Post search results on the discussion board at the first week. Identify one or two dishes to be presented to the whole class at the second week
Tools: Discussion board, Wiki, Blog, email, chat
Search for photos, stories related to the food, recipes, cooking methods, and the symbolic meaning of the dishes at the 2-3 weeks
Tools: Search Engine, discussion board
Each group needs to summarize the information and present to the class at the end of the third week
