作为EPC承包商,国家核电推动全球首批AP1000机组在中国的建设,并已
完成AP1000国产化标准设计。此外,国家核电已成功开发具有自主知识产
权的大型先进压水堆CAP1400。
SNPTC is promoting the construction of world’s first batch of AP1000 units in
China as EPC contractor and completed the standardization & localization
of AP1000. In addition, SNPTC has successfully developed CAP1400 with
independent intellectual property rights.
1. 概述 Introduction
作为世界首批AP1000机组,三门核电和海阳核电于2009年获得建造许可证,
并于2012年向国家核安全局提交最终安全分析报告(FSAR)。目前FSAR审评
已接近收尾。三门1号机组计划年内完成首次装料。
Both Sanmen and Haiyang, the first batch of AP1000 units in the world,
obtained the construction permits in 2009, and the Final Safety Analysis
Report (FSAR) was submitted in 2012. By now, the FSAR review was
almost finished. Sanmen unit 1 is expected to load the first fuel in 2016.

国家核安全局对CAP1400开展了严格审查,审查共包括5个方面,范围和深
度在历史上均为首次。
China National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) conducted a very strict
licensing review of CAP1400, including the following 5 aspects, and the
scope and depth are unprecedented.

1. 概述 Introduction
目前核安全审评已完成,国家核安全局认为CAP1400能够满足国内外最新
核安全标准的要求,CAP1400设计能够实际消除大量放射性释放。
The licensing review is completed, and the NNSA believed the CAP1400
could meet the requirements of the latest China and IAEA nuclear safety
standards, and CAP1400 design could achieve the practically elimination
of large radioactive releases.
此外,CAP1400已完成国际原子能机构通用反应堆安全评审。
In addition, the GRSR of CAP1400 conducted by IAEA is completed.

排气烟囱高度修改
Increase in the exhaust vent stack height
根据中国国家标准GB 16297-1996(大气污染物综合排放标准)的要求,
将烟囱高度修改至高于屏蔽厂房屋顶5米。
In order to meet the requirement of GB16297-1996 (Integrated emission
standard for air pollutants), the exhaust vent stack height was extended
to 5 meters above the shield building roof.

放射性液体废物处理系统改进
Modification of the liquid radwast system (WLS)
WLS增设化学絮凝装置,可将核岛放射性液体废物的活度浓度处理至
1000Bq/L以下,满足中国国家标准GB 6249-2011(核动力厂环境辐射防
护规定)中更严格的排放要求。
The chemical flocculation process could reduce the NI liquid radwaste
activity concentration to lower than
1000Bq/L, to meet the more strict
discharge limit of GB 6249-2011
(Regulations for environmental
radiation protection for NPP).

控制棒驱动机构抗震试验
Seismic test for control rod driven mechanism (CRDM)
CRDM驱动杆部件原设计为非抗震类(设计方认为可参
考其他抗震试验结果),业主方按审评要求进一步开展
CRDM的抗震鉴定试验。
The original design of drive rod assembly was non
seismic (the designer considered other seismic test
result can be referred to). According to the NNSA
requirement, the utilities further conducted the
CRDM seismic qualification test.
国家核电在开展CAP1400设计时,充分考虑了AP1000项目建造和审评过程
中的经验反馈,以及福岛核事故后的安全增强要求。
During the development of CAP1400, the experiences feedback from
AP1000 construction and licensing review were fully considered. In
addition, the post-Fukushima safety enhancement requirements were fully
considered.

抵御极端外部事件——抗震增强
Resistance against extreme external events—Seismic
在原有0.3g设计基准(0.5g裕度评价)的基础上,增设自动停堆系统并对长
期冷却设施进行抗震加强,确保SSE后可用。此外也可考虑采用隔震技术。
Based on 0.3g design basis (0.5g SMA), add the automatic seismic trip
system, and strengthen the long term cooling features to ensure their
availability after SSE. Another option is the seismic isolation.

抵御极端外部事件——防洪增强
Resistance against extreme external events—Flooding
在原有干厂址设计并有较大裕量的基础上,局部增设活动防水挡板,并
抬高安全级蓄电池间的地坪。
Based on original dry-site design (with large margin), install the movable
water proof baffle in selected location, and raise the floor elevation of
class 1E battery rooms.

抵御极端外部事件——大型商用飞机撞击
Resistance against large commercial airplane impact
屏蔽厂房采用钢板混凝土和高强度混凝土
The steel plate reinforced concrete structure (1.1m thick), and high
compression strength concrete were applied for shield building.

增强氢气监测和控制系统
Enhancement for hydrogen monitoring and control system
除部件抗震加强外,安全壳内增设非能动氢复合器
Besides the seismic enhancement of the sub components, several
passive hydrogen recombiners were added in the containment.

Enhancement for the long term cooling features
增设移动泵和移动电源,强化长期冷却能力
Add mobile pumps and mobile diesel generators.
