Review past issues and write for a particular journal and its audience.
Focus on what other writers are discussing in reference to ideas, interests, theories, historical perspectives, etc.

Process- Pier Review-ProtocolUsually acknowledged within 2 weeks that it was received.
Results:1. Publish, (rare)
2. Publish with some modifications, Do as quickly as possible. Send letter or email indicating how you have addressed every modification as requested. 3. Resubmit with revisions, (most often) 4; (Option). Decided whether you wish to resubmit or consider another journal.

another publication. You may re-work it to another audience, re-write it, focus more emphasis or pother perspectives, data with different emphasis or interpretation.
