1200g pork spare ribs 1 apple 3 bell peppers1 bundle asparagus 2 potatoes1/2 clove garlic A little ginger 5 tsp. soy sauce 5 tsp. BBQ sauce 1 tsp. black pepper

1) Wash clean the ribs, scald for 2 minutes and let stand.

2) Slice ginger, cube apple dice, and mince garlic. Then add them into the soy sauce with BBQ sauce to make the marinade.

3) Mix the ribs with the marinade, and add water till the ribs immersed. Heat to boiling, and stew for 30 minutes.

4) Pre-heat oven to 180℃.

5) Spread bell peppers and asparagus on the bakeware, and put the stewed ribs on them.

6) Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. Bake for 15 minutes.

7) Turn the ribs, and bake for 10 minutes.

8) Remove from the oven and serve.
