ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ ﺗﻛرﯾﺕ- ﻛﻠﯾ ﺔ اﻹدارﺓ واﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎد ﻣﺟﻠﺔ ﺗﻛرﯾﺕ ﻟﻠﻌﻠوﻡ اﻹدارﯾﺔ واﻻﻗﺗﺻﺎدﯾﺔ/ اﻟﻣﺟﻠد- ٨ / اﻟﻌدد– ٢٥ / ٢٠١٢ ٣٢ واﻗﻊ ﺗﻘﯾﯾﻡ أداء اﻟﺗدرﯾﺳﯾﯾﻥ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺎﺕ اﻷھﻠﯾﺔ: دراﺳﺔ ﺗﺣﻠﯾﻠﯾﺔ ﻟﻌﯾﻧﺔ ﻣﻥ اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺎﺕ اﻷھﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﻌراﻗﯾﺔ م. د. ﻋﺑداﻟﻧﺎﺻر ﻋﻠك ﺣﺎﻓظ أ. ﺣﺳﯾن وﻟﯾد ﺣﺳﯾن ارة اﻟﺗﻌﻠﯾم اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻲ و اﻟﺑﺣث اﻟﻌﻠﻣﻲ وز اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧﻠص ﺗﻌـد ﻋﻣﻠﯾـﺔ ﺗﻘﯾـ ﯾم اﻷداء واﺣـدة ﻣـن اﻟوظـﺎﺋف اﻟﻣﻬﻣـﺔ ﻹدارة اﻟﻣـوارد اﻟﺑﺷـرﯾﺔ ﻓﻣـن ﺧﻼﻟﻬـﺎ ﺗﺳـﺗطﯾﻊ ﻫـذﻩ ﻻن اﻟﻛﻠﯾـﺎت ا اﻻدارة ﺗﺷـﺧﯾص ﻧﻘـﺎط اﻟﻘـوة وﺳـﺑل ﺗﻌزﯾزﻫـﺎ وﺗﺷـﺧﯾص ﻧﻘـﺎط اﻟﺿـﻌف وﺳـﺑل ﻣﻌﺎﻟﺟﺗﻬـﺎ ، وﻧظـر اﻷﻫﻠﯾﺔ ﻫـﻲ واﺣـدة ﻣـن اﻫـم ﻣؤﺳﺳـﺎت اﻟﺗﻌﻠـﯾم اﻟﻌـﺎﻟﻲ و اﻋﺿـﺎء ﻫﯾﺋـﺔ اﻟﺗـدرﯾس ﻓﯾﻬـﺎ ﻣـن أﻫـم اﻟﻌﻧﺎﺻـر اﻟﺗـﻲ ﯾﻌﺗﻣـد ﻋﻠﯾﻬـﺎ ﻓـﻲ ﺑﻧـﺎء اﻟﻣﺳـﺗﻘﺑل وﺗطـوﯾر ﻣﺧرﺟـﺎت اﻟﺗﻌﻠـﯾم اﻟﻌـﺎﻟﻲ ﻟـذا ﻓـﺎن ﻋﻣﻠﯾـﺔ ﺗﻘﯾـﯾم اداء اﻋﺿـﺎء اﻟﻬﯾﺋـﺔ اﻟﺗدرﯾﺳﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺎت اﻻﻫﻠﯾﺔ ﯾﻌد واﺣد ﻣن اﻟﻣواﺿﯾﻊ اﻟﻣﻬﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ وﻗﺗﻧﺎ اﻟﺣﺎﻟﻲ، ﻋﻠﯾـﻪ ﺳـوف ﻧﺗﻧـﺎول ﻓـﻲ ﻫـذا اﻟﺑﺣث ﻣﻔﻬوم ﺗﻘﯾﯾم اﻻداء واﻟﻌواﻣل اﻟﻣؤﺛرة ﻓﯾﻪ، اﻟﺟﺎﻧب اﻟﺗ اﺳﺔ ﺗﺣﻠﯾﻠﯾﺔ ﻟﻌﯾﻧـﺔ ﻣـن طﺑﯾﻘﻲ ﻓﯾﺗﻣﺛل ﻓﻲ اﻋداد در اﻗﯾﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ وﻓق اﺳﺗﻣﺎرة ﺻﻣﻣت ﻟﻬذا اﻟﻐرض ﺗﺗﺎﻟف ﻣن ارﺑﻌﺔ ﻣﺣﺎور وﺗم ﺗﺣﻠﯾل اﻟﺑﯾﺎﻧﺎت اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺎت اﻻﻫﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﻌر ﺗﻘﯾـﯾم ﻹظﻬﺎر اﻟﻧﺗﺎﺋﺞ ﻟﻠوﺻول إﻟﻰ اﻻﺳﺗﻧﺗﺎﺟﺎت وﺗﻘدﯾم ﺑﻌض اﻟﺗوﺻﯾﺎت اﻟﺗﻲ ﻣن ﺷﺎﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻌزﯾز دور ﻋﻣﻠﯾـﺔ اﻻداء ﻓﻲ اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺎت ا اﻗﯾﺔ ﻻﻫﻠﯾﺔ اﻟﻌر.
