3, 10:00 内衬 221 0C, 限制器 1800C, 15:00 内衬 2220C, 限制器 1830C.
4, C 段顶部装 PV-10 阀拟充氖 .
5, 15:20 停水平道 SX 能谱抽气机组 .
停气动探针抽气机组 , 探针与主真空室阀门打开 , 检漏 OK.
6, 21:50 3 台低温泵开始再生;停感应烘烤和内衬烘烤;关真空
采集和保护系统;关所有分子泵机组阀门,停泵。
7, 22:15 供电维修,停电!
8, 22:40 来电!测内真空室静态真空为 1.3 E-3Pa ,外真空室为
2.0E-3Pa
启动所有分子泵机组,正常后开阀门
内衬烘烤电流 30A ;感应烘烤电流 123A
10 , 23:00 低温系统供冷 , 回路氦压力较高 (1.5MPa) ,外真空室真空变坏 ,
气压短时间升至 1.8E-1Pa , 10 多分钟真空后恢复到 E-3Pa 水平
11, 3:30 3 台低温泵停烘烤, 5:00 启动低温泵
12, 7:35, 开东低温泵阀门 (3.3E-7Pa) 和西低温泵阀门 (4.3E-7Pa)
13, 7:00 内衬 160 0C, 限制器 1030C,
