葉： 雖然自己並不是主動尋求改變，但由家庭主婦成為全職發展安利的直銷商，我相信每個人也定必聽過反對的聲音，但問題在於

你是否清楚自己的選擇和想法，只要你明白決定是對的，所有問題都能夠迎刃而解。再者，或許因為父母是生意人的緣故，我

自小已經知道經營生意總有困難，當你明白這是必經的階段，便不會感到氣餒。

傅： 發展安利每天必須面對不同的朋友，大家持有不同的意見，初時我也感到有點困難。但我明白一個道理：我們改變不到風的方

向，但可以改變船的方向。學會改變自己，永遠比改變別人容易，這樣跟任何人相處也會更和睦。面對別人反對的聲音，那是

因為他們並沒有深入了解，做好自己，就是捍衛個人選擇的最佳證明。有些人不想接受改變，是因為內心的恐懼，可是，我

們必須記住，改變是為了更好，如果眼前已有成功的例子可以依循，或有經驗的人願意給予指導和協助，恐懼反而會轉化成

信心。

張： 改變當然有一定的挑戰，但誰都做得到。發展安利，我必須學習營養、美容等知識，對於我這個從前只會以井水洗臉和不懂英

語的人，是多大的困難啊！朋友說我並不富有，社交圈子狹窄，就連與人溝通也被形容為「外星人」，這就更加難以發展，但

是我從沒想過放棄。安利不用高成本，毋須擔心風險，加上領導人會向我教授知識，更重要的是，我很清楚自己想要甚麼，夢

想更成為我不怕困難的原動力，結果我不但成功改變了自己，還因此改變了認識我的人，那種滿足感比收入更令人興奮！

傅： 「改變」是一種追求，只有追求更美好生活的心，我們才會進步。每個人本來都在自己既定的人生路上，當你想踏進另一條不

同的軌道，便要作出改變。以我為例，我本在農村生活，但是為了擁有更美好的生活，於是便努力改變，最終能在城市找到工

作，甚至擁有自己的物流生意；後來我又有感生意欠缺自由和保障，我再次改變自己，嘗試發展安利事業，努力經營之下，現

在我終於擁有這種自由和經濟保障兼享的寫意生活。

葉： 我的前半生從未想過改變，從父母的教導、學校傳授的知識中，「改變」這詞語

從沒有出現過。然而，當你與不同的人相處，改變自然發生。就像我認識安利事

業，初時只是因為幫助朋友的緣故，沒料到自己逐漸喜歡了這種生意模式，結果

我由一個從沒投身社會的家庭主婦，到現在成為一位事業女性。有時候，我覺得事

業能帶動自己改變，我本來只喜歡做家務，朋友不多而且極少與外界接觸，但隨著

發展安利事業，為了帶領團隊中的年青新一代，我必須跟上時代的步伐，由學會使

用智能電話、到懂得用年青人的語言溝通，一切都令我不斷改變，亦只有改變，才

能爭取到自己的位置。試想想，傳統行業若不改變，就會隨著時代被淘汰，人也一

樣，只有持續學習新事物，才能融入這個變化萬千的社會。

張： 自小我已是一個不甘平凡的人，希望自己變得更好，但農村的成長環境讓我找不到機

會。認識安利事業前的二十多年，我一直在鄉村以務農為生，要改變並不容易，但我

對自己有一定的要求，我不想就這樣過一輩子，所以便下定決心尋找新出路。當我認

識到安利事業，覺得這是一個改變的機會，因為不甘現狀，想為自己爭氣，也希望

在子女心目中樹立成功的榜樣，所以我便主動了

葉： 改變在任何時候都不會太遲，很多人這一刻雖然安於現狀，但是未來總會找到自己的需要，我們不必強求別人改變，相反彼此

尊重才能保持長久的良好關係。當一個人決定了改變，絕不會因為年齡而感到太遲，就像發展安利，即使年長的人，也會找到

自己的價值。當子女的負擔越來越重，父母若能賺取額外收入，讓一家人的財政安排更具彈性，是多好的事啊！

張： 我很認同裕華的說法，成為子女的驕傲，是很幸福的事。現在經濟環境存在著太多變數，物價急升令日常開支不斷增加，為人

子女的想盡孝道，卻又要為照顧下一代而煩惱，更不用說買樓、留學、旅行或額外的生活享受了！安利事業沒有年齡限制，當

達到一定的業績，更能給予自己和子女更大的自由。所以，無論起步遲或早，由決定改變的一刻開始，就是最好時機。

傅： 雖然我已當了爺爺和外祖父多年，但從來不感到自己年紀大。回看自己發展安利多年，發覺心境比同齡的人年輕得多，我們有

自己的團隊，生活的圈子亦不會局限在子女身上。保持健康的體魄，已能夠大大減低醫療開支，我自己就是最好的例子，更難

得的是，安利事業可以傳承給下一代，怎會有太遲呢？我覺得，父母不但能減低子女的負擔，若能留下有價值的東西給下一

代，這反而更具意義。

給尋找「乳酪」的人：傅： 改變是追求人生的一種方法，認清自己的目標，再分析眼前的選擇能否為自己達成理想，然後就堅定信心，腳踏實地向

目標推進。我雖然只是初中畢業，但透過發展安利事業，我的眼光、文化水平和人際關係都得以提升。所以，千萬不要

被眼前的穩定而限制自己的夢想，跳出框框，建立一份屬於自己的資產，才是最明智的事。

葉： 現代人實在太長壽了！可笑的是，要謀生活、或增值自己以爭取更好的待遇，成本也越來越昂貴，我們要照顧父母和子

女，那麼誰來管理自己退休後的生活？社會急速轉型，工作太容易被別人取代，我想找到一門可以得到長遠收入、又可

享有自由時間的事業，才是尋找自己希望的最佳途徑。

張： 社會上有些人雄心壯志，擁有強烈的慾望；有些人則得過且過，把未來看得太消極，但無論是甚麼人，他們都渴望成

功。安利事業無上限的發展空間，夢想再大的人都可以在這裏尋找機會；另一方面，發展安利並不困難，我這麼一個生

活在農村二十多年的人也可以，有甚麼是不可能的呢？改變需要的是勇氣，不是能力。

Fu grew up in a rural village and over the years has dedicated himself to working hard to change his life – first by moving to the city, then by getting a job to earn a living. After years of hard work, Fu was able to establish his own transportation company. later, however, he found that it was Amway, with its freedom and financial protection that was able to make his dreams come true. 紐崔萊™ 體重管理比賽剛圓滿結束，是次比賽反應熱烈，成功吸引了超過300人參加，當中269人

成功完成是次比賽。參加者合共減去高達886公斤，平均每人於一個月內減去3.3公斤，成績相當優異。

是次比賽共設有個人獎及團隊獎項。個人輕盈體態獎以個人為單位，男/女子組各

設冠、亞、季軍；團隊纖體獎以團隊為單位，3公斤團隊纖體獎需要團隊中每人體

重皆減少3公斤或以上，6公斤團隊纖體獎則每人體重皆減少6公斤或以上。

團體獎項中，共有28隊獲得3公斤團隊纖體獎，1隊獲得6公斤團隊纖體獎， 足證大家在比賽中的努力。

個人獎項中，男子組冠、亞、季軍分別為李正亮、徐浩禧及陳自雄；女子組冠、

亞、季軍分別為王婉靜、李艾詩及林鳳仙。

何謂紐崔萊™ 體重管理計劃How does the Nutrilite™ 4 3 2 1 Weight Management Program work? 即是4星期，而 是3公斤。意思是在4星期內減去3公斤。4星期是一個

健康及可達到的目標，而一個安全又有效的體重管理目標應該是1個星期減

去0.5-1kg，4星期即為2-4kg，即等如3公斤。至於 即是每天建議進食2次

紐崔萊™代餐，而 則是每天做1次10分鐘紐崔萊™ 運動。

3+3是一個持久的體重管理計劃，共分為3個月減重期及3個月鞏固期。在

I had been lacking willpower when it came to managing my weight, even though I knew it was very important. 早期的灣仔是一個小漁村，經過大規模的填海工程及紅磡海底隧

道的落成，今天灣仔已經成為連接香港與九龍，以及港島東、西

部的重要交通樞紐。現時，灣仔的居住人口約有15萬，每天約

有60多萬人到該區工作、購物及使用區內設施。

特色建築談及灣仔的建築，不得不提極具代表性的香港會議展覽中心(簡

稱「會展中心」)。會展中心於1988 年開幕，位於景致迷人、聞

名中外的維多利亞港上。1997年，會展中心以振翅高飛的海鳥

為構思進行擴建工程，讓會展中心這香港地標能進一步鞏固其在

亞洲貿易活動中心的地位。

文化氣息新舊匯聚的灣仔除了有很多時尚的建築外，亦有充滿文化氣息的

一面。灣仔保留了許多色彩奪目的唐樓，就以石水渠街的藍屋為

例，原址本為一所「華陀醫院」，相信是首間於灣仔開設的華人

醫院，及後改作廟宇供奉華陀。20年代初，廟宇改建為唐樓，

據說唐樓原本並非藍色，只是後來使用了水務署剩餘的藍色油漆

粉飾外牆，因而便成為了現在的藍屋。近年，藍屋已被納入「活

化歷史建築伙伴計劃」，未來或會改建成以本土文化特色為題的

「香港故事館」，承傳舊社區的生活文化及技藝。

傳統習俗大坑舞火龍始於1880年，是灣仔獨有的習俗。據說，當年村民曾受瘟疫

困擾，於是便以稻草紮成長龍，燃點長香，在中秋節當天舞動火龍，驅走

瘟疫。時至今天，大坑居民依舊保留舞火龍的傳統，在每年農曆八月十四

日起的連續三個晚上，居民會一同舞動火龍，祈求平安。每年無數中外遊

客都因這獨有的傳統習俗前來參與，場面非常熱鬧。

愛心在灣仔自2010年開始，安利愛心大使與香港小童群益會轄下的青少年中心合

作，教授即將踏入社會工作的年輕人基本的皮膚護理及化妝技巧，以協助

他們好好裝備自己，增添自信。安利愛心大使用心教導每位參加的青少

年，而每位參加者亦專心學習，積極投入。

家有「春苗」‘Seedling’ at Home

自從有了「春苗營養廚房」，只需1小時就能用蒸飯車把全校學生的飯蒸熟，無

論冬夏，飯菜在保溫車裏都是熱騰騰的。現代化設備的使用，不但節省了2個工

人，累計一學期還能節省人民幣1萬多元的燃料費，一年下來學校可以節省近人

民幣3萬元的成本。此外，學校還鼓勵學生們週一上學的時候帶一些自己家剩餘

的蔬菜賣給學校，這樣既能減少採購的成本，又能給學生家庭增加一點收入。

過去的一年裏，中西部貧困地區農村留守兒童營養問題成為中國公眾關注的焦

點。2011年底，國家啟動實施農村義務教育學生營養改善計劃，中央財政每年

承擔人民幣160億元，為農村義務教育階段學生提供營養膳食補助。同時，「春

苗營養計劃」通過「春苗模式」的創新措施，不僅幫助這些孩子解決了吃飯的問

題，還通過科普教材、營養膳食知識培訓等方式，讓孩子們飯碗裏的食物越來越

有營養、科學，為這些正處於發育期孩子的健康成長提供了切實的保障。

Dining has become more enticing for students since the establishment of the “Nutrition Kitchen”. New cooking facilities in schools shorten the cooking time, reduce costs and, most importantly, ensure that hot, tasty and nutritious food is served regardless of the season. The schools also encourage students to bring extra vegetables from home, with a buy-back arrangement providing extra income for families.In 2011, issues relating to the nutrition problems of rural students in central and western China caught the attention of the Chinese public. At the end of that year, the State Council launched funding of RMB 16 billion to ensure that school cafeterias could be properly managed. Meanwhile, the “Quality Nutrition Project” helped to ensure that students received adequate nutrition per meal.

公益基金會建成的第700所「春苗營養廚房」。至今，「春苗營養廚房」已遍佈全國8省區25市42個縣，受惠留

On September 4, 2012, students from the Henan Province Sanmenxia County No 3 Experimental Primary School began to enjoy meals provided by the 700th “Nutrition Kitchen” opened by the Amway Charity Foundation. So far, some 350,000 boarding students in eight provinces, 25 cities and 42 counties across China have benefited from the “Nutrition Kitchen” project.

牽動社會資源「春苗」遍地開花Society’s Support for ‘Seedlings’ 「春苗營養計劃」在短短的一年時間裏，不僅帶來了700所春苗營養廚房，更牽動了更多政府和社會資源的投入，為全國各地農村寄宿制學校帶來了更多嶄新的廚房，也為各地政府創新摸索出一條農村寄宿制學校留守兒童營養問題的解決之路。2011至2012年，僅廣西、重慶、陝西等省（市）地方政府就先後以「春苗模式」為樣本，分別在當地額外改建學校廚房98所、87所和30所。

The “Quality Nutrition Project” has called for more resources and support from the government and society as a whole to build new kitchens and related facilities in boarding schools in rural areas, at the same time helping to find ways to tackle malnutrition among boarding students. In 2011-2012, the local governments of Guangxi, Chongqing and Shaanxi employed the “Seedling Model” when building new kitchens in local schools.

管理監督機制升級「伙委會」實現自我管理Advances in Management and Supervision 當大家紛紛把目光轉向留守兒童營養改善專案的實施監管流程時，安利公益基金會再一次創新升級了「春苗營養計劃」管理實施制度，在「春苗廚房」的管理中首次引入「伙委會」概念，即讓群眾直接參與廚房工作的管理監督工作。此舉鼓勵以學生家長和村民為代表的群眾以「伙委會」為平台，實現對「春苗營養廚房」自發自覺的主動管理，確保項目有效執行。

The Amway Charity Foundation (ACF) has taken significant steps to ensure proper management and supervis ion for the “Quality Nutrition Project” programme. This has included the introduction of kitchen supervision committees through which the public is able to directly supervise the work carried out in the school kitchens. In addition, parents and neighbours are encouraged to get involved to ensure that the programme is meeting its objectives.

志願督導全面展開民間力量有效監督Welcoming Public Participation基金會還吸納新的社會力量加入管理督導體系，形成全新的志願者培訓、督導制度。志願者來自社會各界，代表民間力量，客觀、有效地監督專案的運行與落實。通過他們的加入，安利公益基金會可全方位瞭解掌握專案發展實施動態並及時予以調整，進一步確保「春苗營養計劃」有效實施。

The Amway Charity Foundation welcomes volunteers from all sections of society to take part in kitchen supervision, offering training to ensure they can do their job effectively. Feedback provided by the volunteers is taken into consideration to help ensure the programme is running effectively.

各方參與的開放平台，同時以管理監督體制的不斷創新和升級，牽動政府和

The success of the “Quality Nutrition Project” programme has provided a new platform on which different groups of people can participate. The programme is being advanced through ongoing self-supervision and continuous improvement and exploration, while the government and various elements of society are encouraged to get actively involved.

2012年6月18日，安利公益基金會第一屆第三次理事會會議在上海召開。會上，余放理事長發表了《安利公益基金會理事會工作報告》，總結了過去一年的工作，並對2012至2013年度工作作出了明確規劃。2012年安利公益基金會在確保春苗營養計劃、陽光成長計劃和彩虹支教計劃三大重點項目順利完成外，將資助和開展創新型項目，加強留守流動兒童問題政策研究，並積極致力促進行業發展。

On June 18, the third session of the inaugural meeting of the ACF Board of Trustees was held in Shanghai. Director-General of the Amway Charity Fund Frances Yu presented the ACF Work Summary and Plan, which summarised the Foundation’s achievements over the past year, highlighted upcoming challenges, and set specific goals for the ACF in 2012-2013. In addit ion to ensuring the continued successful implementation of the Quality Nutr i t ion Project , Sunshine Growing Project and Rainbow Support Projects, the Foundation also plans to sponsor and launch other innovative charitable programmes, conduct more research into issues relating to the children of migrant workers, and promote the overa l l development o f philanthropy in China.

2012年9月4日，河南省三門峽市陝縣第三實驗小學的孩子們迎來了安利公益基金會第700所「春苗營養廚房」。這標誌著安利公益基金會2012年規劃實施的400所春苗營養廚房已全部投入使用。截至目前，重慶、廣西、陝西、安徽、湖北、河北、河南、寧夏8省區25市48縣35萬留守兒童受惠於「春苗營養計劃」。

2014年至2016年，基金會還將與中國關工委繼續攜手，在全國22省推動貧困地區農村寄宿生的營養改善，預計受惠兒童達100萬。

From 2014 to 2016, the Foundation will work together with the China National Committee for the Wellbeing of Youth to improve the nutrition of one million students boarding in poverty-stricken areas.
