AfterlivingintheUSfor19years,hereturnedtoKoreain2009totakingaFinancedirector(SVP)positionatStandardChartedBankKorea.Hewasinchargeoffinancialreporting,regulatoryreporting,andK‐IFRSimplementationastheHeadofCountryFinanceDepartmentatStandardCharteredBankinKorea.

Mr.Kimisagraduate(MBA)ofUniversityofIllinoisBusinessSchool,andearnedBAdegreeinYonseiUniversityinKorea.He isamemberoftheAmericanInstituteofCertifiedPublicAccountants,theIllinoisandNewYorkCPASocieties,andtheBankingAdministrationInstitutionasaCertifiedBankAuditor(CBA)inUS.HeisalsocertifiedasFINOPinUS.
