Client: Family of three
The purpose of this semester project was to
familiarize ourselves with the digital drawing
tools and Danish regulations BR10 as well as
the Local plan for the area.
The aim was to achieve a simple and functional
design that maximized the nice view of the lake
as well as letting in plenty of natural light.
The client wanted enough space for entertain-
ing guests, ensuite- and guest bath, walk-in-
closet, an external door to laundry room and
direct access from the living room to the garden
with terrace facing South-West.

Project was to edit the original design of the extension
building into something more of architectural interest. In-
spired by the nau<lus shell, the curved shape was achieved
and accommodates offices, canteen and recep<on area.
The main hall is built using prefabricated concrete ele-
ments. The hall will be used for both spor<ng events and
concerts, made possible with flexible sea<ng arrangements.
