Ingredients• 3 cups all-
purpose flour• 2 cups sugar• 2 cups cornmeal• 2 tablespoons
baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt• 4 eggs• 1 cup oil• 2 cups milk
Utensils• Large Mixing
Bowl• Rubber Spatula• Large Fork• Large Spoon• Muffin Pans• Liquid Measuring
Cup
• Dry Measuring Cup
• Teaspoon Measuring Spoon
• Tablespoon Measuring Spoon
• Wire Cooling Racks
• Nonstick Cooking Spray
Step One• Wash your hands!
Step Two• Gather
ingredients and utensils.
Step Three• Spray muffin pans
with nonstick cooking spray.
Step Four• In a large mixing
bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Step Five• Add eggs, oil, and
1 c u p o f.m ilk
• Mix with fork for 1 minute.
Step Six• Add remaining 1
c u p o f m ilk .• Mix with fork

Step Seven• Fill muffin cups
evenly (about ¾ full) using all of the batter.
Step Eight• Bake at 350
degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until muffins test done.
Time to EAT!!!• Serve with butter
and/or honey.
