Preparation phase (Applicants) (2/3)
• Applicants (in PP – My area – My projects): • Check GA provisions:
• Identify banking details to be used in the GA • Grant data (budget, duration, beneficiaries, ..) are defined according to the initial proposal and its
evaluation. • Reporting periods - standard duration 18 months (any change needs to be consulted with PO) • Pre-financing - normally average EU funding of a period (if GA with 2 or more RP)
• Prepare Annex 1 – Description of Action:
• Part A: work packages, deliverables and milestones directly in SYGMA • Part B: upload it as pdf – Based on part B of the proposal • Avoid overlaps between Part A & B – Workplan tables should only be in Part A • If applicable, implement the results of the ethics review • If applicable, implement the results of the security scrutiny

• Auch andere kleinere Abkommen können sinnvoll sein, vor der Vorbereitung eines Antrages oder auch im Anschluss an ein durchgeführtes Projekt (letter of intent, confidentiality agreement, exploitation oder purchase agreement)

• Horizont 2020 ist ein siebenjähriges Programm für das die Höhe der Verpflichtungsermächtigungen definiert wurde.
• Der europäische Haushalt wird jährlich beschlossen, sowohl für Verpflichtungsermächtigungen als auch für Zahlungsermächtigungen.

Why a Common Support Centre for H2020 ?
