A journey into
the European
food culture

The Comenius programme “L’ Europe est Servie” was
a joint European school project focusing on food
culture. Students from Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania,
France, had the opportunity to exchange insights,
recipes, ideas, techniques concerning European
cooking and gastronomy. Products and traditional
dishes “traveled” from Chios to Cuneo and from Targu
Jiu to Zdzieszowice creating joint dishes. The students
had the chance to work together in a variety of
different facilities creating dishes based on the
gastronomic culture of each country.
