17 November 2009 : Agreed in principle of rail transport system development and the management of State Railway of Thailand. Emphasis on the train operation should be convenient, fast and safe.
12 April 2011: Agreed on the plan for rail transport system development 2011-2020, which has the improvement of the train operation and transport with safety and efficiency. More measures safety

OTP cooperates with SRT DOH and DOR to revise and adjust TM: Traffic Movement. Moreover, set up public participation in order to gather opinion about level crossing problems and seek for recommendations
