According to the rencent survey,many adolescents are addicted to smoking,even someones abuse drug.why do they get into these bad habits in spite of health? Some think smoking is cool, while others are accustomed to it and feel it tough to quit smoking. Addicting to smoking has a bad effect on both lung and heart.especially for the pregnant,their babies may be abnormal or they may even suffer abortion. How to quit smoking? the moment you decide on quitting smoking, you should strengthen your faith , at the begining you may feel like smoking again, even you may feel it is desperate, but don't be disappointed.
