摘要 * 這篇文章主要分析與博物館( museumification )有關的遺產
( heritagisation )和觀光( touristification )政策。
* 主要是透過將城巿轉換為開放的博物館的實作( practices )和美學( aesthetic )價值提倡。
* 強調創造出這些活動的關聯全國和歷史性的架構的舊城( the old town )概念下,這些實作和美學價值包含戶外展示品、導覽散步和歷史之旅、曰夜節慶和慶典。
* 本研究總結在全球化和當地和全球互聯下,國家資本顯著地運用旅客去維護城市特有的風貌而表露於他們的自己的社區和外面的社區及他們所扮演的象徵性的首都( symbolic capital )。
前言
幾乎世界上每個城市都想成為高人氣的旅遊地。綜合各種文獻論述與觀點在此將城市條件( urban condition) 依城市的( 1 )經濟發展( 2 )成為主要旅遊地的國際聲望口碑分為兩個要項:
1 、城市吸引觀光客的能力(不論地理遠近)2 、城市強調宣傳他們文化歷史遺產面向的方式(成為國際重要的旅遊地標;可以整合凝聚當地社區引以為傲的資源)
由首都城市( head city)到網路城市 (network city) Capital as head city 階級區分 Ordering from power center 權利 授與別於其他城市重要地位及領地 Ranked according to the political, military,
economic, or demographic importance Ordering v.s. Globalisation/globalization De-hierarchical, no distance, communication
networks, flow takes precedence over place ‘ageographic’ (Sorkin, 1992)formless(Castell,1999, etc.)
研究方法元素 three-year field research on Que <bec City and Tunis as
capitals, World Heritage Sites, and tourist destinations.
Methodology observations during visits to the studied sites, an examination of the websites of both cities’ tourism offices, and
semi-structured interviews with their managers. The data analyzed of both direct and participant observations.
we seek to explain how the fact of being a capital is inscribed not as a state but rather as a process in a spatial and temporal context (Laplantine, 1996) unique to each city.
Limitation:Participant in the study is limited to capital city area.

Two cities to be compared in terms of the globalisation challenges tourism. The historical, cultural geopolitical elements
and explain each city’s policies and strategies, most notably in matters of tourism and heritage.

結論 Activites examined allow researchers to go
beyond the political, institutional, and monumental representations when investigating capitals.
A participatory rhetoric for tourists to discover the capitalness thru performances
Draw further support from all the spatial and temporal elements
The myth of its foundationthe city’s old centre represents a temporal fountain and a spcial core and influences other areas of the city museum metaphore
