Mechanism of action of emetic and antiemetic drugs

Metoclopramide, reglan and cerucalFrom of production: 0,01 g tablets, ampoules with 2 ml of 0,5 % solution.

MotiliumForm of production: 0,01 g tablets

Drugs which stimulate gastric secretion:

With diagnostic aim: caffeine, histamine, gastrin.With treating aim: plantain juice, plantaglucide, natural gastric juice, pepsin, hydrochloric acid.

Drugs which depress gastric secretion:

Atropine sulfate (Atropini sulfas). Powder for preparation of 0,5 % and 1 % eye drops, 1% eye

ointment, 0,0005 g tablets, ampoules with 1 ml of 0,1 % solution.

Gastrozepin (Gastrocepinum) Forms of production: 0,025 g and 0,05 g tablets; ampoules

with 0,01 g of dry substance.

Cimetidine Form of production: 0, 2 g tablets.

Ranitidine (Ranitidin) Forms of production: 0,15 g and 0,3 g tablets and ampoules with 2 ml of

2,5 % solution.

FamotidinForms of production: 0,02 g and 0,04 g tablets.

Omeprazole Form of production – 0,02 g capsules.

AlmagelCombined drug which contains gel of aluminum hydroxide,

magnesium oxide and D-sorbit. Form of production: 170 ml bottles.

Sucralfate Form of production: 1 g tablets

De-nolForm of production: 0,12g tablets.

Pylobact Omeprazole + Clarythromycin + Tinidazole
