VERIFICAÇÃO DA VERSÃO DO SOFTWARE.No Menu Configuração, selecionar "Atualizar software --> Versão atual".
DESBLOQUEIO DO APARELHO.Caso o cliente esquecer o código de bloqueio de canais / classificação indicativa,entre com o código “0; 8; 1; 2” para desbloquear e entre com nova senha.A senha inicial de fábrica é 0; 0; 0; 0.
ENTRAR NO MODO SERVIÇO.Pressione a tecla MENU, selecione Contraste e pressione a sequencia "9; 7; 3; 5"Menu do modo serviço: Main\Factory1- Factory hotkey On / OffMostra o modo fábrica indicando a versão do Software, piscando na tela.2- WARM-UP On / Off (somente com o Factory hotkey On)Comuta as telas R, G, B, White, Black. Para sair, pressione a tecla Menu do aparelho.3- ADCSem função4- White Balance ENTERAjuste da escala de cinza das entradas, Componente, AV, HDMI, PC, é ajustado somente no modo HDMI.5- SHOP init (Option) Do >Reset em todos os ajustes da TV e entra no modo Configuação inicial.6- NVM reset Do > OKReset dos ajustes internos.8- Power on mode LAST On STBMuda o modo do estado de retorno de energia, último modo, ligado ou standby9- USB UPDATE (Option)Entra no menu de atualização da TV. Obs: Ao consertar um aparelho com defeito nesses circuitos integrados, há a necessidade de trocar por um CI já gravado.Ao trocar o circuito integrado gravado 518777, há a necessidade de gravar também o MAC adress e o HDCP.Sem a gravação MAC adress, o aparelho deixará de conectar à rede e sem o HDCP key, não aceitará imagem HD da entrada HDMI.
INFORMAÇÃO/GRAVAÇÃO DE SOFTWARE
MODO HOTEL E PRÉ-AJUSTES
ATUALIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE PRINCIPAL NO APARELHO.A atualização do software NA tv é feito via entrada USB, com software copiado no pen Drive no formato:
Salve o novo software MS6328LA03_FULL_UPGRADE (bin) no diretório raiz do USB.Conecte o USB com a TV desligada ou em “standby” (a TV deve estar com as teclas de controle) desconecte o cabo de força da tomada.Pressione e segure a tecla “power”, conecte o cabo de força na tomada e libere a tecla após 2~5, o LED da placa sensor/LED irá piscar e a atualização iniciará, com uma janela de mensagem de alerta e o LED piscando. Caso versão seja do tipo "V8-6328L03-LF1Vxxx" (bin) atualize pelo menu.Quando a TV voltar a funcionar normalmente, estará finalizada, restaure os ajustes de fábrica para efetivar o novo software. ATUALIZAÇÃO DO SOFTWARE MBOOT NO APARELHOSalve o novo software MBOOT no formato V8-6328L03-LB1Vxxx (bin) no diretório raiz do USB e conecte na TV em funcionamento. Entre no menu imagem e selecione “Contraste”.Entre no modo serviço digitando o código “9735” e selecione “9” USB UPDATE (Option) e pressione “ENTER” para abrir a janela “Main\Setting menu”. Selecione “Mboot Upgrade” e pressione “ENTER”, na janela “Tem a certeza?”, selecione“SIM” e confirme com “ENTER” para iniciar a atualização, aguarde para que a TV atualize o “Mboot“ e retornar ao funcionamento normalQuando a TV voltar a funcionar normalmente, estará finalizada, restaure os ajustes de fábrica para efetivar o novo software.
IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO PAINEL/MODELO.Ao trocar a placa/memória por uma placa de um outro modelo, há a necessidade de informar ao software em qual painel/modelo será utilizado.Após a troca da placa/memórias, o sistema não reconhece automaticamente o painel que será utilizado e a tela poderá ficar totalmente escura, onde nem o MENU aparece.Com o LED aceso, entre com o código abaixo para reconhecimento do painel/modelo,mesmo com a tela totalmente escura.A imagem deverá aparecer.
