Arte di Murano was established in 1987. Alfonso Morgillo, fusing his passion for Murano glass with his consi-derable entrepreneurial skills, created a brand proudly Made in Italy, that has imposed itself on the national and international market. Arte di Murano realizza i manufatti con le tecniche della lavorazione del vetro in uso dal 1200. La avviene nell’isola di Murano ed è svolta

dai maestri vetrai usando le stesse attrezzature millenarie che rendono unico il prodotto

Arte di Murano produces artistic creations with the techniques of glass in use since 1200. The production takes place on the island of Murano

and is carried out by master glassmakers using the same millenary equipments that make the product unique.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA

1. Per le spedizioni in Italia la merce si intende franco fabbrica per ordini di valore netto superiori a 800,00 euro (I.V.A. esclusa), caso con-trario addebito in fattura. Per le spedizioniall’estero la merce si intende sempre franco fabbrica.2. Il prezzo comprende anche l’imballo.3. I nostri sono prodotti fatti interamente a mano per questo alcune piccole imperfezio ni non sono da considerare difetti, ma prova dell’u-nicità del pezzo.4. La merce è attentamente ed accuratamente imballata prima della spedizione, per cui ARTE DI MURANO declina ogni responsabilità per danni causati dal trasporto.5. La merce viaggia assicurata, eventuali sostituzioni per rotture, o merce man cante saranno eseguite solo previo notifica sulle Bolle al corriere al momento della consegna, oppure al massimo dopo otto giorni dalla ricezione della merce e comunque devono essere restituite. Trascorso tale periodo le sostituzioni saranno addebitate al costo della materia prima.6. Fermo restando le caratteristiche basilari del prodotto, ARTE DI MU-RANO, si riserva di apportare modifiche in ogni momento al solo scopo di miglioramento.7. Per ogni controversia, il Foro unico ed insindacabile è quello di Venezia.

Our products are entirely handmade therefore some small imperfec-tions are not to be considered defects but proof of unicity of the item.4. Goods are carefully packed before shipping, therefore ARTE DI MU-RANO is not liable for transport damages.5. Goods are insured, therefore you must communicate within 8 days from receiving them, every possible breakage and they must be returned. After this period you have to pay replacements only for their material cost.6. ARTE DI MURANO reserves the right to make changes in every item in order to improve the products.7. In case of controversy it will be solved by the Itaian court in Venice
