Chnh v vy ti tt nghip ca em l cng trnh K tc x trng i hc Hng c c xy dng trong thnh ph, l t hp cc phng cho sinh vin, nhm p ng nhu cu nh cho sinh vin hin nay.Ni dung ca n gm 3 phn:- Phn 1: Kin trc cng trnh.- Phn 2: Kt cu cng trnh.- Phn 3: Cng ngh v t chc xy dng.Em xin chn thnh cm n cc thy c trng i hc Xy Dng tn tnh ging dy, truyn t nhng kin thc qu gi ca mnh cho em cng nh cc bn sinh vin khc trong sut nhng nm hc qua. c bit, n tt nghip ny cng khng th hon thnh nu khng c s tn tnh hng dn ca c on Qunh Mai - B mn cng trnh Btng ct thp v thy Nguyn Hng Cng - B mn cng ngh v t chc xy dng. I. M T CNG TRNH1.1. II. GII PHP KIN TRC2.1. Gii php mt bngVi mt bng cng trnh l hnh ch nht cn xng, cng trnh c thit k theo dng cng trnh k tc x. Mt bng c thit k theo nhiu cng nng ca mt k tc x nh: Gara xem, phng c sch, kho sch, phng tin hc, phng sinh vin, phng vn ha vn ngh...+ Tng hm: Din tch xy dng 776m2Bao gm gara xe, phng k thut, trm bm, rnh thu nc, phng bo v. Tt c c bao bc xung quanh bi h thng vch tng hm, m bo tt kh nng chng m v chu lc x ca p lc t cho cng trnh.+ Tng 1v tng 2: Din tch xy dng 776m2 c thit k lm cc phng c sch, snh, cng tin v phng trc, phng bn hng. y l khu tng ginh cho sinh vin trong vic hc hnh, hc tin hc. H tr ti liu v lu tr sch bo. Kho sch c h tr t cc ngun ti tr, t th vin v ca nh trng.+ Tng 3-8: Din tch xy dng 776m2c thit k lm phng v sinh hot cho sinh vin. Gia cc phng hai bn l hnh lang rng 2.8m xuyn sut chiu di ngi nh. Vi 14 phng c din tch bng nhau l 36.9m2. Mi phng u c phng v sinh khp kn v trang b t c. Cc phng u c h thng ca chnh v ca s cung cp nh sang t nhin. Gia khi nh c b tr 1 thang my v 1 thang b bn cnh, ngoi ra cn b tr mt mt cu thang b gc ca ta nh nhm m bo vic i li. + Tng 9: Din tch xy dng 776m2c thit k lm phng vn ha vn ngh, l ni hi hp ni b hay vi ban lnh o nh trng. Ngoi ra cn b tr sn chi thong mt lm ni gii tr cho sinh vin sau cc gi hi hp.+ Tng mi: Tng mi ngoi 2 tum thang ln cn b tr 2 b cha nc. Hai lp gch l nem c tc dng chng nng, cch nhit v h thng ng thot nc c ng knh 110mm b tr cc gc mi. Trn mi cn b tr h ct st thu st nhm chng xt cho ngi nh. Bao quanh mt bng mi c h s n mi bng b tng ct thp dc 30% v rng ra mi bn 1.5m nhm chng t hay m do nc ma v thu nc vo ng thu nc.

2.2. Gii php thit k mt ng, hnh khi khng gian ca cng trnh: Mt ng cng trnh th hin kin trc bn ngoi, l b mt ca ta nh c xy dng. Mt ng cng trnh gp phn to nn qun th kin trc cc ta nh trong khun vin trng ni ring, v quyt nh nhp iu kin trc ton khu vc ni chung. Mc d l khu k tc x nhng c b tr kh khang trang. Mc d vy nhng phn kin trc khng trnh khi n iu do l thit k ca mt khu k tc x ginh cho sinh vin .Tng chiu cao ton nh l 34.2m. Trong chiu cao cc tng nh sau: Tng hm: 3.55m Tng 1: 4.5m Tng 3-9: 3.4m Tng mi: 2.5m

III. GII PHP KT CUVi cc yu cu k thut v gii php kin trc nh vy ta c gii php kt cu nh sau:- H kt cu c s dng cho cng trnh ny l h khung - H thng ct v dm to thnh cc khung cng chu ti trng thng ng trong din chu ti ca n v tham gia chu mt phn ti trng ngang tng ng vi cng chng un ca n.- H li l thang my c b tr chnh gia cng trnh sut dc chiu cao cng trnh chu ti trng ngang.IV. CC GII PHP K THUT KHC Gii php cung cp in:- Dng ngun in c cung cp t thnh ph, cng trnh c trm bin p ring.- H thng chiu sng hnh lang m bo ri t 20 40lux. i vi cc phng phc v nhu cu gii tr, phng a nng c thm yu cu chiu sng c bit th c trang b cc thit b chiu sng cp cao.- H thng dy in cung cp cho cc thit b tiu th in c chn ngm trong tng.- Cc bng in, cm, cng tc c b tr nhng ni thun tin, an ton cho ngi s dng, phng trnh tai nn in trong qu trnh s dng.- Ton cng trnh cn c b tr mt bung phn phi in v tr thun li cho vic t cp in ngoi vo v cp in cung cp cho cc thit b s dng in bn trong cng trnh. II. PHN TCH LA CHN GII PHP KT CU CNG TRNH2.1. Cc gii php v vt liu:Vt liu dng cho kt cu nh cao tng thng s dng l btng ct thp v thp (btng ct cng). Cng trnh bng thp:u im: C cng vt liu ln dn n kch thc tit din nh m vn m bo kh nng chu lc. Ngoi ra kt cu thp c tnh n hi cao, kh nng chu bin dng ln nn rt thch hp cho vic thit k cc cng trnh cao tng chu ti trng ngang ln.Nhc im: Vic m bo thi cng tt cc mi ni l rt kh khn, mt khc gi thnh cng trnh bng thp thng cao m chi ph cho vic bo qun cu kin khi cng trnh i vo s dng l rt tn km. c bit vi mi trng kh hu nhit i nng m gi ma ca Vit Nam, cng trnh bng thp km bn vi nhit , khi xy ra ho hon hoc chy n th cng trnh bng thp rt d chy do dn n sp do khng cn cng chng c cng trnh. Nn s dng b tng ct thp cho cc cng trnh di 30 tng (H < 100m). Cc thng s k thut ca b tng theo tiu chun 356-2005.+Btng c khi lng ring 2500 daN/m3.+ Cp bn ca btng dng trong tnh ton cho cng trnh l B25. Cng v nn Rb = 14,5 MPa = 1450 T/m2 Cng v ko Rbt = 1,05 MPa = 105T/m2Mun n hi ca b tng: xc nh theo iu kin b tng nng, kh cng trong iu kin t nhin. Vi cp bn B25 th Eb = 2,9*106 T/m2.Thp lm ct thp cho cu kin btng ct thp dng loi thp si thng thng theo tiu chun TCVN 356 - 2005. Ct thp chu lc cho cc dm, ct dng nhm AII, ct thp ai, ct thp gi, ct thp cu to v thp dng cho bn sn dng nhm AI.Cng ca ct thp nh sau: Ct thp chu lc nhm AII: Rs = 280MPa. Ct thp cu to d 10 AII: Rs = 280MPa.d< 10 AI : Rs = 225MPa. M un n hi ca thp:Es=21*104MPaCc loi vt liu khc:- Gch c M75- Ct vng - Ct en - Sn che ph - Bi tum chng thm.Mi loi vt liu s dng u phi qua th nghim kim nh xc nh cng thc t cng nh cc ch tiu c l khc v sch.Khi t tiu chun thit k mi c a vo s dng.

2.2.Cc gii php v h kt cu chu lcc im ch yu ca nh cao tng l yu t ti trng ngang v trng lng bn thn ca nh.Chng nh hng trc tip n chuyn v, n nh ca nh.Cn c vo cc nhn t cng nng kin trc ca nh, ta c th c cc gii php kt cu cho nh nh sau:

H kt cu khung -tng:H kt cu khung -tng (Khung v vch cng ) c to ra bng s kt hp h thng khung v h thng vch cng.H thng vch cng thng c to ra ti khu vc cu thang b,cu thang my,khu v sinh hoc khu tng bin,l cc khu c tng lin tc nhiu tng.H thng khung c b tr ti nhng khu vc cn li ca ta nh.H thng khung v vch c lin kt vi nhau qua h kt cu sn.Trong trng hp ny h sn lin khi c ngha rt ln.Thng trong h kt cu ny vch thng ng vai tr chu ti trng ngang,h khung ch yu c thit k chu ti trng ng.S phn r chc nng ny to iu kin ti u ha cc cu kin,gim bt kch thc ct dm,p ng yu cu ca kin trc.

Li cng lm bng btng ct thp.Chng c th dng li kn hoc vch h thng b tr ti khu vc thang my v thang b.H thng khung b tr cc khu vc cn li.Hai h thng khung v li c lin kt vi nhau qua h thng sn.Trong trng hp ny h sn lin khi c ngha rt ln.

La chn h kt cu chu lc:Qua phn tch cc u nhc im ca nhng gii php a ra, cn c vo thit k kin trc, c im c th ca cng trnh, ta s dng h kt cu khung tng chu lc.H thng khung-tng bao gm cc hng ct bin, ct gia, dm chnh, dm ph, chu ti trng ng v li chu phn ln ti trng ngang.Vic thi cng cng n gin hn h kt cu li.

2.3. S lm vic ca cng trnh di tc dng ca ti trng ngang S ging:L s lm vic ca nh nhiu tng,m trong khung ch chu phn ti trng thng ng tng ng vi din tch truyn ti ca n,cn ton b ti trng ngang v mt phn ti trng thng ng do cc kt cu c bn khc chu(li,tng,hp...).Trong s ny tt c cc nt khung u c cu to khp hoc tt c cc ct u c cng chng un b v cng.

S khung ging:L s lm vic ca nh nhiu tng,m khi khung cng tham gia chu ti trng ng v ngang vi cc kt cu chu lc c bn khc.Trng hp ny khung c lin kt cng ti cc nt.

La chn s lm vic cho cng trnh:Ta chn s lm vic ca khung l s Khung- ging,h thng khung chu ti trng ng v ngang.Cng trnh thit k c chiu di 40,4m v chiu rng 19,2 m, cng theo phng dc nh ln hn rt nhiu theo phng ngang nh. Do khi tnh ton n gin v thin v an ton ta tch mt khung theo phng ngang nh tnh nh khung phng c bc ct l l= 4,5 m.

2.4. Cc gii php v kt cu snPhng n kt cu sn:Cng trnh ny c bc ct ln nht l 4,5m nn xut mt s phng n kt cu sn nh sau:+ Sn sn: -Sn sn c bn dm -Sn sn c bn k bn cnh -Sn dy sn (sn c)+ Sn khng dm(sn nm) Sn sn c bn dm:

u im:Chiu dy bn thng mng,tit kim vt liu, cng mt phng sn ln. 2.5. Phng n thi cng sn Sn b tng ct thp lin khi:Sn ton khi l sn s dng bin php b tng lin khi vi dm.u im:Bo m lin kt ti cc v tr giao gia sn v dm.Hin nay c cng ngh thi cng hin i nn vic thi cng sn thun li. Nhc im:Vic tho lp cc ct chng,vn khun sn lm tng thi gian thi cng.Vic thi cng cn ph thuc vo thi tit thi tit. Sn lp ghp:Cu to: gm cc tm panel c sn c xp li vi nhau.u im:Thi gian thi cng rt ngn v khng cn n h thng dn gio,vn khun v c th thi cng lin tc,khng ngt qung.Nhc im:Nhc im ln nht ca sn lp ghp l thc hin lin kt ti cc mi ni kh khn.Khi sn phi chu lc ngang th cc v tr mi ni phi m bo cng . La chn phng n thi cng sn:Chn phng n thi cng sn ton khi. m bo lin kt gia sn v dm l lin kt cng, lm tng cng ca nh.

2.6. Trng thi ng sut sn Sn ng lc trc:Cu to: H kt cu sn trng thi ng lc trc gm c cc bn sn d LT lin kt cu khung.u im: Chiu cao kt cu nh nn gim c chiu cao cng trnh. Tit kim c khng gian s dng v d phn chia.Tin thi cng sn LT (6 - 7 ngy/1tng/1000m2 sn) nhanh hn so vi thi cng sn BTCT thng. Do c thit k in hnh khng c dm gia sn nn cng tc thi cng ghp vn khun cng d dng v thun tin t tng ny sang tng khc do vn khun c t hp thnh nhng mng ln, khng b chia ct, do lng tiu hao vt t gim ng k, nng sut lao ng c nng cao. Khi btng t cng nht nh, thp ng lc trc c ko cng v n s chu ton b ti trng bn thn ca kt cu m khng cn ch btng t cng 28 ngy. V vy thi gian tho d ct pha s c rt ngn, tng kh nng lun chuyn v to iu kin cho cng vic tip theo c tin hnh sm hn. Do sn phng nn b tr cc h thng k thut nh iu ho trung tm, cung cp nc, cu ho, thng tin lin lc c ci tin v em li hiu qu kinh t cao. Nhc im: Tnh ton tng i phc tp, m hnh tnh mang tnh quy c cao, i hi nhiu kinh nghim v phi thit k theo tiu chun nc ngoi. Thi cng phc tp i hi qu trnh gim st cht lng nghim ngt. Thit b v my mc thi cng chuyn dng, i hi th tay ngh cao. Gi c t v nhng bt n kh lng trc c trong qu trnh thit k, thi cng v s dng. 3.2. Chn kch thc tng Tng bao:c xy chung quanh chu vi nh, do yu cu chng thm, chng m nn tng dy 22cm xy bng gch c M75. Tng c hai lp trt dy 2x1,5cm. Ngoi ra tng 22cm cng c xy lm tng ngn cch gia cc phng vi nhau. Tng ngn:Dng ngn chia khng gian gia cc khu trong mt phng vi nhau. Do ch lm nhim v ngn cch khng gian nn ta ch cn xy tng dy 11cm v c hai lp trt dy 2x1,5cm.

2.2. Bin php thi cng b tng s dng my bm2.2.1 Cc yu cu k thut chunga. Yu cu i vi va b tng:- B tng s dng b tng thng phm c ch n cng trng bng cc xe chuyn dng. Yu cu khi b tng:Vic b tng phi m bo: - Khng lm sai lch v tr ct thp, v tr cp pha v chiu dy lp bo v ct thp. - Khng dng m di dch chuyn ngang b tng trong cp pha.- B tng phi c lin tc cho n khi hon thnh mt kt cu no theo quy nh ca thit k. - trnh s phn tng,chiu cao ri t do ca hn hp b tng khi khng c vt qu 2.5 m.- Khi b tng c chiu cao ri t do ln hn 2.5 m phi dng mng nghing hoc ng vi voi.Khi b tng cn lu :- Gim st cht ch hin trng cp pha gio v ct thp trong qu trnh thi cng.- Mc dy b tng vo cp pha phi ph hp vi s liu tnh ton cng chu p lc ngang ca cp pha do hn hp b tng mi gy ra..- Chiu dy mi lp b tng phi cn c vo nng lc trn, c ly vn chuyn, kh nng m, tnh cht dnh kt v iu kin thi tit quyt nh, nhng phi theo quy phm.- b tng ct:cng trnh khng c ct hay tng chiu cao qu ln( 3 ngy.e. 2.2.2. Lp bin php k thut thi cng phn b tng cta. Cng tc nh v tim ct.Cng tc ny do t trc c thc hin, yu cu truyn tim ct , vch v tr ghp vn khun cho tng ct, li bng mc trn mt sn lm c s cho cng nhn ghp vn khun.b. Thit k sn cng tc cho thi cng b tng ct:Sn cng tc c dng h thng gio Minh Khai trnh by trn lin kt thnh h . Bc cc tm sn thp ngang qua h lm sn cng tc phc v vic thi cng btng.c. Ct thp ct: Ct thp sau khi gia cng a vo lp dng.*Bin php lp dng:- Xc nh v tr trc v tim ct: m bo ct tng mi khng b sai lch khi thi cng sau khi b tng sn tng 1 xong ta tin hnh kim tra li tim ct bng my kinh v trn c s mc chun ban u. t my trn mt bng song song vi trc ngang nh ngm dc trc ct xc nh v tr trc ct theo 1 phng, sau chuyn my ti v tr dc nh ngm my vung gc vi phng xc nh trc, giao ca 2 tia ngm ny chnh l trc ct. Ch cn xc nh tim ct cho cc ct bin ca cng trnh t cc ct ny ta s xc nh c v tr ca cc tim ct khc . Sau khi xc nh xong tim ct ta phi nh du bng mc son theo c 2 phng ln mt sn.Gia cng lp dng ct thp ct: + Sau khi xc nh trc, tim ct ta tin hnh lp dng ct thp ct. Ct thp c gia cng, lm sch v ct un trong xng theo ng hnh dng, kch thc c thit k. Vi ct thp c 10 dng vam, ba nn thng gia cng xong ct thp c buc thnh tng b theo tng chng loi v kch thc. Ct thp c vn chuyn ln cao bng cn trc thp, ngi cng nhn ni cc thanh thp ny vi thp ch. Khi ni phi m bo ng yu cu theo quy phm. lp dng ct thp c thun tin ta buc chng thnh khung trc khi lp dng. Khi lp dng xong ta tin hnh buc cc con k bng b tng dy 2,5cm, khong cch gia cc con k = 40-50cm. Tin hnh iu chnh li khung thp bng dy di v dng cy chng xin n nh tm.+ V sinh ct thp.+ Kt thc cng tc ct thp cn thi sch vn b tng d do c nhm chn ct. * Nghim thu ct thp:Trc khi btng, phi tin hnh lp bin bn nghim thu ct thp.
