The required condition of the marriage contract:

1. This research eleals with a case of Islamic Feqeh in the field of the personal affairs connected with the conditions of the marriage contract.

2. I began this research with the elimination of the condition and the conception of its connection with the contract. The I explained the agreed condition which the contraet required and also the agreed coalition which the contract not required which also contrast with the contreaf.

3. The research dealt with the conditions which considered well in the marriage contract such as the benefits of woman as regarding the woman up on her husband not to marry on other one and also completing her contrariety education and continuing her work after marriage.

4. The research also death with timing of marriage whether this condition is connected with contract or with intention only.

5. The research also dealt with the conditions which are not regarded in the contraet as a lawful marriage whether it is mentioned in the contract or not.

6. Then I showed in this research the choice condition in the marriage contract and its effect on the contract and also the husband condition towards his wife ignoring one of her rights, and I explained the for effect of this condition upon the marriage contract.

7. In the end mentioned the condition of the wife towards for husband divorce her fellow wife and explained the disagreement of scientists and treated the case of the marriage contract condition from aman and to marry and anther one.
