memproduksi enzim dengan konsentrasi
substrat awal sebesar 12x10-3 M dan
konversi bioreaktor 90%. Berapakah
waktu yang diperlukan untuk produksi
enzim jika data kinetik reaktor diberikan
sebagai berikut:
• rmax = 2.5 mmol/m3.det; Km = 8.9x10-3 M
Solution
• Konsentrasi substrat akhir,
• Cs = (1-XA)Cs0 = (1-0.9)( 12x10-3 M) = 1.2x10-3 M

0.1 M dan di akhir fermentasi diperoleh

• Contoh soal 3:
• Sebuah bioreaktor fed batch dioperasikan pada
volume cairan awal 600 mL. Untuk menjaga
kebutuhan nutrisi mikroba didalamnya, telah
dialirkan tambahan media dengan laju alir 0.01
mL/det. Tentukan volume akhir cairan selama
proses fermentasi 2 jam dan tentukan pula
konsentrasi biomas jika pada akhir fermentasi
diperoleh 3.5gr padatan kering(biomass).
Diasumsikan berat molekul biomass sebesar
367 gr/mol.
