BIO

Independent painter in Barcelona, Paris and Nantes for more than 15 years.(Publishing, fashion, luxury, design, textile, music...)

I have created paintings on embroidery and fabrics for Givenchy Haute Coutureon a unique latex dress for the singer Beyonce at MET Gala New York in 2016.

Since 2012, I have been developing my work for exhibitions and art installations.

In 2015, I initiated the project “YUME”an immersive and itinerant exhibition on dreams, spirituality and nature.

In 2017, The Fine Arts Museum of Agen invited me to create “Yume no kakera”during 3 month in 200m2.Since then, I am exploring more sculpture, mask art and textil in relation to my painting.

STATEMENT

Art is for me a way to create new contemporary rituals responding to a need for spirituality and transcendence in the face of the world in today’s world.

I develop a polymorphous work to create dreamlike fictions, playing with colors, materials and patterns.

I am influenced by music, Japan, Noh theater, Buto dance, astrophysics... and I work with the visions of the world in my head and in the depths of my dreams.

The “state between” became the territory of my research.

Sometimes it appears to me as “presences” or human creatures or sometimes just as minimal abstract circles and I connect the both in my presentations.

With the archeology of dreams, I would like to connect to the depths of our being, to our own very old memories.
