4.12 综合写作A : Reading

20,000 primary care doctors are in shortage in America, there are three reasons.1, 上医学院学费贵,学生需要贷款,毕业之后 primary doctors 的工资低,不够还贷款 2, Primary care doctors 压力大 , 工作时间长 , 看的病人多,没人愿意干这个工 3, The opportunities to get trained are limited. 毕业后要培训三年才能上岗,但是residency position 不多,导致很多学生毕业后得不到培训,之后他们就延迟培训或改行。

1 医生即使有电子记录仍然会留一份 paper record( 作为应急使用 )2 医生喜欢用 paper 记录 ( 在 examine patient 的时候 ), 然后让别的人把记录输入进电脑 , 这样更容易出错 ( 由于 poor handwriting) 。3 医学病历不可以随便用 , 有法律保护的 , 只有所有者同意才能使用 , 所以依然麻烦。
