meters temperature drops less than 1 . But ℃ when the environmental temperature difference is great or the pipeline transports is long while the regulation temperature drop requests high situation, we may according to need to carry on the external insulation design. 4. 输送能力强 High transportability RTP 管内壁十分光滑，不结垢，不结蜡，流动阻力小，耐磨损，输送能力持久不变，减少了

输送管线的维护成本。 The inner wall of RTP pipe is very smooth, no scaling, no wax precipitation, the flow resistance is low, high wear-resistance, delivery capacity lasting invariable, so the transported pipeline's maintenance cost is reduced. (1）RTP 管内管材料聚烯烃内壁当量粗糙度△可达 0.05mm，而一般情况钢管当量粗糙度 △达到 0.19mm，旧的钢管△更达 0.60mm。

may reach 0.05mm, but under ordinary circumstances steel pipe roughness equivalent △ achieves 0.19mm, the used steel pipe even reaches 0.60mm.△

(2）输送能力超出常规管道的 50％，无需吹扫。 RTP delivery capacity surpasses the conventional pipeline 50%, no need to sweep. 在生产实践中，管道的输送流量一般使用 Hazen-Williams 公式计算，公式中 Hazzen-Williams摩擦值正是反映管道的输送能力。 In the application practice, pipeline's conveying capacity generally uses the Hazen-Williams formula computation, in the formula the Hazen-Williams friction value reflects pipeline's delivery capacity.

Product Synopsis Nylon composite central flexible drain pipe used in floating roof storage tank is one kind of flexible and spoolable composite pipe of thermoplastic materials and consisted of two layers.
