Unparalleled Vacuum Technology
Industrial vacuum applications require rugged & efficient vacuum pumps that can operate in harsh enviroments. The reasons the QUINCY QGVI series is – for many - the vacuum pump of choice:
1 – Efficient. Comparing ACFM per input hp, QGVI outperforms all industry standards.
2 – Long life. QGVI are designed with compressor duty bearngs. This translates into extended product life and lower cost of ownership.
3– Controls. The modulating inlet valve provides a dual function: i) to protect site vacuum level ii) provide energy savings
4 – Complete Package. Each QGVI comes complete with full electricals, inlet filtration, base frame and controls. Just plug and play.

Inlet Filter
Imported from USA
Large filtration surface area, low pressure drop
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Modulating Inlet Valve
Pneumatic Controlled. Unlike the butterfly valve, there is no rotation – only translation along a fixed axis. This is simpler and more reliable.
Modulates according to load requirements and maintains vacuum within pre-set levels.
Through modulation, vacuum pump operation is more energy efficient.
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Drive System
Direct drive motor and airend.
“C” flange connection between motor and airend allows for permanent shaft alignment.
Flexible coupling between motor and airend. KTR branded, imported from Germany. Vibration is reduced, reliable operation.
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Dual Rotor Airend
Quincy Compressor USA was the first to pioneer the use of the dual rotor vacuum pump. Mass production began in 1980.
Rotary screw technology has relatively higher operating efficiency compared to other technology: rotary vane, liquid ring, etc
Quincy’s unique axial flow inlet design enhances operating efficiency.
Oversized rotors ( 204 , 255 , 321 ), slow speed ( <3000rpm ), long equipment life up to 400,000 hours.
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Positive Flow Lubrication
Designed with a positive displacement rotor-driven oil pump.
Superior to a differential pressure lubrication system, adequate lubrication is certain even during unloading or starting.
Longer airend life
Designed with a two-stage fluid filtration system, fluid is first filtered before entering the pump. Fluid is filtered again after leaving the pump prior to entering the airend. This promises total protection for airend and pump.
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Fluid Cooling SystemSpecial formulated synthetic fluid ,QUINSYN-PG , with 8,000 hours life.
Fluid cools the airend which in turn is cooled in the fluid cooler.
Oversized coolers ensure sufficient redundancy in the system for reliable operation in ambient temperatures as high as 43 .℃Thermal control valve regulates fluid temperature entering the airend.
Water cooled/Air cooled options
Piping utilizes SAE “O”-ring fittings for leak-free operations
Quincy Rotary Screw Vacuum Pump—QGVI Series
Fluid/Air Separator
Design is similar to compressor fluid/air separation system, for fluid carryover as low as 3PPM
Tangential entry of air into the bottom half separator tank fitted with vanes for centrifugal separation. Moisture is also knocked out when air impacts the wall and vanes in the tank at speed.
Separator element is imported from USA.
